I love this place. It's my new favorite restaurant for Thai food, and we come every week or two for either dine in or take out. Their tom yum soup is just the right balance (for me) of a little heat and just a little brightness/tartness without being overwhelming in either. The fried catfish dish, green curry, and pad see ewe are staples for us. I wish I had found this place sooner. Also, prices are reasonable and the proprietor/front of house man is super nice!
This is without a doubt one of my favorite Thai restaurants in the Bay Area. Every dish is packed with flavor. Exceptional service. The star rating definitely shows. Really good all around. Share your dishes so you can get more variety.
Great food. Reasonable prices.
The Panang Curry is awesome. The service was great, and the decor creates a nice atmosphere.
Coming from Southeast Asia, this place reminds me of home. Ambience was really nice. Staff were friendly, food was quick, flavor was good.
the pad see ew was amazing! i called for takeout and it was ready within 10 minutes :) i will definitely come back again! and i highly recommend this place
We went here for family dinner. We had green and red curry, which is tasty. Roti and Satay are good too. Highly recommend!
Food is excellent and the portions are generous. The service is prompt and polite. Enjoyable experience!
This place is a real hidden Gem! The food is great! The atmosphere is very relaxing and welcoming.. like you walking into your family home.. the food is extremely comforting and served hot! The man who runs the place is very humble man you. I wish this business the best !! As Kieth Lee would say : it’s a ten for me!
I have eaten here twice and both times, I left very pleased (and super full)! The service is attentive and the food is AMAZING! I loved the Basil chicken, the coconut soup with chicken, the green curry, and (one of my favorite desserts) the sticky rice with mango. DELISH! Can't wait to be back!
First time trying this place and was pleasantly surprised with the nice flavors and generous portions. Love this place for its taste and value. Ordered the yellow chicken curry not spicy but I ended up sweating through the dinner. A little annoying but very delicious. The BBQ pork was double the amount expected and very tasty although not the most tender. Coconut fried shrimp were very crispy and delicious as well. We'll definitely be returning!
We met friends for dinner. We ordered roti, satay chicken, shrimp rolls, yellow curry chicken, fried rice and stir fry catfish. All items were pretty tasty, great texture. Service was nice and friendly. Lunch involved pad Thai, panang chicken, small tom kha seafood, salad and Thai ice tea. Still yummy.
Fantastic food, lovely place. This place serves quality and authentic Thai cuisine. Great number of vegetarian options, we tried their vegetarian Thai imperial rolls, veg panang curry and vegetarian pad see ewe. The flavors were amazing and the food was excellent, the service is great. I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to try an authentic Thai cuisine.
The best eggplant I have ever had! Each piece was juicy and soft, but not soggy. It had a good bite to it. Overall... Not too salty and the perfect amount of garlicky sauce. I love that they pair it with lots of bell peppers and basil too. All of my favorite ingredients in a stir fry!! I highly recommend the Eggplant Chicken here. A little pricey at about $16 and it doesn't come with rice, but that is most Thai places around here nowadays. There is a lot of seating inside and the customer service is very friendly. If you're ordering takeout, I recommend using their website online to order! Very quick and easy.
Fast food, super friendly service. Unknowingly I showed up less than 15min before closing time. However my server was still super friendly. When I asked about closing he said no problem we will serve you. He allowed me to eat my food and not feel rushed! Super customer service. The food was delicious, hot , and tasted fresh. I had a salad that was crisp. Curry that was filled to the top with deliciousness! Coconut shrimp.
Visiting on a business trip and my co-worker and I checked this place out for lunch. She ordered vegetable Pad Thai and I ordered the pork Pad Thai. Also ordered Royal Prawn Rolls and the vegetable rolls. Lunch came with a panang salad. Everything was delicious, and so much food!! Service was great and loved the tiki Thai interior.
I have been in Bay Area for more than 10 years now. And this is the best Thai food I have had. Jasmine Thai, Krung Thai and other Thai places are watered down cheap imitations. This place has the most awesome strong tastes of all the ingredients.
My family's favorite Thai spot, we go here on a monthly basis. Their service is quick, personable and their prices are reasonable. Lots of parking and 1 restroom in the back.
Food was tasty. The portions were huge. The personal was very attentive

One if my favorite Thai restaurants in Santa Clara. The yellow curry is nice and thick and well portioned, and the shrimp roll appetizers are always wonderfully crunchy and juicy.
This food is good, authentic, and tasty. Spicy when you want it, not spicy when you don't. Good price and tasty food.

We frequently go here for lunch on Friday. There's a line if you show up on friday after 12pm. Co-workers said the pad thai dish and the pad see ew is a bit sweet. I usually order spicy cat fish and I'm happy with it. There's a "free" salad with a peanut based dressing as starter while you wait for your entree. Staff seems to have been reduced to maybe 2 waiters/waitresses and it takes a bit longer for the dishes to be served. We had a unpleasant surprise today. With a party of 5, the waitress told us that service charge is included so we trusted her and paid. After we left, we looked at the check (to split) and discovered that another 20% tip was added on top of the 20% service charges. Disappointing.
Went with a friend and I ordered the tofu basil fried rice.. excellent quantity and taste.. service is pretty good but ambience is just ok
First thing I liked when I arrived was the setup. This place has a very authentic feel right off the bat and that continues with the staff. I ordered Chicken Pad Thai and a Thai Iced Coffee for lunch and neither disappointed. The Pad Thai was flavorful and the perfect portion size and the iced coffee was just the right sweetness. Service was also quick and friendly. Definitely worth checking out next time you're in the area.
I really enjoyed the food, but it was pretty overpriced 😔 Tom yum was spicy but really pungent and good, green curry was very fragrant (personal favorite), pad thai and pad see ewe were flavorful and above average (kinda oily though). Also ordered a bento box with eggplant beef (appetizing but also too oily).
I've come here fairly regularly for over 10 years, both for dinner and lunch. It's a sit-down place that feels cozy, but never to the point where you feel like you're rubbing elbows with the table next to you. The Pad Thai is by far my favorite dish here. Pair it with a Thai iced tea for a perfect balance of flavors. Portions are generous and service is usually very good. It can get crowded around lunchtime on weekdays.
Had the green curry and tom kha soup as a late lunch and it was great. Definitely coming back with my team.
We went here for team dinner. The restaurant is open even at 4 pm and they made all the food fresh for us.. We ordered all the desserts in the menu. The mangoes in the mango sticky rice was not great. Rest of the desserts were good. In the main course, the crispy cat fish was not crispy and ended up being soggy. The chicken curry and the tofu fry and chicken pad Thai were great.
Venturing more into exploring Thai cuisine we went to this place for lunch post rain on a Saturday afternoon. The place is rustic alluring showing the smaller family run restaurants. It’s got the very old world vibe and is indeed very clean and well decorated. More of wooden interiors. And caressing the craving vegetarian taste buds we ordered the oh so crispy roti which was very well made then came the soup which was had very home kitchen flavours and again very well made. But the best was the garlic noodles which just felt perfect blend of spices and well cooked noodles. The meal was very satisfying. The only turn off was the long wait time. Definitely worth going back
Yello Curry is good and has quite amount of chicken. Royal pineapple fried rice is also good. Mango is sweet. However, royal Prawn Rolls is a bit too salty. Not much meat in both pad thai and fried rice.
My wife and I live very close by and we just heard about this place. We enjoyed the ambiance and the staff were nice. We were given some salad as a starter for free. We ordered pad thai with crab meat and panang curry with beef. We also had thai icea (not pictured). The portion of the pad thai is enormous. We definitely will come back.
I would say this place is less crowded than other Thai restaurants but the foods are not bad. BBQ Beef is a bit chewy but that can be improved. Their appetizer salad is pretty good though.
Generally speaking, a ok restaurant. To me, it seems overpriced given the location and interior design. I did not like that we got the bill 5 min after the main dish was brought to our table. I also did not like that my curry was only (temperature) warm and not hot when served.
Restaurant has a little outdoor seating for Covid. Tables are distanced. Staff was very efficient and polite under the masks. I had green curry with chicken. Medium is hotter than usual tourist level medium. Comes with rice and a lettuce salad with peanut sauce. The curry flavor was tasty though the potatoes would be better in smaller chunks since knives aren’t normally given out.

Gets busy during lunch on weekdays — make reservations if you come with a big group. Friendly staff and service was quick. They have good vegetarian options. The roti, satay an imperial rolls make great appetizers. I love the pad sea ew with prawns, you can taste the smokiness of the wok which was a nice surprise. The Thai tea was a little light though it’s decent.

Got red curry and white rice. Was just okay. Latest visit: We went for lunch this time. Got Roti, Pad Thai and Curry Noodles. Roti was good. Pad Thai had an unusual taste and it’s too sweet. Didn’t expect this at a restaurant named after this dish. Curry noodles was also sweet and peanutty. Only best thing was the complementary salad served at lunch. Not satisfied to make us return back.

Short story: dead FLY in food Ordered a seafood pad thai takeout and discovered a fried FLY in it after I got home. Then I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to return it and get my money back. They couldn't refund to my credit card and ended up giving me cash instead. Honestly I can't believe this happened. Seriously, everybody knows how difficult it is to catch a fly. How did they manage to catch one and fry it??
Pickup order and the lady at the pickup table simply showed me where to tap the credit card and then I realized later I was charged a 20% tip! For that, they earned this one star review.
Wait for too long time, nearly one hour with only water and complementary salad served.
This was terrible! I got the Red Curry with Calamari and honestly — I’ve never had a Thai Curry that tasted so watery. There was hardly any taste at all, and the Calamari was like rubber, almost impossible to eat. The variety of vegetables was also bad and they were completely bland and poorly cooked. I truly cannot believe that meal cost me $24
Been waiting more than an hour for just one single dish, extremely disappointed experience
This place was very disappointing. The pad Thai tasted off and I threw it out. My other issues were the “Thai spicy” wasn’t spicy, spring rolls tasted frozen/mushy, tea was from concentrate, drunken noodles had mushrooms for some reason and little meat. Too many corners cut for the price.
