I have been to a couple of boil places. This one to me so far has been the best. The seasoning is awesome, not a bunch of spices just thrown in and pasty. Plus as a bonus the prices are super reasonable for the food we ate. We plan on going back there lots more times!!!!!!

The seafood bag was great. The passion fruit smoothie was ok, it had a crushed ice texture. We did not like the mango shaved ice. About half of it is frozen mango chunks, the rest is a super sweet frozen puree - basically pure sugar.

We always have good experience every time we visit Snow and Crab in Temecula. The servers are very nice and attentive. The price is fairly reasonable. The seafood tasted great and fresh considering they are inland. We usually get shrimps and crabs with sausage in their spicy sauce. We usually eat 2-3 cups of rice per person!

It was a fun experience to eat our dinner right on the table. We ordered Cajon sausage, jumbo shrimp, crayfish, king crab, green mussels, potatoes & corn on the cob. With a side of Cajon fries. Yes it's messy but you are provided a bib, roll of paper towels and gloves if you want them.

This place is very good the quality of the seafood is incredible i personally love the crawfish is tastes very similar to the crawfish I have had and boiled myself in Louisiana and the crab is also very good. But I tried there shaved ice and I didn’t really like it it felt more like ice cream to me.

Food was tasty. Service was friendly. They brought out appetizer with meal and didn't bring out bobas until we asked for them again towards end of meal. Unisex restroom was disgusting.

Garlic noodles doesn't taste like "garlic" noodles. It tasted mostly like cheese noodles! Shrimp are too small for a "jumbo" shrimp. Snow & Crab need step up for the price they charge!!!

Snow Crab+Jumbo Shrimp w eggs and potatoes Calamari Side of Rice Crab was fine(as verified by a Marylander), shrimp must’ve been the radioactive Walmart variety because they were mushy and had tons of veins and brown/black waste inside them, spat it out, and ruined the meal(attempted more than 1 shrimp each) Calamari-the first time ive not loved calamari, in the 5 minute drive it was cold, rubbery, no crunch and HEAVY on salt. I didnt even know how it’s possible to mess this one up, congrats to ownership on finding a way Side of rice- this shouldnt get a mention, but for the $4/5 it was for a side of rice, chipotle should not be outdoing you in their burritos on volume, at first we paid it no mind, but about 10 minutes later it was obvious this place will cut cost anyway and anyhow they can, even if it’s over $.32 of rice on a $100 order. We really wanted this to be good, but after trying this I don’t think we’ll be trying any local seafood for awhile

They were not fresh at all. They were very hard and all the bones were brittle and some were broken. Since I hadn't eaten any breakfast and I was already back on the road, I had no choice but to eat crunchy wings. This was definitely not worth $10 ...plus $7 for tea! I won't be back to place again. Please do better Snow & Crab.

If you like Kickin’ Crab or Boiling Crab don’t waste your time or money here. The atmosphere is okay, but the chairs were uncomfortable for some people in our party. We were really excited to eat here, unfortunately the food was very disappointing. The Cajun fries are described as hand cut, however they looked and tasted like bagged frozen fries cooked in the oven. We couldn’t taste any Cajun seasoning on them at all— in fact they didn’t have any flavor. They are the worst fries I’ve ever had. The Cajun seasoning in the seafood boil bags was also disgusting. It tasted like it was mixed with ketchup. The crab shell was kind of soft all over, they wouldn’t snap open. Not sure if that’s reflective of the quality of crab or the way it was prepared. The catfish lacked flavor as well as the wings. The sodas are sold by the can for $2 a piece, which wasn’t bad. On a positive note, the service was good and the servers were super sweet, friendly, and accommodating.

The moment we opened the container something smells off and after tasting it, we were honestly shocked!! The seafood had a strong fishy, ammonia foul odor and offensively dirt-like flavor that made it seem completely unclean and poorly handled! It is unacceptable for any restaurant to serve seafood that tastes this questionable! For the amount of money spent plus the tip, we expected a well-prepared, safe and enjoyable meal. Instead, what we received was so unpleasant and concerning that we couldn’t force ourselves to continue eating it! Out of caution, we threw the entire order away! It felt unsafe to eat and we were not willing to risk getting sick or dealing with potential food poisoning from food that tasted this off. To pay $90 worth of food and receive what felt like trash food is infuriating!!!!! We felt thoroughly disgusted, disappointed and disrespected as customers. This experience was a complete failure in quality, cleanliness and value!!!!!
