Loved it. Everything we ordered was very tasty and seemed fresh. We got the andey waala vegetarian burger, dahi papdi chat, and chicken tikka platter. The lahori chole that came with the platter was outstanding. We sat outdoors, which was perfect for a summer evening. Would highly recommend this place.
Phenomenal little halal food truck! Prices were also very reasonable. I had the Chana Masala Paratha and Paneer Tikka Masala fries! Absolutely delicious. Could've been a little bit spicier but the taste was on point. Really enjoyed it and would definitely go back soon! Note that it's hard to find especially in the dark. You have turn into the auto car sales parking lot.
Had papri chat which was crispy and flavourful. In the middle of the bowl they put extra yogurt which you would not want if you are more in crispy papri. Overall I always have had excellent service and food is here. The zinger and bomb burgers are my favorite.
A Halal Pakistani restaurant. They serve Burgers with a Pakistani twist and do it well. The Zinger Burger is amazing. A breaded full chicken breast that is crunchy and spicy topped with amazing sauce. Just divine. Their bomb burger is also pretty good. The atmosphere is simple but brings you close to a canteen in Pakistan. The service is quick and recommend the Mango Lassi to wash down the spice.
If you want the best burger in the Bay Area, this is the place to have it at! Unbelievable delicious food with the out of world zinger sauce. Must recommend eating place. However do expect long wait times as the kitchen is small and super busy. Mostly best for take out as seating area is present but limited in space.
Without fail I will come back to this restaurant anytime I’m in the area. The chicken sandwich is absolutely incredible, the fries are exciting and delicious, and the chai is one of the best I’ve ever had. They also have a wide menu of curries and other dishes so there is something for everyone. Don’t let the rougher exterior fool you, this place is absolutely one of the best in the area.
As others have mentioned, when you arrive you wonder if the navigation took you to the wrong place but I assure you it’s correct. It’s very uninviting; however, don’t let that fool you… We almost went somewhere else but the reviews led us in to try the food. I’m glad we did. I am not accustomed to this type of food so I got the Zinger burger (how can you mess up fried chicken breast right?) and the Crazy Curry Fries. The flavor and spices are so rich and amazing. This is NOT a fine dining restaurant with upscale service so if you’re looking for someone to serve you anything but your food then go some where else. If you’re looking for a comfortable and fairly quiet place to fine with friends or by yourself this is it. They have a prayer room (I’ve never seen one in a restaurant) It wasn’t uninviting even if you’ve never experience the culture. When we were walking out a car pulled in and a guy asked me how the food was and I gave him and his spouse my thumbs up to go in and try it. I would come back and try something else and that’s saying something!! Just go in and experience the environment and the awesome food.
The food was awesome, specially the chapli kebob and the crazy curry fries. The crazy curry fries dish is a unique recipe that you could be compared to poutine fries but without any meat. We also had the Tikka burger and the bomb kebob burger. The bomb kebob burger has the chapli kebob inside them. Just be aware that when they ask you if they want to make the burger spicy, it means they put a ton of fresh jalapenos. This makes the burger very spicy and can become difficult to consume for people who eat moderate spicy food.
I came here because Google Maps showed this place was top rated and I can see why. I asked them to recommend me something and was recommended the chicken zinger and curry fries. Good portions and just the right amount of heat for me (and I can take spice). I came just before the lunch rush but from what I can tell so far, service is fast! Definitely will be coming here again next time I’m in town.
Came here for the chaats and found so much more. Had the dahi papdi chaat as well as the Samosa chaat. Portions were plenty and the quality was superb. Papdi chaat was refreshing and samosa chaat was filling. Would recommend both. We enjoyed the ambience so much that also added on a chapli paratha wrap which was delicious, chapli made the right way and paratha really well done.
This is a hidden gem. I thought i was lost at first. The outside is just a parking lot some benches and a open sign. The food was great, the service was cheerful and hard working. Will visit again!
Halal food available. It was my first time there and I ordered a zinger burger, crisper whisper and chapli Kabab. The zinger was very tasty and gigantic almost like the KFC mighty zinger in Pakistan. The fries given with the burgers were also very tasty. Chapli kebab was also very juicy and tasty. I will definitely visit them soon and would love to try other items.
Came here after hearing so many good things about it and didn’t leave disappointed. I got a complementary cup of tea which was so good 🥰 and I ordered this plate from the picture below. Didn’t know what it was but based on their pictures I chose this and wasn’t disappointed. It was soooo good and sooo creamy, made with love. The portions are great and the prices are very good as well, way better than more bay area food! Totally coming back
WOW. . . . The food is awesome. Very delicious and tasty and huge portions. The presentation is great. The only thing that I wish they pay attention to it is the tidiness of the dining area. We came in and left and three tables had left food and plates on it and nobody cleaned it. I understand they are busy, the orders didn’t stop but these things are important.
You won't be disappointed when you visit this little hole in the wall restaurant. It's located in what appears to be a residential neighborhood. But you're very lucky if you stumble upon it. They have curries, sandwiches, wraps. Everything I've eaten here has been top notch in presentation and flavor. The people working here are very nice and you can tell they care about making great food and supporting their community. They have the best chicken sandwich in Sunnyvale. I don't eat meat anymore but I was lucky enough to try it before I quit. And they have a ton of really great vegetarian options as well. Come get an amazing meal and support Lados! They really deserve it.
Tried something new paratha wrap. It was good. Filled up. Don’t wait too long before eating other wise it will get soggy. Never had it before so can’t compare but it was not what I expected. Had little spice to it. I believe the potion is just right but for some people it might not be enough. It fills you up to where your not stuffed and not hungry.will try something else in the menu next time in the neighborhood, Thank you.
I absolutely loved the chaat here! We got dahi papdi chaat and samosa chaat. Really authentic taste! My only complaint is that tea is pre-made with sugar, and I can't drink it. You can always add sugar if you want, but you can't take it out if it's pre-made like that. We would come much more often if the tea was not sweet.
Get the Zinger Wrap and thank me later. It is amazing, and much better than any chicken-related dish I've ever had. The location is kinda wack and it looks bad on the outside, but they recently renovated the indoors, and it looks great from inside. Food is great, and so is the chai.
The zinger lived upto the hype, and comes in a good serving size. Fresh bun, tender meat with the right amount of crisp on the outside. The Chapli kabab roll was delicious (although I'd rather not have coleslaw in there). Juicy, and marinated superbly. Loved both the dishes and would definitely revisit and recommend to all and sundry. The ambiance is dope, with a seating arrangement both inside and outside (just outside for now courtesy COVID-19). Wait time was around 20 minutes. Ample parking.
Beyond delicious halal food in a cozy setting! Their chef Ayesha is really talented and does magic with simple ingredients. They started out as a food truck and recently opened a small restaurant. Very chill place, featuring a Muslim prayer room and decorated with cute artifacts from South Asia. We got the zinger chicken burger which was beyond delicious - a piece of fried chicken served with lettuce and their magic sauce covered in a bun patty. It comes with a generous side of fries. We also got the curry fries which were very tasty - fries coated in a flavorful korma type curry sauce. Finger licking good! Finally we got the chicken wings - the spice mix the wings were coated in was really a winner - and served with their special mayo sauce and chilli sauce - it did wonders to your tastebuds. Definitely want to try all the other items on their menu!
I normally have a personal creed against reviewing restaurants based on one visit alone - for better or for worse. Given the number and frequency of times Lados has compelled me to drive across town, I think I've hit that point. The Zinger burger is that driving force. It has consistently been presented as a hilariously enormous piece of perfectly fried chicken, a sauce with enough spice to offer a kick but not so much that tells you to back off, and the greens to back up. Paired with a superb plate of fries on the side, and this burger is the only thing I have ever felt the need to try here, lest I regret missing out on another chance to eat one. I could continue waxing poetic about this sandwich, but might push up on a character limit - it is THE reason I will continue to come back. The facility itself being woman-owned with a prayer room and a nearby park is the cherry on top. Lados has delivered on that Zinger quality so consistently and so often that it remains my favorite restaurant in the city, and worth the drive every time. Easily deserving of the 5 stars.
Really great experience overall. We ordered Chapli Paratha wrap, Veggies Paratha wrap, and Crazy Curry Fries for two of us. Everything turned out really great! Paratha was crispy on the outside and juicy inside; thredded lettuce simply made the texture more complex and helped to insulate juice of the kabob from moisting the crispy paratha. Kabob was very nicely cooked and skillfully charred. Crazy Curry is definitely a highlight! I don't know how they managed to mix all the beautiful crispiness of a good fry with thoroughly flavored curry dressing. It was just too good to miss. On service: all the best you can expect from a good hearty food truck - friendly happy people, easy payment technology (yeah they take cards!). It was a bit chill just rained; free chai to warm up the body and appetite! Love the music too!
One of the best "desi" burger places in the Bay Area. The tikka burger compels me to come back to this place again and again. Burst of flavors with amazing well cooked chicken. Heard similar reviews with other burgers too. I generally order a take-out, however this time decided to dine-in. Courteous staff and they are really quick with their order. They also have an outside seating. Strongly recommended.
First visit: I ordered the zinger chicken sandwich and lados fries. Overall I liked what I got. Everything was well seasoned, the bun was very good, and the chicken was a little spicy. Lados fries we're a bit sweet and soggy for my taste, but I can tell that without the sauce the fries would be better so I'll do that next time. Well the chicken was well flavored and tasted good, it was a little greasy and altogether wet. I was hoping for a mostly crispy chicken experience, since it's fried, and I didn't quite get that. Next time I think I'll ask for less sauce and maybe hold the cheese. Second visit: I tried the Zinger again yesterday without modifications and it was great! In contrast to last time I got big, crispy chicken thighs that weren't greasy. This thing was huge. I'm changing to 5 stars.
You must try the Zinger burger. It is a juicy spicy fried chicken in a burger bun. They make it with chicken thighs and I prefer thighs to breast all day because it is soft and juicy. Their crazy fries are awesome too. The sauce they use in the sandwich and fries are super delicious 😋. Also do not forget to get a complementary chai after you have your food. It is a sweet drink which I think they make out of tea+cream+sugar
Superb neighborhood / community gem and hole in the wall. Got the Zinger burger with Masala fries. I would personally request for extra Masala on the fries next time. I cannot emphasize how incredibly good the Zinger Pakistani fried chicken is. It is also HUGE, but you will want to savor every bite. Looking forward to dining in and trying more things on the menu for many times more!
Super impressed! Heard so much about this place so went out to try on a Friday night. Such a unique setting and so warm! We ordered a Kid Tikka Burger, which according to my kiddo tasted like open-flame tikka (really delicious). Masala fries were fresh and came with a different and good tasting garlic sauce. Chicken wings were hot, crunchy and juicy with the Buffalo sauce on the side. Dahi papri chaat and Dahi poori were amazingly refreshing and tasted like it was made from the best and freshest ingredients!! I would love to try their other menu items next time. The best part I forgot to mention; it’s Halal !!!!
5/5 every single time. Have been coming here for over a year and this place consistently makes a delicious Zinger burger. The chicken is massive, juicy and crispy. I've had chicken burgers at a number of other places, and occasionally the meat may be "woody" or have a "slimy" texture. This is never the case here. The meat is always top quality. The sauce is creamy and filled with spice. I'd pass on the cheese slice that they add on (tastes like a Kraft single) as, in my opinion, it detracts from an otherwise very high quality presentation. As for service, nothing but smiles from the team. I know some of said that they have had to wait, but that has not been my experience at all. I generally place an order around 4:45, pop in around 5pm and the food is piping to and ready to go in around 5 minutes. I would undoubtedly recommend you try their Zinger burger. You will not be disappointed.
Had a lovely experience at Lados! Yes, it's located in a neighborhood, but it's worth it. The Mango drive was great and arguably one of the best I've had. It's creamy, authentic yogurt flavored drink that's super refreshing on a hot day. As for the chicken biryani (only on Fridays and Saturdays), it's definitely very good and pretty spicy. I will say that I wish it had more meat in the biryani as I did end up with so much rice in the end, though I ordered extra chicken tenders to eat with leftover rice. Also, the service was great! They were nice enough to provide me a sample of their tea as well as wrap my to go and chicken tenders in a bag. Overall, great restaurant if you're looking for some great Indo-Pakistani food! Highly recommend :)
I went at 8pm on a Sunday and the place was packed. It also took a while for the food to be ready. I would suggest calling in your takeout food instead of waiting in person. The food itself was wonderful. I had The Bomb Kebab (burger) and it was delicious. To me it tasted similar to a gyro and a burger had a baby that was a bit spicy.
We’re addicted to this place! The chicken wrap is so deliciously spicy and yummy! Good price too! From outside looks a little sketchy but you’re in for a treat - the restaurant is well kept and the food is soooo good
Lados can never go wrong with their zingers and I can vouch on that. Every time, I have their zinger it's the same amazing flavor. I also love their zinger paratha roll and pani puri. The place is small and well maintained. The service is great.
Such a great spot for quick bites! The portions are generous, the ambience is beautiful, and the food is absolutely delicious. We tried the Masala Burger and Aloo Tikki Chaat — both were full of flavor and perfectly made. The complimentary tea was a delightful surprise — it’s rare to find one that tastes this good(if it’s free)
Oh I loved this place!😍 We had paratha and just couldn't stop, so ended up ordering four. We had paneer tikka masala. The gravy was so so nice. Just perfect. Probably the best I've had in an year atleast.❤️ Unfortunately, didn't get the complimentary chai 😕 But have been recommending this place to people ever since. Must visit!! The area was soooo dark at night that we were super scared but so worth it🤌🏻 Side note: I saw other people eating other things, somehow everything smelled so good!😊
Zinger Burger is best in town. It’s authentic Pakistani Zinger burger we can’t even find in Houston. Chicken Tikka masaala was good but can be improved by making it more spicy. Our Server (asian guy) was very helpful and he was single handily taking care of all orders. I like they have Namaz Prayer area!
An unassuming building at the end of a residential road houses this interesting eatery. The decor is simple and the interiors reminded me of an old Pakistani college canteen. We went around dinner time so there were a bit of a crowd, but we quickly found place to sit and ordered a number of things. The appetizers are good, especially dahi puri was presented well and tasted good. The zinger burger was ok, and I wished it had more zing in it than just deep fried breaded chicken. The anday wala burger aka bun kabob took the cake. It was very nicely done. The texture and flavor were excellent. The sauce tangy and nice. Overall a great item to eat here. We also tried the paratha chicken roll which was at par. Service is good and they kept the place clean and good. The outside seating area was rained out when we visited but could make for a good place to eat. Overall, a good experience.
Trust your GPS you are heading in the right direction, this place is in the middle of a residential area (or at least one that looks like residential). On site parking is on gravel and seems enough. They have room to sit outside and in and space inside for prayers also. There are no windows if you are sitting inside but the place is done well. You walk up to a screen to place your order and pay up-front but if you want to make changes they are happy to help but for a cost to make those changes. Staff was friendly and food was made fresh. They give you a pager to come get your order once done, it is all on disposable format right now.
Lados is a Pakistani/indian cuisine restaurant . It is obvious that they serve Halal food. I have tried zinger burger, crisper whisper burger, chapali kabab, haleem and biryani from their menu so far. Zinger and chapali was awesome. Surprisingly serving size of burger is very good. If you are a biryani & haleem lover then u can have them on friday and saturday only. Prior order is highly recommended as they are overly crowded at weekends. Last but not the least they offer pretty decent dine out place as well with good enough parking area.
Came here again after a long time. Nice to see the place updated and slightly cleaner (bathrooms should be next). Service was friendly. Food was as good as I remember. The chicken zinger is a must try. Appreciate they have a prayer room still as well
I came all the way from UC Berkeley to try this desi fusion fast food. I ordered Zinger wrap Dahi Puri and Crispy Fries. I loved later two but I feel like Zinger taste was little plain need more spicy. Also there was not some citrus drink which help me digest heavy food (got little vomiting since I travelled alot). They should keep Hajmola too (kidding). Make sure to go when you are not fatigued like me. If you are looking for halal version of American food this is your place. But don't expect authentic Pakistani taste here. Also there service was very fast. I got food in 15 min. But make sure to come before 6:30pm for dinner. It get packed after that. They also have prayer room for Muslim. So there's no doubt this place is halal. Also, they serve free chai. This gem is somewhere hidden in Sunnyvale. However, I saw 🪰 insides they need to take care of hygienic. Overall, it's a good halal fast food but I am not traveling all the way from Berkeley next time if I don't have car. Took me 4 hours both way. I hope my detail review help out to both owner and customers.
It's a little hard to find this place, definitely rely on your maps to get here. This is the only place in US so far where I have had fried chicken that tastes very close to KFC back in India! That's definitely the must try at this place. Their paratha wraps are also pretty good. The ambiance and service can be improved a bit though.
Service and atmosphere is off putting. But the Zinger chicken sandwich was fantastic. This place is a solid 3.5. Very odd dining area with clutter stacked in the corner of the dining area and an ottoman blocking the restroom. The restroom was out of order. I wouldn't hesitate to order if someone other than myself was picking up to bring back.
After all the hype we decided to try Lados tonight. We tried their Zinger, Bomb(beef) Burger, Zinger Wrap (all burgers were served with fries) Mango Lussi & Soda. Total budget $80. The bomb burger was not good at all. It had sauce added which had a very strong taste of indian garam masala which sets of the taste 5/10. The Zinger was delicious & crispy. It was very spicy. It had a big piece of chicken added, value for money 8/10 Zinger wrap was loaded and had the same crispy, juicy chicken added and it was spicy 8/10 The mango Lassi had cardamom added that was a first time experience and I did not like the taste of it that much. I would not recommend it if you're not a fan of Cardamom 5/10. Atmosphere of the place was good and clean. Had indoor and outdoor seating available. The overall decor was adorable. The food was halal and the restraunt had a small prayer area inside. It was a self-serving restraunt so do not expect a high-end service. We ordered Lussi and soda but it was not served with the food and we had to ask for it. Condiment were not available on self serving but you need to ask for it if needed. Overall it was a good experience.
The place is nice and cozy, you can sit there talk, eat and play tic tac toe and chill. They also have a prayer room if you want to pray.. We ordered dahi puri chaat which was very good, then we ordered their famous zinger burger, Tikka burger, Anday wala burger and Chapli kabab everything tastes really nice and the spice level was on point plus the best part is there servings are huge with the sides. We enjoyed our time there:)
First time here and I wasn’t disappointed. We went there on a Friday night and it wasn’t that crowded. We decided to get crazy curry fries, samosa chaat, bomb kebab and chicken tenders. I had the crazy curry fries and samosa and they were both delicious but slightly heavy for me. My friends enjoyed their food too. It’s a pretty chill place with fair prices so I recommend it for casual lunch or dinner during the week.
Cute place! The zinger burger was pretty good (and giant), but the fries were cold. The dahi puri was delicious, and something I’d definitely get again. I was a little frustrated that the heater wasn’t on so I had to keep my jacket on while I ate.
Lados is a nice spot in Milpitas — the burgers are really good and juicy, definitely one of their highlights. The fries could use some improvement, they’re not as crispy or flavorful as they used to be. I also noticed the dahi puri taste has changed recently ,it used to be excellent, but the flavor seems a bit different now. On the positive side, parking is easy and convenient, which is always a plus. Overall, still a solid place to grab a meal!
TL;DR: Great Food (especially Vegitarian Options) || Shabby Location & Average Ambiance The restaurant offers some great food, especially the Samosa Chaat (as good as any of the best places in the sub-continent). The burgers, both veg & non-veg were very amazing too, we tried the Zinger Burger & the Masala Burger (Vegetarian). However, with low lighting and deserted surroundings, the ambiance did feel a little shabby. PS: The food was so good, I would still return to this restaurant everytime I am in the bay area and I miss Indian Food.
1. Lassi was very good - a bit sweet for us but should be okay for you if you like sweet 2. They offer complimentary tea - they were making fresh tea when we reach there 3. Zinger burger - too good, liked the chutney it was served with do try it The place is very low key NOT a fancy place but food is too good!
We ordered the Zinger Burger with Crazy Curry Fries, the Bomb Kebob with Masala Fries, and a Mango Lassi. Everything was delicious, especially the Crazy Curry Fries. Although I really enjoyed the food, it might be a bit strong in terms of spice for some people. For example, the Crazy Curry Fries contain cilantro, so if you're not a fan, be cautious. As for the Bomb Kebob, while I liked it and found it flavorful, the spice level was somewhat strong, so keep that in mind.
This restaurant is often compared with Chicken G for its fired chicken burger. The advantage of it is that it has so much more choices than Chicken G. We came here on Friday afternoon around 5pm. It is pretty empty. We are the only customers in the restaurant. Water and utensils are self service. We ordered single piece of zinger as I don’t want to consume too much carbohydrates on that day. I am happy that they offered this option. The zinger itself is pretty good. It’s made to order. The outside is crispy and inside is juicy and tender. The meat is well cooked, not too raw. Eating with the sauce is better than eating it by itself.
1st time here, tried the chicken Zinger burger which comes with spiced fries. The location is unassuming and tucked away in what looks to be a residential neighborhood. As I arrived I thought at first that google maps had led me astray but after crossing the threshold, the delightful odor of Karachi style street food beckoned me onwards. As a neophyte when it comes to this particular cuisine, I selected what seemed to be the most accessible option on offer. The canned Shasta to wash it all down brought back halcyon memories of youth. And did restore my wavering faith in discount soft drinks. The Shasta was fine, in fact now when I wanna pop, I wanna Shasta!
Price++; Size --; I ate at Lados after a while today and ordered their classic Zinger. I was sad to see that not just the price had gone up but the zinger fried chicken patty was also significantly smaller (almost half the size I remember) now. I loved eating here but it doesn’t seem worth it anymore.
This restaurant is a great option for vegetarians, with a wide variety of chaat and wraps to choose from. The masala chai is also delicious and has a unique flavor. However, the food is a bit oily and they may use baking soda, which can upset some people's stomachs. Overall, this is a good restaurant with a few minor flaws. Additionally: - The service was friendly. - The atmosphere was casual and relaxed. - The prices were reasonable.
The chaats, pani puri, are all very good. The burgers are pretty good too. However, their general food options (like curries etc) are not great.
I wanted to tey something different for my lunch. Search and found thai restaurant on Maps. I picked up the chicken tikka boti and salad and a chai. The parking area looked a bit weird and it felt like a stop for abondoned cars for some reason. Anyway the chicken tikka boti didn't look like the photos honestly. It tasted fine though. When i opened the pack after 10 minutes of picking it up, the foil had accumulated water from the steam which wasn't a great experience. The salad was plain and i mixed it up with the chicken. The chai tasted good and sweet. I am going to try some more in future and update it here.
Update: reducing the rating because this restaurant always forgets to include their sauce when I order delivery of the Zinger piece. And without sauce it's not as good. Original review: One of the better among Indian & Pakistani food places in the Bay Area. They've a chill ambience, nice for dining in. Their french fries are some of the best I've ever had. Zinger burger is the other item that's excellent. We also liked the shammi kebab, the shahee paneer paratha wrap, and the curry fries. The chole was watery and not very flavorful.
"Used" to be my favorite spot in town. But not anymore. Food quality has decreased. Service has become extremely slow (~45 mins wait on a to go order). Quantity has reduced - no more masala fries with sandwiches. Chicken shammi kebab for reference in the picture - only peas, little hint of chicken. Sad to see this place deteriorate. Hope they bounce back
Lados restaurant presents a mixed dining experience. I began my visit with a cup of tea, which was truly enjoyable, setting a positive tone for the meal. The tea was flavorful and well-prepared, making it a highlight of the visit. However, the main dishes were a letdown. The Tikka paratha wrap was neither good nor tasty. It lacked the expected flavors and did not meet the standards of a satisfying meal. Additionally, the Tikka boti was just okay but unfortunately served cold, which significantly affected the overall enjoyment of the dish. On a positive note, Lados boasts a nicely designed interior and exterior, creating a pleasant ambiance. The décor is inviting and well thought out, adding to the aesthetic appeal of the restaurant. Despite the attractive setting and a good start with the tea, the overall experience at Lados was not as good as expected. The disappointing main dishes overshadowed the positives, making it unlikely that I would recommend the restaurant based on this visit.
So the place is hidden literally hidden. And it looks really like a rundown place from outside but the inside is nice. There are not many options on the menu for vegetarians and what we ordered wasn’t really great or anything out of the box the rice was so dry got chocked many times. Pretty disappointing
I was eager to try this place due to its high ratings, but after my experience, I question the authenticity of those ratings. Starting with the hygiene, the tables were sticky and hadn't been cleaned after customers departed. It's crucial for the owners to address this issue before someone reports it to FDB. This place looks shady from outside, looked like a single family home converted to commercial space. We ordered the chicken tikka platter and zinger burger. The chicken tikka platter disappointed me as it came with Kawan paratha, resembling frozen food from Indian stores. The rice was plain, and the chicken was satisfactory. The zinger burger resembled KFC India's version, with insufficient sauce compared to what's shown in marketing photos. The fries were decent. Overall, it's an average place, not deserving of the high ratings it has received.
Weekend special biryani. This is worst biryani I have experienced in bay. Who adds carrots, pieces of chillis in biryani? Rice also is not basmati. Forget about basmati the rice was soggy and lacked main flavors that should be fundamental base of biryani. Chicken was bland . So many mistakes in just one dish and it’s a special item on the menu. To owners please taste before serving it customer or review what chef is preparing . I am happy to revise and remove this review as long as you correct what is needed.
Be prepared to wait forever for your order. Nearly after 2 hours of ordering I got my order. Ordered sev puri but feel like they made pani puri instead. Samosa was good. Zinger Burger was decent as well but they just messaged up the packaging. Biryani was pathetic and salty, I threw it away.
It's unbelievable how this place is rated 4+ stars. My experience was the worst in the Bay Area. No one is there to take tour order or ask questions. You have a touch screen to take your order. Waited 15 minutes for the order and got it cold. Ordered Lados Fries and Chicken Paratha Wrap. The fries were cold and looked like they were cooked way before my order. The sause was already absorbed by the fries. I live within minutes from this place so it's impossible for the food to get cold. The chicken wrap is basically fried frozen chicken with a lot of spices to cover the taste. First and last time going there. Wasted time and 20$ on a failed food experiment. Worst part is that now I have to go and get something to eat.
