My wife and I just left there. There were two guys at the front and neither one said hi or even acknowledged that we were there. My wife said one was Jacob and the other guy's name started with a J. It's like 8:00, why would you act like you're about to close and be so unwelcoming. Love the food but left because that is not service!

Excellent costumers service, friendly staff with attention to detail. Great flavor and fast service. Why 3 stars? The prep area need more attention. Cleaning the area prevent cross contamination. The trash cans inside need to be empty. But a plus, the restrooms are clean!!!

This is my second time eating here since they opened about 4 years or so ago. I ordered the kids meal bowl, but I paid $1.40 to add queso. When I got it, I didn't see the queso I paid for. So I called and the young lady said it's already on the plate. I said oh ok, then hung up...but I still don't see it. Thank God I also ordered a "large chips & queso" (which isn't large enough...smh) to be able to put some on the kids meal. I ordered my husband a quesadilla. It's fairly large. He will let me know how it tastes once he eats it. The flavor of the kid's meal bowl is good. I just feel they don't need to be stingy with the queso, especially if you're paying for it. It's not like their food is cheap. Plus this being Texas, y'all should know how we feel about queso! Other than that, the meal is fine with me.

Ordered on their website. I was told my order would be ready at 650p - upon arriving I was told they’re working on my order - it took an additional 30 minutes after my pick up time to get my order. Additionally the burrito protein was less tag like warm to the point that the cheese didn’t even melt in the burrito. Chipotle is down the street - I’d highly suggest you avoid Freebirds.

The food in general was bland, no good flavors that make it great. The guac was dark so I decided to get a side of queso instead. Overall, quality of the food is just not there. I would rather go to Chipotle that has much better quality and flavor.

Me and my husband attended Freebirds this time last week, a young Mexican lady had her AirPods in and practically ignored us as we were trying to place an order, she was very tense with her co workers, slamming things, with attitude , and not acknowledging the customers. On the other hand 2 black young ladies one lightskin with braids, and the other brown with glasses assisted me in the best way possible, even though their team member wasn’t. They assured me and my husband that they were extremely sorry for not being helped sooner. They gave us a beautiful amount of portions and they even told us a joke as they were filled with smiles. They made me want to come back! I loved the food but the young Mexican lady just threw me off.

I received the worst service that I have ever experienced in all of my 58 years of living. The people who work must be treated miserably or they have the worst customer service training. I walked in the only person behind the counter I see is cleaning up. Good job! He never acknowledged me in the 5 minutes that I waited for him to finish. He never looked up. Never said someone will be with you in a minute. Nothing! He had the opportunity to say something just didn't. I decided to leave, just like the people behind me. Everyone has bad days. I work in a customer facing job also. I never let them experience my bad day. Please do better.

The food was total garbage! The meat was obviously left from lunch. The meat was tough and the pinto beans were hard and crunchy! I was tasked to get food for all of the family members at the hospital. Everyone tossed there burritos and bowls in the trash!

Yesterday showed up at 6 & workers intentionally weren’t giving us food to prioritize online orders.. today I come in and again they don’t have food prepared and have to wait for them to cook more. There is maybe 5 people in here, the management here is pitiful. Also the cook is making orders instead of cooking when they obviously don’t have food ready, again.. management is extremely poor. Waited 10 min for white chicken today and then when called back up Spanish rice is out and so is the corn salsa, I mean give me a break. You have obvious favorite foods so why not stock pile? Management is horrible, fire manager.

Terrible. Came in for a freebird bowl, the portion I received was half of what it should have been. Everything was out and I got scraps of what was left. They were out of chicken, grilled vegetables, guacamole looked terrible, rice was hard and burnt..and everything looked like it had been sitting in the bowl for hours. The staff was nice?, but the food is crap. Never again. Total waste of money.

Food is great, but I went in yesterday for lunch and didn’t realize it would be so busy. I had placed an online order and was told it’d be another 10 minutes when I got there. I had to get to work, so I asked the employee if he could just cancel my order, and he said I could. There was no option to on the app. The phone number doesn’t work. They didn’t start making my order, so who are they to keep my money?

Freebirds 10-02-25 When you walk in it looks nice. Walking through the line I got the impression that the employee didn’t want to be there! She just stood there looking at me. I ordered the burrito bowl. She put a little rice in the bowl. I chose the ground taco meat. She scrapped what little bit of the meat in the pan. Grease and all. Probably not 2 tablespoons! It was a very sad bowl. My grandson got the monster burrito! It was made with one tortilla and it was not a monster. For reference, we eat at the one in Denton Texas and it’s great! The monster had two tortillas and lots of filling. The two items cost me $40.00 which was ridicules! Everything was half the size and twice the price. I will not be back. Chipotle’s and Freebirds are at the bottom of my list! Taco Casa has better food! This was a total Fail for me. I looked at the receipt after we left and we got water to drink. We were charged $5.00 for our two drinks of small water! Very bad experience. I know everyone has good and bad days. This was a really bad day! I don’t like giving bad reviews but when it’s Bad it’s BAD! Give it a try at your own risk. There are no photos it was that bad. Now I wish I had taken photos so I could show what we got!

Ordered food for the family to go. Ordered a chili cheese burger but instead of separating it out for travel they just spilled in soup into a to go tray with my fries and patty just giving me a mushy mess with no chilli on my burger.

Disappointed with Service and Quality We ordered two Monster burritos and had to wait over 30 minutes past our order time to receive them. When they finally arrived, they were missing several of the ingredients we specifically requested. One of the burritos looked poorly assembled and far from the standard we expected—definitely not worth the wait. The franchise owner should seriously evaluate both the customer service and the quality control at this location.

Had a coworker pick up our order and received the correct Freebird size for my order but the monster was tiny! I included a picture and tape dispenser for reference, it was ridiculous and my coworker had to get on the road so I called up there and they took forever looking up my order and said they refunded it. Days later, no refund. Food itself has gone downhill since the last time I went, it was cold and was mostly made of rice with barely any meat. Shame because this placed used to be good and reliable.
