As an honest review, I usually only stop here when I'm craving a nice glass of tea. I used to frequent this location often, but food quality had gone downhill, and there was one particular employee who is very rude . It was really hit or miss. Tonight, I ordered a chicken fajita taco and an unsweet tea. I ordered the taco via special order by adding shredded cheese and grilled onions and removing the peppers. I have to say, everything was really good! The taco was made as ordered and had the perfect crunch to the tortilla; and the tea tasted like it was freshly brewed. Because of the quality service and food, I will definitely visit this Whataburger soon.

I Always Visit the Crosby Location and I am never dissatisfied. Whenever I do curbside I am greeted by Alyssa, who is always quick and a joy to be around. Or when I’m in a hurry and go through the drive through, I pay at the first window with Carlos, who I also share a quick conversation with, whether I go through his line or the B lane he never hesitates to say hello. It’s welcoming and you get a small town feel here and it’s my number 1 go to spot for lunch. Thanks again Guys, y’all rock!

I love Whataburger. Foods always good and the service is fairly quick with nice staff. Prices have gone slightly up, and theres hardly anything that would count as a decent kids meal. Also no value meal...but if that's what keeps it serving good food, that's ok.

I've loved Whataburger all my life. The last few times I've been disappointed. The meat patty isn't hot. Its more warm and thats unsettling to me. The french fries were hot and salted to perfection.

I love Whataburger, I have only had one issue with getting the wrong order and I go there about 4 - 5 days a week for breakfast and sometimes for dinner. Very nice workers as well, haven't had any rude ones yet, thank God.

We always come here for late night burgers and sometimes in the afternoons they have gotten my order completely wrong sometimes but it’s ok. Amongst all the burger/junk food places to eat in Crosby late at night this is probably the most clean place to come and eat everyone is nice I’ve had someone give me an unpleasant attitude once or twice but that’s it overall place is clean and the food is good

I have been going to this location for over three years now. Time to time there's a mishap (missing an order of fries, or my Triple Meat having only two burger patties on it) but that's to be expected of any business, especially one that sees as much traffic as this location. The people that work there have always come off with a honest and caring atmosphere for their job, and I've not seen one employee there that behaved unprofessionally. Extremely great customer service, and I have never once drove away from this location feeling anything but satisfied with the food and the service. A great reason why I always go to this fast food joint over all the rest of the ones in Crosby and the out-lying areas.

The food is well prepared. The buns & vegetables are typically fresh; the fries are made to order as requested. They are open 24/7. The wait time has never been beyond 15 minutes. Have eaten at this location for longer than 15 years.

5 STAR as usual . But this isn't about the food or excellent service. It is about the people their. Especially the young ladies who helped me. I am a 68 yr. Old disabled person. Who started doing the slow motion splits. I was about to fall when the 1st young lady grabbed a arm and asks others to help. Which they did . They thought nothing about helping. Not realizing that a fall like that to me would have meant something broken and a long stay in a hospital. I cannot thank those young ladies enough.

Everyone was so friendly and even though it was extremely busy they took care of every guest. I even saw one of the cashiers, I don't know what his name is but he's a taller guy, go to an older couple and refill their drinks for them. Such an awesome whataburger!!

Our Crosby location gets very busy in the Drive-Thru but usually the wait is not more than about 10 minutes from the time you're going to order until they're giving you your food! The big issue I have had lately is the onion rings and french fries are soggy. Which doesn't make sense to me because when you have 10 cars in front of you it seems like they would be having to constantly put those items down and pull up for orders so you would think they would be crispy! That is definitely something they need to work on!

Yesterday i went to whataburger, our service was amazing, i believe her name was delilah and she was so sweet. The wait to get my food was ridiculous, but she reassured us and updated us on the status of our food. She was understanding and patient when taking our order while my kids were acting like hooligans. would definitely come back again!

went to this location with my boyfriend and it was so good! i’ve never been before and the service was amazing. got extra fries that were super fresh and was instantly brought napkins when mentioning to my boyfriend how i needed some after spilling my milkshake. even though the restaurant had a lot of kids working there, they were super sweet and even brought us extra ranch (both reg and jalapeño) because “i didn’t know if you both wanted some”. such a great place to stop by i would definitely recommend :)

For a fast food restaurant the food is great@ especially the hotcakes and sausage. Biscuit and gravy, and the Biscuits are 2nd to none. And if you like French vanilla cream for your coffee, they have it. And great burgers. And yall have to try the Onion Rings. They are awesome!

Food is always good. My burgers are warn and fries are always hot. The only thing negative I can say is that they don't give enough ice when I get a sweet "iced" tea. It is always melted and still warm before I leave the drive thru.

Decided to try something new and took a trip to Whataburger. My wife and I found the menu to be quite simple. I like to eat spicy food so I gave their jalapeno cheese burger a try and their spicy chicken sandwich. The burger was nothing special, but their spicy chicken sandwich was very good. My wife had the honey BBQ chicken tender sandwich a try and she loved it. I look forward to going again, I just hope the one back home is as good as this one was. Very friendly staff.

Staying open and providing food during a crisis. People there are doing amazing work, I sincerely hope they get a raise. Food is good quality. Just double-check your orders, they sometimes forget the fries if you order more than one meal. (Hasn't happened to me in months but did happen repeat in the past, probably was due to a single worker at the time.) Speed is good. They get you in and out quickly as they can. Nice people, too.

Well we used the drive through it was easy and accessible and we went early so no one was there but one other car so. But service was quick and polite. As far as food everything was exactly as ordered. And still warm when we got home due to good packaging and placement in the bags. As is to be expected always a good burger when going to Whataburger. The location in Crosby Texas is newly remodeled location. Facilities are clean and we'll maintained. Staff is friendly with turnaround times quick. Location works well with mobile orders picked up either curbside or through drive through. A great fast food option.

We went through the drive thru on our way to Houston and all was good until the server handed the drink over and dropped it in my husbands lap... Lets just say he wasnt very happy about wearing his drink.. Other than that everything was good... They do have the Best Fries Ever!!

Our cashier was friendly! It was full blown lunch hour when we arrived on a Saturday. We did have a longer than usual wait, but were pleased that the person bringing our food was friendly & smiling. Someone came back by to see if we needed anything. The parking lot is a little small or maybe it's just the way it's designed. In my opinion, a favorite hamburger place that is off the main road of a small town should have more or better parking. Maybe because I'm used to the Whataburger in my town. Idk. Overall, food was great and service was outstanding!

Ordered and paid through the app and arrived to pick-up the food. Drive-thru line was long but app users can bypass the line and pull on up alongside those waiting and they’ll run food out. Had a chocolate milkshake as part of my order. Very nice lady came out and greeted me and told me the shake machine was being cleaned and they were almost finished but it would be 15 minutes before it would be ready. She offered many solutions / options so that I could enjoy everything made fresh and together. Appreciated the honesty when most places try and tell you “it’s broke”

I've been here several times. I didn't really want to stop here this time because the food has been so-so, and the good was not great again. I was there around 1 pm and the fries tasted like they might've been leftover from the day before. BUT, I stop here because Whataburger handles allergies great and they keep my food from being egg contaminated. I'll probably stop here again too.

Food and Breakfast good, BUT...! I've not had the best luck of ordering inside the store (Drive Thru better experience), and I didn't think the place was that busy to get overlooked while standing at the counter, ready to order (at least a 5 min wait, with another customer as he waited for his food). There seemed to be plenty of people on shift, as I watched them work behind the dividing wall. While waiting, I notice that the seating area could use some attention and cleaning. One issue with this location is the Entrance/Exit. Traffic on FM 2100 can be really bad at times, and getting in or out can be an issue, depending on which way your coming/going.

This is the second time I’ve gotten ill from eating here. Both times I ordered the same thing and at night (if that helps); #4 with a Powerade and a cinnamon roll. Not sure which part has made me sick but there’s no doubt it’s because of the food from here…I will not return to this location.

Since what burger has been bought out ( no longer a texas family owned business) the quality of their meat has really gone downhill,if it isn't bad enough you pay for every tipping you'd normally see on a McDonald's hamburger that's free ( cheese onions lettuce pickles) to find crisp vegetables at this establishment is far above what they can serve. Everything looked old ( we are talking lettuce that looked like it was fried in the taco of Jack in the box just a mess) tomatoes were soft it was more a pasted tomatoes if that makes sense .AND FOR THE LIFE OF THEM DONT ORDER A #10 GRILLED WHATACHICKEN BREAST SANDWICH THEYLL NEVER GIVE YOU THE CORERECT ORDER IVE ORDERED 4 TIMES ( I DONT EAT FRIED FOODS) YET EVERYTIME I GET HOME UNWRAP THE ORDER AMD THERE IT IS A FRIED MYSTERY MEAT PATTY( WHEN CHICKEN IS GREY ITS NOT CHICKEN OR SPOILT) SO MAKE SURE YOU DONT JUST COUNT YOUR BURGERS BEFORE DRIVING OFF LITERALLY UNWRAP AND CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE WINDOW.. BETTER YET SAVE THE MONEY YOU WASTE HERE GO TOCDONALDS ORDER A VALUE 2.50 SANDWICH OR BURGER AND GET BIGGER PATTIES AND MORE VEGGIES THAT APPEAR FRESHER FOR TOTAL 2.50 I GAURANTEE IT TASTES BETTER THEN HERE AND EVEN WITH A LINE OUT THE LOT THEY CAN MANAGE YOUR ORDER TO BE CORRECT.

The staff was friendly courteous and delightful. I went up for a midnight snack to get the new hatch chili burger which I had been looking forward to trying. I get home and open my burger and there are is barely anything on it. Seriously disappointed in the food. Second chance: ordered the patty melt and got home to an entirely different burger. This Location is on the decline. Check your bag BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!

Well I've held out on this review for a while but yall can't seem to get it together. I come to this whataburger every morning and it seems every other morning my order is messed up and yall take like 20 minutes to make a sausage biscuit and the occasional taquito. And all this is at 3 or so in the morning and there's Noone else in the drive thru. Please get it together yall

Went through the drive thru and placed my order and it was repeated back correctly and the receipt reflected what I ordered and paid for. The problem is when I got home and opened up my burger it wasn't made to order. I asked for grilled onions and jalapeños and I received raw onions and jalapeños to which I paid extra for. I didn't bother to take it back but I will make it a point not to eat at this store again. I'll drive to Channelview from now on or just go to Hippo Burger where they will make it to order

The cashier was rude when asked her for napkins because apparently this location doesn't give it's customers any napkins and doesn't come out to the table with the tray and this wasn't just with us but we noticed this with every dine in and carry out customer while we sat there eating for an hour. My burger buns were smashed thinner than a thin crust pizza and the sauce and grease were everywhere on the inside and outside of our wrappers on 2 of our 4 burgers and it's never this bad that I had to wrap my burger in napkins. Cashier and manager caught an attitude when I asked for napkins because she only gave us 4 napkins for 4 meals that cost over $60 and when I told them why don't they do what all other Whataburhers do by bringing the tray to the table they had no explanation and revealed the tray acting like a McDonald's with it's ketchups. We go to Whataburger for the exceptional service, atmosphere and food but this location does not meet the mark.

Check your bag before you drive home. We ordered three things and all three items were the wrong. They gave me spicy chicken instead of normal, a kids burger instead of nuggets, and the meat and cheese burger was made all the way. Food was good, but not it. The new fresh drink was really good.

Went through the drive thru and my extra burger was missing so I went back and had to wait thirty minutes and watched 5 cars go while I waited in lane b. The cashier gave me an extra shake but once I got home the person who prepared my burger threw my burger in the bag. The wrapping was only covering the top of my burger.

If your power went out let customers know before they place an order especially when people are on their lunch breaks. Don’t tell them your playing catching up after they’ve placed an order. Very inconsiderate of my time and my money.

I don't recommend this whataburger. The line takes for ever and they don't have a employee outside taking orders like other whataburger locations do. The meat feels like it's been there a while and it is cold. The drink tastes very diluted too! Waste of money. I won't be coming here again!

This place no matter what time of day is hands down the absolute WORST Whataburger in the state of Texas! Never fails that we have to return our food because it's wrong, cold, and dry or we get all the way to the house and have to go back because our order is completely wrong.. Something has to give at one point. Either the staff or the training needs help at this location. I love Whataburger! But it's sad for me to say I'd rather go next door to Sonic! Yuck! Just so I can have my order done right or my food hot..

I could go sit down at a restaurant and get faster food. I've been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks, and it's seems to take longer and longer each visit. I started this review waiting in line to pass the time. It was originally going to be a 3-star review, but when I received my bag of food they put the fries in on their side and most of them had fallen out into the bag.

Apparently the number you are given so they can bring your otder to you are useless. They gave my order to someone else. They remade my order wrong, I pointed out I had a large fry and the employee copped an attitude. Definitely never going to this location again.

Sadly this location seems to be going down hill. Not sure if they lost everyone to other jobs? But we will not be returning. 20 minutes to get to window to pay. The young man uses his filthy glove to clean our cups. I mention soda is streaming down. Not one time in 20 minutes of handling cash, food, credit cards, the register did he change them or wash his hands. I explained the order was wrong and was yelled at. Told I was wrong, and he was right. I happen to be on a zoom meeting for all to hear this young man. Lastly, when I asked for the manager he continued to be rude. This has been a very constant problem here. Also, please tell me why the order taker for your second line only comes out 15 minutes apart instead of going down the line. Also, you might ensure you tell them stop zig zapping between cars. Besides seeming like a bag full of germs and some drinks that got thrown out. Whataburger as a whole what is going on?

Worst customer service, we were trying to order through the drive thru and we were there for 5-10min trying to order and no one answered us. We drove up to the window and there was no one most of the employees were in the lobby just sitting down doing nothing and this was like around 12:30pm and it’s a 24hr restaurant. Drive thru takes 30+ minutes everytime, food is always cold, and order is wrong. We also ask for regular ketchup and they give us spicy. When we ask for regular they tell us no. The service here has always been so rude to us.

Made to park on side because no face entering I a Handicap no ramp at all on side. Food thumb down chicken strips made to drive out where I had to wait because one of your people taking order. Be a long long time before I go again. Plus Manager wouldn't come out to talk to us. I wasn't along had a other Handicapped person with me. I use too go there a lot half the table not open either.

After the rude people working there the being ignored when I ask what was going on with my order, asked to speak to a manager to just get my money back, 43 minutes later they pop out with my food burnt, thrown together and just thrown in the bag. Will be putting call into corporate cuz it keeps getting worse and worse. The only response I got from them the entire time I kept asking they said they were understaffed but 3 people just standing around not helping... Apparently, my order was given to someone else by mistake. Fine, it happens. All they had to do was explain the situation. Picked up a curbside order. Half the order was missing, the drinks were incorrect, and the food was cold. I had to make a trip back to get the rest of the order (which took forever -- 20+ minutes) and the employees were so extremely rude. You make a mistake and you treat the customer like they did something wrong. Terrible service!! Tried them once again and they gave me the complete wrong order. At least this time they were nicer about it.

I go to this location at least once a week. I’ve never had any issues until yesterday. I got all the way home and noticed my order was incorrect. I wasn’t about to drive all the way back to town so I called and spoke with a gentleman named Cesar. He apologized and told me I could come back and get the meal replaced. I come today and I’m told I will only get part of the meal replaced. The cashier was rude about it as well with a smirk on her face. I ended up saying it was fine and leaving because I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated. It’s not cheap to eat here and I didn’t get what I paid for and I was charged extra for add ons that I did not ask for. The order was wrong and I was lied to. I have now wasted my gas and time. I will be going to the Dayton location from here on out.

I rarely come to this location and it will definitely be the last time I come. It has become a playground for young teenagers to hang out while working. The manager has no care on how these young people treat their customers. I watched one of the young girl that works there tell a customer to never come back because they were upset they messed up on their order. Then the young girl walk up to her other two coworkers to talk smack about the customer. And while they are all standing there talking smack about this customer they’re also staring at them while getting in their vehicle blowing kisses and waving them. Disgusting behavior! Been to plenty of Whataburger’s and this one is by far worst one. This place definitely needs a clean out of the rotten workers and managers that are working here. They don’t make their customers happy and they’re not there to make them happy. They’re just there to make the paycheck and to hang out.

Done with this place. This location can never get a drive thru order correct. Just got a sweet tea with my order, first one was nasty and not sweet at all, second one has absolutely NO ICE and is warm. Not acceptable in Texas. Period. Be warned.

So when the young lady brought me my food I made a suggestion to start wiping the soda off the drinks. I don't want sticky soda in my cup holder are all over my hands!! I was very nice about it and she caught a little attitude... Just get a damp rag and wipe the cups off no big deal!!

Food was fine but it took a while to come out, and I Witnessed a manager yell at someone who needed to use the restroom because she was going to clean it. Why was it such an issue if you were going to clean it anyway? If the staff is so quick to have attitude with people I doubt i’ll be making a return trip. Very unprofessional.

Management needs to instill in their staff to finish with one customer first before rudely interrupting so they can start someone else’s order. It is non ethical and shows this stores commitment to the bottom dollar as opposed to its initial commitments of customer satisfaction and appreciating those who care to spend their hard earned dollars there. Edit— gave one more chance tonight. failed miserably. multiple times the cashier/order taker verified my burger was mustard onions and cheese only, and even repeated that back to me three times at the window called back to cook to confirm correct. get home to find out burger was not correct dry as all get out and not my burger. they weren’t even busy. only car in line. such a waste of a 18.98$ burger (not even a meal. will not recommend anyone to return to the crosby location or any fast food joint in crosby for that matter

I ordered breakfast and a number 1. I called the store and spoke with a gentleman because my number 1 was made incorrectly. They added onions and did not add the lettuce or cheese I requested on my sandwich. I told him I was 40 minutes away at work and could come back later to get the remake. He suggested I just reach out for a refund on the sandwich instead. I have yet to hear from Whataburger after making two requests that I be contacted in regards to the matter.

I ordered a patty melt with large fries and somehow Whataburger managed to mess up a TWO ITEM ORDER. The patty melt was soggy like it sat there thinking about life for 30 minutes, cheese barely melted, bread greasy in the worst way, and the onions tasted like they were cooked yesterday and reheated with regret. The large fries? More like medium sadness. Cold, limp, and unseasoned like they were allergic to salt. I’ve had better fries from the bottom of a grocery bag. For the price, this was straight disrespect. I waited all that time just to be disappointed. Whataburger used to hit… now it’s just vibes and orange wrappers. Never again.

Decided as Google guide to hit up Whataburger locations. This Crosby location is the worst!!! Only me in line and 4 people at the register just talking for about 5 minutes as if I was completely invisible. About to walk out , then finally a person ask what i wanted. . None of them even said hello. Customer service is key to good business. Food was fast . Wasn't the normal delicious, but wasn't bad either. However, I will never return to this location

Had ask for a double cheese burger. when I went for a bite it only had one patty plus the buns were all soggy. Went back to ask for another burger all they did was put another patty on my bitten burger. Not the way to handle a customer

Always takes FOREVER to get through the drive through. If we see even 3 cars in the line, we know its going to be a 30 minute wait. Its ridiculous, especially when its busy dinner or lunch. Just expect a long wait. My husband is there right now, so far has been in the drive through 30 minutes.... still waiting. Why even have 2 lanes??

Asked for a small cup ice for my kids who were over heating in the Texas heat and the young kid told me I would have to order and buy another meal to get it. He insisted that his managers would get him in trouble if he gave out extra ice.

The service was trash, I got me a burger and they lady charged me for the sauce but didn’t give me any sauce, they be acting like McDonalds, like who even charges people for condiments they’re supposed to be free 😂, and I called and the guy and he tried defending the lady sayings it’s not her fault and supposedly they checked the bag but I was watching the whole time and they didn’t. Just went through the drive through tonight and on the 19th. We ordered through the app about 10 mins before we got there and then proceeded to wait in line for an additional 15 mins to get our food…. I understand it’s late at night however when we get our food our fries are cold and not fresh at all. We turn around to go back through the drive through and the line hadn’t even moved. I just took my loss super disappointing..

Yesterday I had the most awful experience with whataburger CROSBY , I got the patty melt which i've been getting for years & it just got ruined completely. I will no longer enjoy a burger again at whataburger. This is unacceptable never thought it would come to this. Never going back again in my life. The managers should have better supervision of the workers making the food. I know that Dr Phill will never allow this , very disappointed.

Normally these guys are super busy and super productive/ but not tonight All over heard is my foods cold and all I’ve seen is long lines and Friends in apparently to visit the whole staff and on a Saturday Night WOW… brave I hope they have a good manager to lead them not to do this kinda thing O wait is that the manager hanging out ‘👀 yup it sure is…..an it took a total time of 34 min to get my food that’s going inside and ordering.
