If I have ever needed to give a five star, then this would be my number 1 choice! Food is excellent. All items ordered were fresh and tasty. The staff are happy and there is a great atmosphere around the restaurant. Tables are clean and everything is neat. Everything is priced well and the meneu is set out for easy reading. I love the Burgers and fries with a desert at the end. Just amazing! This is a must visit!

I adore visiting here with my grandchildren. My kids will enjoy the cuisine more, and they have sugar-free beverages. A pleasant spot to eat away from the bustle. AMAZING IS THE TURTLE BLIZZARD.

Best experience at this location in a while. Drive through person was sweet. They had all the items we ordered. I requested a choco brownie explosion Nd that's exactly what you get mmmm It does have a ton of brownie bites so if u want more icecream ratio just let them know. Phenomenal. Thanks so much!

Nice, clean atmosphere, and signs are updates. Staff were helpful, kind, and upbeat. We ordered both Blizzard, they were very well mixed, normally other DQ always get lazy and only mix the topping on top but at this location both of ours were done perfectly! Definitely would come back here. Keep up the good work!

I absolutely love coming here with my grandkids. The food is a better choice for my little ones and they offer sugar free drinks. I nice place to eat without all the hustle and bustle. THE TURTLE BLIZZARD IS AMAZING.

So,let us start by saying I don't typically even eat "fast food" and I was in the area after some shopping and we decided to grab a bite,the cashier not only helped with the menu (not familiar)with it at all,it was also affordable,food was delish!! included dessert but moreover,its a decent ,clean ,family atmosphere,we just left with an overwall amazing impression and we will going back,I'm gonna make sure I get the girls name this time,we also met the manager who was cooking and working with his staff,very pleasant Mr Marco.I recommend this eatery,couple,family,church group,its wonderful.tasty food, amazing service.Bellisimo.

I tried a flamethrower burger combo and small brookie blizzard today as well as bought a number 1 combo for my mother and another small brookie blizzard and an order of pretzel bites with zesty queso dip to share. I ordered from the drive though around 5:50 PM. I had no one in front of me so no wait to place my order. The fries were small and the brookie blizzard did not live up to the hype and was not super thick like it's supposed to be. The two meals, 2 small blizzards and one order of zesty queso pretzels cost a bit more than I expected. That being said, the rest of the meal was superb. The flamethrower and pretzels with queso dip were delicious and it was so filling that it absolutely did not matter that the fries were small. The burger was big enough that I couldn't finish my meal. (And I was starving because I was so busy that I hadn't eaten anything all day). The burger was smokey and savory and had just the right kick of spiciness. The meat tasted flamebroiled, seared and juicy like it just came off of a charcoal barbeque grill. Not too much and not too little fresh onions and lettuce. Bacon was nice and crispy. The pretzels were soft and warm and buttery, perfectly salted, paired so well with the zesty cheesy dip. They were kind enough to make my soda as I requested with half Dr. Pepper and half cherry coke with light ice and topped with a cherry. The woman taking my order was polite, patient and accommodating as I added to my initial order, not once but twice while at the window after already paying for my initial order. Everything together, I was able to drive away with my order complete, correct, hot and smelling oh-so-good in under 8 minutes. All in all, I was very satisfied with my visit today and my mother enjoyed her meal overall as well.

I'll admit, I love a "fancy icecream" but here you get All American soft serve. I just love a cup of vanilla soft serve on a hot day! Convenient drive through as well. They do offer food but I have never tried.

I stopped in recently for a dipped ice cream cone. It was about 8:30 in the evening, and there was a good crowd in the seating area, but no one waiting in line at the counter. My cone came out in about a minute and a half, it was absolutely delicious.

Got the usual tonight and was not disappointed. I love the fish sandwich (cooked to order) combo! Tonight's staff were friendly and the food was delicious. Love the location and I look forward to my next visit.

I am a fan of Dairy Queen from childhood and of course the food has changed over the years along with some of the ice cream. On this particular visit I had a fish sandwich, which I think is one of the better fish sandwiches available at fast food restaurants. In particular, neither McDonald's fish sandwich nor whatever Burger King is selling at the moment are as good as previous versions of their products. I miss the BBQ Beef sandwiches, but DQ still has Mr . Misty (whatever they call it now) and I can still get a Banana Split Blizzard.

**Update May2024: DQ has really cleaned up this location. It smells clean and looks clean. Service is still great, so I'll be visiting again soon! *** Dirty place. You can smell the stench and visually see how dusty the walls are. I doubt they're sanitizing their equipment and pretty sure this place made us sick. I should've read the reviews first and thrown the food out like the other smart person. Staff was very nice and like all other fast food places, very young. I'm sure like with most fast food places after the pandemic, it's either this or nothing.

The $5 & $6 lunch menu really is a good deal. The burger is above average compare to other fast food restaurants. It is big enough to fill you up. The portion of French fries is good too. I couldn't finish it. And you have a fountain drink and a small sundae. For sure you don't leave hungry. It was a Sunday afternoon and not too crowded so I don't know how fast is their services when they are really busy. But those youngsters working there are very polite and respectful. The place is casual, very clean and comfortable. A nice experience for such a small price. Highly recommended for a quick bite.

The chicken bacon ranch is bland... prefer Wendy's Asiago Ranch.... nice & clean environment. The staff is friendly

Love their milkshakes , always nice to come here for a treat. For some odd reason though this place is jam packed and the line is very long a lot of times. The service can be appear to be super slow. But I end up still coming here because I want my drive thru ice cream lol. Just bring your patience with you and you’ll be fine!

I was surprised since I never ate at a DQ Grill, only at dairy Queen as a kid. I ordered their spicy crispy chicken sandwich that came with fries and a drink. It was very good.

Icecream is always great. Cashier just said the total and grabbed the card. Brought it back with the recipe and shoved it to me, without a thank you. Nothing. Will drive miles away to go to US1.

This is the 2nd time this month we had to pull out of the drive thru without any icecream. They have great service during the day but in the evening it's ridiculously slow.

9/28/23: fries - stale; onion rings - stingy, not equal ratio amount to fries, flamethrower burger - didn't see option to remove certain ingredients without affecting the other burgers on the order; GrubHub driver - professional, punctual, polite, competent.

The customer service is excellent, the place is as clean as a whistle but some of the food was trash like straight up. Their chicken strips are harder thank a Haitian d$%k. Like how are you supposed to eat that? The ice creams, blizzards and the bananas split is insane totally delicious and their fries are fresh and succulent. The burgers could be more tender. Overall better than most places.

Wow, is this the new norm? I've been in the mood lately for a nice DQ Sundae... Terrible ice cream. Not, creamy. Feels and taste like ice milk now!!! Is it this location? Or DQ in general now? Not, to mention Tight drive thru scratched my Truck rims. Help at the drive thru window very polite and good energy.

The service just keeps getting worse and worse. Not only did the blender not work and I couldn't get what I wanted but I was in line for 45 mins for what they had. It's better to go to the one off Oakland and Hiatus. They understand customer service there.

Went for hot fudge Sunday no hot fudge they put cone chocolate hard shell dip on it. The place was dirty tables were a mess we paid for our Sundays and told the girl working to put them in the garbage. We will ever go back.

Food and ice cream is great. This locations service is terrible though. I've been there twice and both times I had to wait a ludicrous amount of time for my order. I only order for myself, so I'm not ordering alot so what gives? I've been to other Dairy Queen's and don't have a wait anywhere near what this place has.

So today in the afternoon I come to the drive thru order a Oreo mocha blizzard with bananas added to it and they charge me for the xtra topping but forgot to add the banana. when I came back to tell them they didn’t add topping the employee refused to add topping or even check out my order to make a new one!!!

Went thru drive thru no one answered then went inside to see what's going on employee's sitting around laughing ..so I said you guys need to answer drive thru they said okay..so we goes back to drive thru then they answered and said we aren't able to take your order the system is down..should have said that when I went in..they are so unprofessional and need to be trained better on customer services and .maybe put and sign up saying system down for now instead of sitting around laughing and making customers come back around for nothing..

I love Dairy Queen food and ice cream, but after watching my food be made really ruined it. I wasn’t sure if they had a new worker, but they didn’t make my sandwich right. I observed another employee ask how they made it my burger. The employee/manager took it back and remade my burger. When I got home the bottom bun was soaked and I ended up throwing away a whole flamethrower burger. I ordered two coney dogs. They didn’t add any toppings (onions or mustard) when requested. Just not a good lunch experience at all.

They never have the best service here but my experience the other night was enough to write a review. I attempted to use a buy one get one $.99 blizzard coupon. The manager refused to accept the coupon because I got mini blizzards instead of small. For one, I got something smaller than the coupon was advertising and two I would have spent less money getting the smalls than the minis I ordered. So why they could not accept the coupon was behind me. But understandable, they do not want to work with a customer. What put a sour taste in my mouth was the way the manager handled it. Completely unprofessional and rude. Will go to Sunrise from now on where they value your business!

Only thin I enjoyed where the 3 chicken tenders and i think those are getting smaller but besides that I ordered 3 chicken tenders meal women made my Sunday quick which was great get to car no spoon on top of me being only person in store and my order took 20 min well idk how long it was done how when I walked up to cashier he went to back and grabbed it off shelf like it was sitting there and no one bothered to give me my order everyone was on the phone no exaggerattion except one guy the manager took a cigarette break the girl started texting after she took my order and some guy with a cap was walking around talking on phone is this a business or are u home lol that's why some people stay working in fast food because they can't even take there minor job seriously fries also where undone yet the lady before me was served by the manager himself lol she also was Caucasian I'm black so it kind of shows

Took me 35 minutes to get my food and they over charged me for the two meals I bought. Both of the four peace meals came up with the six peace price.

Came through the drive through at 12:35 P.M. and waiting in the drive thru for 5 minutes. I decided I would just go in (probably setting the place up) hours listed at the door is that they open at 11:30. Doors were locked and nobody inside. Another car drove off as well.

Love the ice cream but this place was filthy. The floor was so sticky. No wonder we were the only ones in the place. Normally these places have a line out the door.

This has to be the worst DQ I have ever been. A cone and a blizzard waited 20 minutes after ordering. Update- my wife completed the survey on the receipt. States we have 30 days to use. I guess I'll have to get in line soon.

Horrible location. Ordering food is a roll of the dice. The staff is rude and the restaurant is filthy. They all use profanity and have no training on how to handle foods. They must be bribing the health inspector because I can't see how they're still open.

Went to drive through and was told to wait. Waited.. nothing.. I pull up to the window as I was the only customer there. Saw two workers inside who moved as soon as I pulled up. I received no service, so I left. Very disrespectful.

This is our local DQ.We pulled up to the window to place our order. Which went ok except listening to loud laughter coming from the background. There was a car in front of us so we knew we had a short wait.Well,the car in front of us obviously knew the girls servicing the window. So we waited and then waited some more.Only to witness them laughing and exchanging banter with the people in the car.Tbey finally left didn't purchase anything only to keep us waiting for no reason.We finally got to the window to get our order.Paid peed around and checked our order. No surprise. It was missing one Blizzard.Ordered 3 received 2 in the bag.Sent my nephew who is 23 back in with the receipt only for them to say they gave us our order of 3.Well by this time I and my sister were quite pissed.She went back in with the bag with 2 of to then find out they made one of the orders wrong.Oh by the way way we paid for 3 Blizzards OK enough said.I guess our local DQ will have either need to find better help or Carvel will become our local ice cream choice.Hope this helps in making your restaurant and ice cream parlor a place we want to return to.

Went to the establishment at 8:00 waited in line for 20 mins and were then told that they are closing 3 hours early and everyone who is waiting in line will have to leave then as we were leaving they took the person behind me because there was only one person. I know management will look at this and send a comment saying they appericate the feedback and we listen to all our fans and will hope you will give us another chance but I refuse to give y’all another chance I rather spend the extra gas and money and go to cherry smash

I’m really frustrated and disappointed. I pulled up to the drive-thru with no cars I front of me. Yet, I still had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come to the window to take payment and hand me my items. Then on top of that I get all the way home just to find out one of my items are missing. My main meal. Now I had to go back and wait in line for 15 minutes!! When there was no line at all before just a long wait at the window. Just to get the item I was missing. Meanwhile, the Sprite, cheeseburger, and fries are all cold or hot while I’m waiting for my missing items. Plus the lobby is closed so there’s no choice but to wait through the line either way.

Hours say open until 10 PM staff locked door at 8:39 PM as I walked up to the door. She pointed to the drive thru which there were all ready 10 cars line. Where has customer service e gone, nobody wants to work these days.

It is truly sad how downhill this location has gone. I have been a customer for many years and now I drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to a different DQ. I went this past Tuesday to get ice cream for my family and when I started ordering they told me they had no chocolate ice cream.. seriously? This is an ice cream shop, not a McDonald’s. The ice cream I did get had sprinkles that looked like they might have been from Valentine’s Day .. 9 months ago? They were in the shape of heart and lips and as hard as rocks. The horrible customer service just adds to to terrible experience. I personally will never visit this location again, but I hope some serious changes are made for the sake of this store.

Staple of Tamarac Update: 5/21 What was once a great DQ location I can not come here anymore. I’ve been coming here since I’m a kid, but no more. The smell when you walk in is terrible dirty bathrooms and the A/C seems to be always off or broken. Just not a great experience. Hope they can fix it

I would give no stars if I could. I ordered a cheeseburger meal deal. Tipped the manager Nicole 1.63. got home could not eat food it was disgusting I tried to eat because I was hungry and couldn't had to door dash chic fila which I was trying to avoid that's why I drove to dq. The food was old and stale the ice cream was ok. I called spoke to manager. I was told to come back. I told I couldn't come back until the next day. She took my name and told me to come back the next day for a refund. I went the next day it was closed until 2 . Went back again she said she would refund me for food and not ice cream I said no problem. Then she came back and said she cannot refund me with out food and I should of came back yesterday. She said she could remake food I said no I don't want food I don't trust it but I would take a dily bar or something closed she said no I asked for the manager who would not come to the window she took my # said owner would call me poor customer service I was told people do that all the time smh why wasn't I told when I called to bring food As of yet no call smh

The worst experience of my life!!! Terrible lady at the drive thru. I ordered from postmates, which messed up my order. I drive up here and wait 20 minutes in line. By the time I pull up to the window and explain them how the wrong food was delivered to me, they were EXTREMELY RUDE. They didn’t listen to what I wanted and ignored me and said they’ll make me new sandwiches. WHICH THEY MESSED UP AGAIN AFTER I WAS AT THE WINDOW FOR ANOTHER 15 minutes because they didn’t LISTEN to me in the first place. Then I tell them they need to remake it for a THIRD TIME and I’ve been waiting way too long for this because they keep giving me the wrong items over and over again. At this point the fries are ice cold. After nearly 45 minutes at the drive thru they rudely hand me my food. I ask them for a drink ( the drink I ordered through postmates was at home and probably watered down after an hour wait). This incredibly RUDE WOMAN refused to give me a drink. Literally after an hour of waiting she has the audacity to not give me a new drink. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!! This is not the first time THIS LOCATION MESSED UP OUR ORDER SND HAD US WAITING. ITS EVERY SINGLE TIME. Disgusting customer service, they are rude to customers and don’t care at all. 1 Star is toooo much.

Went on Saturday November 18 at 9pm. Sign clearly said they should be open. Employee emptying trash outside even told us they should be open until 11pm. Doors locked. Several customers waiting outside. We knocked on door and lazy employees said they were closed.

Was coming home late from work and made it to location five minutes before close. Was not given service and than to make matters worse, got stuck behind a car in the drive thru for twenty minutes while they were served. All after enduring an 16 hour workday…. Thanks!

Really bad service. I spent around 25 dollars and just asked instead of brownie in my blizzard can I have extra chocolate chunk. She told me it will be extra. Not sure why they would nickel and dime a customer like me. They really need to learn how to manage their customers properly. Very disappointing.

They always get my Oder wrong. This evening I ordered chicken strips and asked for two Buffalo sauces. After driving around to pick up my order I again asked if she gave me two sauces she said yes. If I could give zero stars I would. If I wanted soup I would’ve went to a soup kitchen…. I am so very disappointed. Not only did this place waste my money but they wasted my time. I ordered 3 medium blizzards for $19.23 in the drive thru. Waited about 25 minutes. When I got to the window, the employee asked what I ordered. I thought that was a good sign and the blizzards were being made then. Guess the joke was on me. He hand the 3 blizzards over freely. They we’re smalls (I specifically pointed out the size and he said no those are medium) , no cup holder, then closed the window. I had to beep my horn to get his attention to ask for spoons and meanwhile was never given a receipt. I live 2 blocks away and these blizzards were soup not ice cream!!!!! In no way was this enjoyable…. This place is unprofessional and they employee at the window certainly doesn’t value his job!

I was here this weekend. I tried to use the bathroom, but it was in disgusting condition. The nauseating smell emanates into the hallway. And the bathroom is full of waste, UNCLEANED. DO NOT GO here. Very dirty.

So I just wanted to eat Dairy Queen with my dad and you know we just wanted a little meal so we drive to Dairy Queen and the person had a sassy and moody voice. They served me and my father a coke that probably was left out because it was warm probably room temperature. They also give my dad a burger the was still hard because they didn’t reheat it or anything. They also gave us old fries. I personally never will go to this Dairy Queen ever again.

Floors were sticky. Took way to long for a blizzard and fried mozzarella. The teen working were doing there best. They were not rude. Not sure where manager was. Use to be sooo clean. And a nice place to hangout. Do better clean your stations.

Unfortunately they seem to have closed. 7pm on a Sunday night and no one was there. FedEx missed you labels on both doors, the dumpster is missing.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They are the worst with customer service. They opened the store when they didn't have enough people. The door to the dining room was open and I went in to get my order the lady working yelled for me to leave and go to the drive thru. I was trying to tell her I placed an order online. I get in the ling drive thru line and 30 minutes later when it's my turn she says hold on. Then says there is no ice cream. I ask about the order I placed and she says call corporate. When I ask what the number is she say "look it up yourself." I understand being stressed being by yourself, but they shouldn't open with one person. I have been going on almost a month and haven't heard anything back from them or corporate about what they were going to do, whether to replace my order or refund me for an order I placed online.

Foods great. Service terrible. Young kids NO HAIR NETS OR HATS. Nobody washing their hands. Randy and Mitch still own this place? It don’t seem like it. I worked here when I was 17 it was a great place but now? Feel like they got new owners

Went to get a blizzard earlier tonight just after 9pm and was turned away. The workers were in there and started closing and refusing customers a whole hour early. They were turning the lights off and everything. Hours are posted for the drive thru from 10:30AM-10PM. Very bad business!!

This place is utterly disgusting. From the filthy floors, employee uniforms that look like hadn't been washed in weeks, non-working (or not turned on) A/C, the lights turned off at the counter, to the smell of sour milk fill the air - this place should be condemned or at least visited by the health department. We left long before anyone approached us to take our order. I'll never step foot in this store again. The franchise owners should be ashamed they let this continue... Repulsive experience!

Today went out to order Dairy Queen when got the drive thru the person responded with a rude manner and we ordered number 13 and we got it they gave us an ice cream we said number 13!!!!!! But when they gave us the Damm order!!! THEY DID NOT ADD THE DAMM CHILEI I HOPE THIS PLACE SHUTS down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I arrived at 9:10pm, I confirmed before leaving my house at 850 that the closing time was 930pm. The woman in the drive thru states she’s not serving ice cream for the next 15-20 minutes. I said well that doesn’t make sense because you close at 930. She proceeds to tell me they close at 10. I said you close at 930, how are you going to serve ice cream at 930? No response. Horrible business.

Came to this location to get a blizzard and they told me they are not making blizzards at this time and when I asked why there response was because they are closing. I arrived 40 minutes prior to close of business. The employees seemed to care more about leaving and being on there phone than delivering good customer service.

Customer service is horrible, no sense of urgency whatsoever! Placed an online order thinking will be faster, big mistake! Got there 10 minutes after the app showed my order will be ready, well I was there for another 20 minutes waiting for my order. Chicken strip baskets are a rip off, chicken strips turned into chicken fingers, never coming back to this place, very disappointed.

Came in at 5:50 pm, they took my whole order at the speaker. At the window I was informed that the “chef” was coming back from break and it would be 5 mins. Had me move out of the way for the orders behind me to get pushed forward. Sat for 40 mins with multiple cars go in and out of the drive thru without my order even being completed. Unbelievably horrible service.

The worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Rudest staff members. Lately Ice Cream machines or blenders haven’t been working. You would think this place is McDonalds or something. They need a whole revamp, even inside/ the menu to order from. It’s from the 80s or something. Edit: came back 6 months later and they only have chocolate ice cream. what???

If I could put zero stars, I would. I just left the drive through and the workes there said they close at 10:30 because they did not want to serve me. The sign on the door says 11:00 and I have been there at 10:30 and ordered without a problem. This has happened a few times and is unacceptable. I will be contacting the manager tomorrow morning.

On 11-12-2022 i visit this location and purchased 2 Blizzards and 1 chocolate ice cream cone .I stated my order to be for eat in ,when i was served waiting feet from counter a young lady give me the 2 Blizzards and said "are to go right" when previously stated to eat in right after she handed me the cone and i find out it was vanilla , not chocolate like i order.I walk back to counter i was approach by Randi Groden (franchise owner)i told her what happened and show receipt . She stated i order wrong that's why i had vanilla ,no the cashier's did it wrong .Anyhow i walk away and trew ice cream on trash.Sit with my family so they could had their blizzard,the lady keep going on going .Why would i walk to counter if i didn't wanted the error to be corrected. This location had an inspection on 10-31-22 and had 19 violations i tried posted but Google wants to show what Google wants and not the true.Enclosed it's the receipt stay away from this business! i had to edit review because Google don't want to help people.

I don't understand why my review was taken down but somebody took it down. My experiences were horrendous!!! Milkshake ordered at drive through, melted by the time I get it at window. Asked for a specific sandwich, they don't have it. Placed an order for my 3 member family. My son wanted two burgers and when I get up to window I am advised (at 7 pm) that there is only one burger patty cooked. I am left with getting him only one sandwich because he is not with me to consult on a replacement. He is autistic and doesn't always get his phone right away so I wasn't going to go there because I would hold up the line trying to reach him. Also, I had to go inside to use the restroom once and the dining area was nasty and the bathroom was disgusting. The floors were disgusting as well!!

This location has really gone down hill. I bought an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday yesterday. I asked the worker there if this was an old cake or if it was freshly made and he assured me it was not old. When we cut into it last night it was complete ice inside of it. You can tell it was old and it had ice frost all on the inside. Not creamy at all. My son was very upset we couldn’t even eat the cake. There is only one worker there that acknowledges you and says hi with a smile. An older gentlemen. Didn’t get his name. But no one else even says hi. It’s been like that for quite a while now. We used to love going to this location but that was our last time.

If you like to throw your money away and your time this is your place. Two blizzards but they were soup instead of anything like ice cream. Waited about 20 mins to get them. They were probably made when I ordered and then sat there. Nothing frozen about it. Second time this happened I will not visit this location again. Hope they read these reviews and step their game up or it will be another empty business in Tamarac. Only positive was the nice smiling friendly girl at the window.

As I sit in the drive through waiting for my order....the cleanliness of this location is absolutely horrible. Both attendants had on clothing that was visibly stained. I'm going take my order and throw it in the trash! I'm beyond disgusted right now. I'm certain there was ample sanitation training conducted however, it appears no one is adhering to said training.

DQ in tamarac is filthy!! Employees all on the cell phones. So called manager was taking my order and on her cell phone cursing someone out!!!! Then she went to the back with other employees. Nobody was making ice cream. Took 20 minutes to get a blizzard and cup of vanilla ice cream. My blizzard was melted like soup. When I said something the same manager said that the chocolate machine was not working properly. Dont you think you should tell the customer that upon ordering!!!! Randi get your store under control. Next call is to the health dept!!!! Your employees, kids to be exact, are out of control. Who takes an order while cursing someone out on there cell phone!!!!! Look at your floors!!!!!! My feet were stuck to the floor!!!!! Tables filthy! I have been going to your DQ since it was on nobhilland mcnab. Also visit your bayview store. The tamarac store is terrible now. I have read your reviews and see you still havent fixed any of the problems!!!

This Dairy Queen is the worst. We just waited 20 minutes just to place our order in the drive through. They ask us what we would like, and after ordering ice cream, we are informed that the ice cream machine was broken and they only had food. They had 20 mins of us waiting along with the 5 cars behind me and the 3 infront to let us know but all the workers chose to let us wait almost 30 minutes (could not exit drive through and had to wait for the cars infront of us to leave). This place is poorly managed, and the workers don't care about the customers at all. I will not be going to this store again.

There has been a Hiring sign for atleast a month. The phone rings then says it is full. It is a shame. When the owners opened & son grew up working there, this place & quality was really good & nice. Don’t know if they still own it or not but whomever should atleast but a CLOSED sign. Cars just go & wait until they give up & figure it out, as I did & the ones after me.

I visited this location on November 7th, and my experience was completely unacceptable. I ordered a number 1, only to find that the meat was raw! Serving undercooked food is a huge health risk, and I couldn’t believe the lack of care put into the food here. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, it became very clear that both the owner and the manager only care about money and not their customers. They didn’t apologize or offer a solution, making it clear they don’t prioritize food safety or customer satisfaction. I won’t be coming back, and I would advise others to steer clear if they value their health.

I wish I could give zero stars. I’m typically not one to leave a review, or a bad one for that matter, but this is the third time in a row I’ve had a bad experience at this DQ. Please tell me how this is a medium? Insane.

2 large snickers blizzard with extra snickers add caramel came with a small scoop of snickers on top and vanilla ice cream all the way through i also payed for caramel no caramel was added doesnt a snickers blizzard come with chocolate or fudge? Cause there wasnt any of that either

Horrible experience, the guy at the register was clearly confused and was trying to deal with the drive through orders and our order at the same time. So we had to confirm our order several times and there was some confusion going on. When we got our food, it did not taste the same, the brownies and toppings were stale, and the fruit was old and clearly left out. Moreover, the store itself was filthy and it smelt of sweat and hot air. We wanted to dine in but ended up going outside because we couldn't handle it. The whole family got sick and suffered with stomachaches and diarrhea. Would not recommend...

If I could give this dairy queen zero stars I would... I Am so beyond disgusted at the quality of the blizzard I got for my daughter. Strawberry cheesecake the cheesecake pieces were rock hard the small I ordered was only half full, I wait 45 minutes in drive thru for 2 small blizzards! There was only one car ahead of me when I asked for my money back and gave back my blizzard the man at the window shut the door in my face and refused my refund. I am so beyond disappointed in this establishment. There were two managers working tonight and not one could come talk to me about my order.
