I specifically followed 4 bartenders and a cook from my old favorite bar to here. So I'm biased. Dive bars are my favorite. I avoid weekends due to the club music, but otherwise I love the staff, and the atmosphere.

Brian, the bartender is absolutely wonderful. He's kind, courteous and will make you laugh. They have all sorts of games that you can play while you're here! They have an awesome jukebox with an array of fantastic music genre; as well as a live DJ. I don't go to bars too often for lack of food options but Craft House has a good sized menu and the two times I've been there the food and service have been excellent. Bartender Veronica is a sweetheart and the patrons are awesome they were chipping in helping bus tables during a semi-private party made me think 'wow these people really like their local bar what a cool place

Great hands on owner and staff and a fresh selection of 20 craft beers on tap. Try before you buy beer is freely offered to all. Happy hour is super happy. Oh, they have a kitchen too. Apps and more. Will definitely be going back!

Hi y'all - I went here two Sundays ago. Sat at the bar - great service, enjoyed my cocktail. The food was really good. Definitely coming back. To the mgmt - apologies for my previous review that one was meant for River Rock taproom. Whoops

Walked in on a Monday night since my friend was staying at the Aloft and we wanted to grab a drink or two. AT 11pm there were a few locals coming in and out, and my friend and I met Heather. Suuuuuch a sweet gal to talk to! The drinks were pretty good, but I think Heather's warmth and how kind all the other customers were was really sweet. We came back on Wednesday and Jimmy was our bartender, who also was super cool. It's super relaxed, has a pool table, and makes me feel like I'll end up being a local when a nightly drink out ever becomes a thing for me.

Michelle was the best. When you visit, make sure to mention her name and she will give AMAZING service. I usually visit the Ritz Carlton bar, but have changed to The Office bar and grill - it's a level of classy that just can't be matched. Great place for a child's birthday party and/or quaint family reunion. Also, super convenient to get a haircut afterward and the adjoining men's barber shop. That's important to me.

For anyone who remembers The Office, the decor has been Modernized a bit, they've replaced the couches with high tables, and the menus are a bit different, but otherwise it's the same place with a loyal set of regulars and bartenders. Not the best place for a fancy cocktail, but a good set of rotating taps. Coin op pool table.

Pub fare with pride and great taste. The appetizer sliders were decent she the calamari had great flavor and yummy sauces. Loved the pomegranate cider and hazy IPA. Our server was very attentive and helpful, even though we were the only ones out back.

The Office is a charming dive with a SUPER friendly staff. I was only there for a few minutes and I had already been introduced to the owner. Happy hour food is great and lasts till 7!

Went for lunch, 1st time here. I thought the service was excellent, Amber was on point, great job Amber. I had a cheese burger that was very tasty fries 🍟 were also very good. Th bloody Mary was very good as well..My dog 🐕 was able sit inside with me and I like that and she was given some water Great job you guys, I'll be back.

Excellent experience. I have not visited this place since it used to be called the office. Two of my friends and myself decided to go and visit today to have an early dinner and cocktails. Much to my surprise the menu was quite impressive. The food was top notch. I actually ordered three different dishes because I just couldn't make up my mind. I ordered the three tacos they were amazing. (Chicken, steak and fish trio.) I also ordered the spicy chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun. This comes with sriracha sauce! Five stars :-) I also had that mozzarella sticks which were fabulous. I highly recommend this place they have a DJ, nice pool table, excellent food and I absolutely have to say the service was fabulous. Heather was our waitress and she was a true gem. Professional, accommodating and friendly. Whats not to like. I will absolutely be going back for more Good times to the craft house! Two thumbs up!

The place and the food is good. The selection of beers is not that wide, since many have the same style.

Found them because they were one of the few places open late at night but when I went there at 11.30PM their kitchen was closed and only the bar was open I left the place then but came back two days later and they proved my decision right. Got an IPA and the grilled pork loin dinner with chicken replacement and it was fantastic. The service qas good and the ambience is nice I wish they clarified on their website that they are open late only for the bar.

Classic bar, good bartenders, sports on screens, etc. I love the pinball machines at the back but never have enough quarters! Ha-ha! I like how it's just off the beaten path of downtown but still walking distance. Got a tattoo next door once, too.

As other reviews mention, the service and food here is great. The drinks are good value as well, unfortunately they will not offset the cost of the hearing aids you will need later in life after you are deafened by the music in here. Can't recommend it as a date spot, you won't be able to hear them or yourself well enough to hold a conversation. At least you can go home with the company of a migraine.

It's was not a good place. It was dirty and stinky

The cocktails are super duper bad. Like the most horrible everrr ! When we asked the waiter gently told she can cancel them for us and took away the drinks. But later we got billed for all the drinks, along with being insulted by the owner that we didn’t order properly! The most bad service ever.

One waitress in particular was unprofessional and borderline racist… was in there during an argument with a customer over his name. Why you gotta bring his name into it? Also before the owner or someone like that comments that others have had no problem, maybe consider the color of one’s skin first and their names…

Keep your bill with you... once I have paid $30 including Tip, but they charged me $35 from my credit card. The bar tenders looking for Tip only. One of the bar tender directly asked me for more Tip for their worst service. Sometimes even they are not listening to the customers, particularly to black people. Racists.

Bar with racist bar tenders. The bar tender Veronica is a racist and not even ready to serve the customers. The owners should look into this issue with priority and remove these kind of employees. Otherwise, we will have to handle these kind of cases legally.
