Sandwiches are always delicious, and customer service is great. Usually order online for pickup and they are always ready on time!

The staff was nice. The guy taking orders was very nice and helpful and really explained the menu item. He was also very fast in doing his job. I ordered a Tuna sandwich it took less than 5 minutes to prepare. This was my first time at this location so I didn't have a bad or negative experience at all.

This was the first time at the firehouse sub at the Temecula Location. I bought the firehouse hero sub it was delicious. The employee that made my sandwich was nice and listened to what I wanted and didn't want on my sandwich, and I appreciate it. Will be going back in the future to try other sandwiches.

Had a great experience here! After a hot day at the soccer fields this very air conditioned restaurant was just whatbwe needed! The friendly staff (CJ was awesome!) helped us decide on what we wanted and the yummy food was made exactly how I asked. (Definitely recommend the peppercorn ranch!) My son was happy to get a fireman hat with his meal and a cookie, lol! The seating area was comfortable and very clean and we received the food quickly. This was our first time eating at a Firehouse Subs and we will definitely come again next time we're in town!

My 1st visit, Unfortunately I don’t know the names of the girls working today, (7/18), but they were very courteous and accommodating. I asked if they could customize the firehouse steak and cheese sub so that my kids could split it and the girl who makes the subs was so kind to make it that way and even wrapped them separately. The atmosphere was cute and had a cool by our house thing. We will definitely be back!

Kind and quick service, great food, all the staples. We hit the place up on a road trip and everyone was happy. Gluten free if needed. Considerate of allergies. They eve, confirmed if we were ok with the kind of cheese on the sandwiches. So sweet and thoughtful.

Great customer service, clean location with plenty of seating and an overall nice atmosphere. My only gripe would be the price of each sandwich which is quite high but my guess is it's not their fault due to this inflation mess being intentionally caused by the current government.

Well made sandwiches. Firehouse has it's own original take on making the subs and the two I ordered were tasty. The two guys working were both very nice and delivered spectacular service. I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich which I have eaten many times before. But this time, it tasted even better. I enjoyed every bite. It was a deliciously perfect experience.

Really good food. One of the better places to get a sandwich. Prices a little high, but they use good ingredients. Staff is nice and usually doesn't mess up special requests on sandwiches.

Excellent food, challenging ordering process. I love the menu but customizing a sub can be challenging. If each customer can fill out an order form with options, this might prevent the confusion involved with trying pick toppings. Just a thought...

I wish I had pictures but we are scarfed our food down before we could even go there! The sandwiches were exactly how they were supposed to and the service was friendly and quick! Only thing to note was the soda machine only had a very select amount of “sugar-free” sodas.

So I’m really thankful they were nice to us! The sandwiches are good! I still think other sandwiches restaurants are better but Firehouse is not bad at all! The food and service was great. The bathroom was disappointing. It smelled really bad like there was pee all over the floor.

I tried it for the first time a couple of weeks ago and I really enjoyed it, the meats are cooked to perfection and the flavors are delicious. The only thing I didn't really like that much was the bread, it reminded me of subway bread. Definitely worth a try

Food: 4 Stars Service: Stars Cleanliness: 3 Stars We arrived with no line, no one in the dining room, and three workers preparing online orders. We waited about 3 minutes until our order was taken, and then, it took around 13 minutes to make two large meatballs subs and a small sub. The guy waiting to pick up a door dash delivery was told 5 minutes, and he left after over 5 minutes of waiting. The general slowness was insane. I am not asking for breakneck speeds, but 10+ minutes to wait for three subs while you talk about nonsensical stuff. Wow. The only saving grace was the food did taste good

Manager was told by 3 different customers that the ice was out in the drink machine...30 minutes later, still no ice. Machine was out of several types of drinks but manager said they'll be in tomorrow. For the combo t he manager said you have a choice of cookie, brownie(which they were out of)chips or a salad. Be careful because there's an upcharge of $2.50 for a salad but they don't tell you that unless you notice it on your bill. Needs a new manager real fast!!!

Service was slow. 2 different employees looked at me waiting to order without a word. Someone came from the back and said she would be right with me. This prompted another employee who was on their cell to help me. All the while they were complaining about another employee calling in. I was also not informed of the long wait. Great food, poor customer service

And this directly reaffirms my thought that you just didn’t have the work ethic to make sweet tea or prep more meat.

Though it was more likely the employees (nearing the end of shift) didn’t want to Slice/Prep the meat or make more tea. I also listened to two female employees, one on the clock, having a conversation (gossiping) about other women and their periods. Not that people can’t have the freedom of free speech, and talk about real issues; but people are eating. And this directly reaffirms my thought that you just didn’t have the work ethic to make sweet tea or prep more meat.

The service here is horrible!! Got our order wrong - was full of shit we didn’t order so many condiments when said PLAIN and they did NOT answer the phone at all!! Had to drive all the way back for a rude welcome when politely asked to exchange it!! Never going back. Food is meh.

So disappointed in this location. After driving an hour to get here in a sat evening at 5:32pm I’m informed that their toaster is broken and they don’t have enough chili to make a cup/bowl. This is not ok and they weren’t very concerned that I drove all this way for nothing 😤 I come this far because this is the closet location to me but I will NOT BE BACK 💯

Came for lunch, AFTER a very unenthused worker takes my payment, she informs me it will take 20 minutes plus for my sandwich. I asked for a refund because I am on lunch, not a play date to wait 20 mins plus for a meatball sandwich. Requesting a refund was clearly was a problem for her manager ( she was visibly upset/rude attitude). I was polite the entire time, the fact they ask for payment and get fully done before informing you that they are taking care of phone orders first and will be 20 mins plus- is deceptive and shady. Not cool I avoid this location everytime now as this is a a constant. You can tell this is not a legit firehouse. The “manager” was rude as she huffed n puffed her way to do refund while Saying absolutely nothing, not a sorry or anything just glaring. I’ve never seen someone so rude while I was nothing but kind and polite the entire time. Go elsewhere this location is trash.

This particular place said the dining area was closed (after) I purchased a meatball sandwich, I arrived 8:45 15 minutes later I rcvd my sandwich, I asked if I could dine in? The lady said no we're closing @ 9:pm 1 he. Away🥴💨 I will never go back!

The meatballs in my sandwich we're burnt and hard. The two employees had attitudes and one was wearing a "Playboy Bunny" hat, not appropriate for a business. I won't eat again.

Ordered subs through the app. 45 minutes later, was told it would be another 30 minute wait. I understand COVID slows the process down, but not that drastically. To be fair, they did cancel the order upon request with no hassle or attitude.

Okay, so the sandwiches here are good, but the customer service lacks a lot. I don't know if this location is missed managed, but It never seems busy, but the employees take forever. It's always dirty and unorganized, but I never see anyone cleaning. There is always trash or boxes in the dining area waiting to be taken out to the dumpster. One of the bathrooms is out of order indefinitely, and be careful what day you go because it might be meat day, and they may or may not have the ingredients to make the sandwich you want.

Ordered in shop on Veterans Day. The Nationally advertised deal was not being given in store. Okay, not a deal breaker. Subs are usually descent. Not here! There were 3 people in the shop and all had their orders. Only 3 workers on a presumably “busy day”. Waiting over 25 minutes for a 6” club sub cold sandwich is ridiculous, especially since they were pumping out online orders for drivers who weren’t in the store. Overall worst Firehouse I’ve been to nationwide.

We ordered about 10+ sandwiches for a team lunch. We scheduled it online. We get there at the time it's supposed to be ready. Stores completely empty. They hadn't started the order yet. We get the food back to our business. Not a single sandwhich is labled. Everyone's sandwhich looks barren. It's basically all bread. For $16 a sandwhich - this is nuts. Bad service. Bad food.

I threw it in the trash and will never order from them again. I ordered this through Door Dash and thankfully they gave me my money back when I gave them a call and explained.

I gave one star because the owner or manager of this location only had one person working here on a Friday at lunch time. He had to do everything himself. Regardless of how slow it usually is, he should have adequate help, especially on a weekend.

I’m a fan of fire house subs, particularly the pizza sub and the smokehouse sub. Today I decided to try the Captains sub and that was the worst sub I’ve ever had. Not only did it looks NOTHING like the advertised picture, the ingredients were terrible. Shredded lettuce instead of leaf lettuce. 50% lettuce 50% everything else. There was ZERO bacon strips in the sub and I think bacon bits? Regardless, there may as well have been zero bacon in that sandwich because I saw nearly none. I think there was like one slice of pepper jack cheese for the entire sub. I saw and tasted nothing except for my last bite. Paying the price for a large sub and receiving this was a huge disappointment. Even that is an understatement.

Careful going here when it’s later than the dinner rush. Wife and I ordered two sandwiches around 8pm. Walked in and literally had to wait close to 7 minutes before I had to speak, loudly, and o get my food. Dude didn’t greet me, didn’t say a single word except for a very ungrateful “have a good day” after I got my food in hand. It was so much that I had to actually tell him that I was sorry for interrupting him, which I don’t do. I understand customer service can be hell but is it too much to just “hey how’s it going” attitude? Anyways, we get home only to find out the edits that wife AND me didn’t get our edits when we paid for them. Just be careful and order in store and watch them make it, or just avoid it. I personally will not go back to this place.
