Stopped by on our way up to the mountain. We were happily surprised. We all got gyro wraps and they were delicious! The meat had a nice crisp too it and the tsaziki was garlicky. One of my favorite gyro wraps ever!

Let me tell you something, THE BEST SHWARMA IN TOWN! Everything on the menu is amazing! You get what you pay for. Can't complain about the food portion. Can never finish my food! The chicken shwarma is my go to favorite!

This restaurant was recommended by a friend. Little place in a strip mall… I’m from Chicago so I’m familiar with good Mediterranean food so I really wasn’t expecting much. OMG! My experience at Shawarma & Grill was phenomenal! From the service at the counter to the massive amount of food everything was top shelf! We’ve had many Gyros over the years but my husband said this was the best he’s ever had! My chicken skewers were fresh and juicy. Wonderful hummus, big salad, everything was hot and tasty! Amazing! Where do I begin?! Oh my gosh. This place is insanely delicious and fresh! Super friendly staff. Absolutely the best Mediterranean food around here. WOW!

We went to Shawarma and Grill for lunch today - OMG the flavors!! We highly enjoyed our chicken & beef shawarma wraps with a side of tabbouleh. Everything was so flavorful and satisfying, and the portions were large enough that my husband and I both left with half a wrap to go. They do not skimp! It was pretty quiet despite it being at the height of lunch time, around 12:30. The staff were friendly and we got to meet the chef/owner, Khalid, who came out to greet us mid-meal and make sure we were happy with our food. “Happy” is an understatement. It’s a cute space, super clean and comfortable. A hidden gem for sure, but so glad we found it. We will be back again and again - we have a new favorite!

Authentic and utterly delicious. The gyro and beef kabob plates were amazing and the hummus was the most flavorful we’ve had. We scraped our plates clean. The owner of 52 years takes pride in the countless hours he puts into preparing all the dishes, especially the hummus. We will definitely be back for more if we are in town again.

My wife and I love this place. The food is exceptional. The gyro, chicken and beef are always hot and fresh and the salads are super crunchy and zesty. Get the Tabouleh salad, it's fantastic. The owner clearly cares about the quality and it shows in everything we eat here. Get some food and support a local business, you won't be disappointed

What a great place. Wife and I came up to winery and stopped in. First the young lady who greeted us and took our order was super nice and efficient. She knows customer service. Very rare in today’s restaurant world. She made us feel like we were visiting her home. Explaining the menu, recommending. Great stuff. The food fantastic, lentil soup with a little kick from the salsa provided. Hummus delicious, chicken schwarma also and great proportions also the gyro very good. Overall if coming or in the area. Finding real, authentic shawarma in the U.S. can be surprisingly difficult. In Europe, shawarma shops are everywhere and they’re usually the go-to spot after a night out with friends. So I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried this place. The shawarma here is the real deal. The flavor was excellent and exactly how shawarma should taste. You can tell they know what they’re doing. The portions are also very generous, so you definitely won’t leave hungry. From the outside the restaurant doesn’t look like much, but don’t let that fool you — the food is fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. If you’re craving authentic shawarma, this place is absolutely worth a visit.

This was my first visit to Shawrma and Grill. I chose the vegetarian platter. I have eaten at Mediterranean restaurants in Boston, New York City, Florida, and SoCal. This is the BEST food I've experienced! Everything on my plate was spectacular! The falafel 🧆 were nice and crisp on the outside and beautifully soft and fluffy on the inside. The hummus was silky smooth. The tahini was the perfect texture and it had a well-balanced flavor. The pita 🫓 was fresh and slightly crispy! I was assisted by the owner of the restaurant. He told me that his father was a chef and that everything on the menu was homemade. This food was so authentic and delicious!

Literally had me stop in the parking lot and look at it as I was surprised to find the place like this in Temecula. I myself am from the East Coast where shawarma and other cultures food are widely available. Not so much in Temecula as it's just burgers and Mexican food, don't get me wrong the level of the food available here is great just not much variety. Anyway shawarma and grill is a very pleasant surprise to me the food was absolutely delicious the gentlemen behind the counter are great guys with an awesome attitude and great customer service. If you're in the mood for something different than the norm here in Temecula I MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND shawarma and grill.

Came here because I wanted shawarma and the previous place I went to in town was awful. Tried this place and loved it. Friendly and great service. It is flavorful and delicious. Also tried the falafel which was good. It's not dry or underseasoned. I did wish they said the hummus had chilis in the oil as I was sharing with my kids. A bit disappointed with the salad as well, as I was hoping it would be a Jerusalem salad with Persian cucumbers. But overall, I'd come back.

My favorite place to eat in Temecula. The Kufta gets better and better every time. The salad is so fresh and flavorful it becomes the best part of the dish. And the naan bread is fresh, it’s so good.

Food was fabulous, we ordered a combo plate to share with two meats, Gyro meat and Grilled Chicken. There was more food then two people could eat. Humans with warm Pita was wonderful, fresh salad and so much Saffron Rice. Staff was excited to serve their food. I sorry I don't live here because I would go in weekly to work through the menu. Thank you for making such yummy wonderful food, its obvious it is made with love.

Food is good. The young lady at the front doesn't seem too happy to be there. Cleanliness is a bit of an issue...when I've been there, not many customers and yet the tables had crumbs, bathroom was sticky. First visit, ordered beef, gave me chicken. Second visit, asked for extra sauce, got none.

Good food. The salads are a good size and the gyro wrap is filling. The prices have gone up but at least the portions are not too small.

Better than Luna Grill. It is like comparing McDonalds to The Habit. If you want good mediterranean food, then go to the Shawarma and Grill. Been going there for a couple years. As time has gone by, the prices have definitely gone up and the quality of food has hit rock bottom. Food lacks flavor and will definitely work out your teeth and gums. The beef was rubbery and had zero flavor. The chicken was the same. In all it was a waste of $52. I would not return, nor would I recommend it. So sad for a promising restaurant.
