Delicious Loaded SUB!! Totally worth it. Nice friendly hard working employees. They take interest in your order and won't hesitate if you ask for something extra. Keep it up! Parking gets little tight here during lunch time but moving. Dine in area is always clean and tidy.

Patricia and Celeste day by day prepare my favorite sandwich and it is always delicious, service is great and the place is always clean.

Everything was ok, but I felt a little uncomfortable because the employee making my sandwich seemed a little under the weather, and she wasn't wearing a mask while dealing with the food. So she was sniffling and lightly coughing. Also, I miss when subs used to be 5 dollars. It was so expensive just for a sandwich
Place open 24hrs that itself is awesome. Be better if the app allows you to order and pay cash at the store like dominoes cus not everyone likes using ther CD online or even have 1 for that matter and then you cant even receive the deals/ coupons which is a bummer cus without coupons or deals its exepensive makes you feel left out and not even wanna order something
All the food accessories are up to date except the bread but the refreshing veggie’s can excuse it. The employees are quick and highly qualified. Another small issue is the shortage of employees but understandable by how the economy is. Would recommend if looking for a nice delightful sub!
The people there are there to take your order they're very polite and courteous not too many places have that kind of courtesy they have mutual respect for their customers and that's a big Plus on my part

It's ok, I didn't have to wait long to be attended. However, they're a bit sloppy with the way they make the subs. The guy just threw the stuff on the bread all willy nilly didn't even attempt to close or cut the sub well enough.
When I said I didn’t want pepper in my sandwich as clear as day they still put pepper in my food and I am very dissatisfied, and completely lost my appetite. Overall I told them I only wanted salt . They ruined my order. One last thing the lettuce they put on my sandwich wasn’t even fresh. Update in 2026: they did it again they put pepper in my sandwich WHEN I said salt NO PEPPER. Worse service ever it was at 7:02pm Tuesday and I ordered a spicy Italian with marinara sauce lost my appetite once more again. Hope you fix this problem

Patricia is a rude woman. Horrible costumer service ... First I came asking for water 💧she was ok and gave me a cup and help me used the new machine ..10 mins later I came to buy a six inch sandwich and she helped me but she messed up do to the fact that she got upset 😡 when I asked her if she was upset because she seem upset in the first place.. as soon as I asked her that she said that that was disrespectful and she said are you homeless because you seem homeless .. she made me feel horrible 😞..... I told her that that was rude and disrespectful.. I also told her that I had ask her first if you was having a bad day .. nicely but she was less of a person because that ? Was out of place .. Went after work around 4am, ordered 2 sandwiches and come to find out their system was down for maintenance......they couldn't ring me up. I was told it will be 10min till I could pay, so I waited..... Nope got fed up and they finally apologized and said they didn't think it would take this long. Had to Zelle a worker to his personal bank account so I could leave with my food
I order online but they constantly get my order wrong- Hotshot Italiano, meat, white bread, mayo, lettuce, american cheese and tomato. They get wrong all the time. They don't even answer the phone.
The guy (manager I believe) is very unprofessional. I called for the 2nd time in one month regarding them not reading the details on the online order and he clicked on me, I called back and asked for a refund and he clicked in me again. IF THE OWNER IS READING THIS: please educate your employees, the guy who I believe is the manager is very disrespectful and the people making the sandwiches aren’t READING the instructions. If this is the way, you’re treating the people here in Sylmar because you’re the only SUBWAY® in this area, then just sell your restaurant so that the proper owner can handle business accordingly. Not to mention how they have a motorcycle with an open gas tank in the bathroom, the bathroom is a single stall, that is disgusting, I also noticed that when they are changing the ice, the person doing it, is not wearing gloves. I will also be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and maybe even the health department.
Im a regular customer at this specific subway and I’ve noticed something is not right with the overall total of my sandwiches. I’ve noticed that when I order a sandwich online versus when I order something in person the total comes out completely different. I order the exact same thing, which is a turkey sandwich but why is that when I go in person my total comes out more than when I order online? I recently noticed when I order in person I’ve been getting charged a #15 but online I always order a turkey. I have NEVER asked for a #15 because I know that it comes with more meat ,as it says online and I don’t like that, so why do I get charged a #15 when I always ask for a turkey sandwich? I understand that there are two options of ordering like a #15 Titan Turkey and an oven roasted turkey but I do not ask for 15 when I go in person EVER. Also, when I get charged this way I never get more meat. What is going on? I’ve been going to subway for a long time now and I’ve debated whether or not I should write this review. But based on all the reviews I’ve seen here I can clearly see that the owner hasn’t done anything to resolve this. Do better. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I go to various subways as my job requires me to travel and this doesn’t happen elsewhere and only here. Anyone else reading this review check your receipts and DON’T BE FOOLED. This is not okay. I expect you to resolve this matter and talk with the manager ASAP. You should be ashamed.
