I love it. They just need to make sure the chicken is cooked through. They should offer credit card payment services. They're falling behind in technology, and other food businesses charge credit cards, which could lead to losing customers. Be careful.

The food is good. I always order the whole chicken. I haven't tried any other menu items. I use the drive-thru, although if you go during lunchtime it takes a while. It's the slowest I've ever experienced among the Mexican locations I've been to. But it's close by, and I don't have to get out of my car. Lately, they've started offering resealable bags of Chicken Giro, which I don't understand why. Another problem is that they only accept cash 💸. Even the food carts have POS terminals! But not here. And the tomato sauce always comes with tons of chili. Other places don't add that much.

Just plain, with good chicken and seasoning; it's incomprehensible that they don't accept card payments, greatly limiting the general public's purchasing power. SAT/Profeco, be careful.

My quesadilla had a hair and a piece of plastic in it. There aren't any extra cups either, but it's tasty and cheap, and it's the first time this has happened to me.

The chicken is usually tasty, the quesadillas are quite good... Overall, the food is good, but the service isn't usually very efficient; in my opinion, this is common in their franchise restaurants; their customer service ranges from average to poor. They've now started offering delivery service again. You can see it in the picture, which was taken on June 30, 2020.

Muy buen sazón aunque el servicio de facturacion es pesimo si no facturas el mismo dia es probable que tengas muchos problemas para su envio no he podido recibir la factura de un consumo de hace 3 meses eso es molesto!

Muy bueno el pollo pero la atención por parte de la encargada y las meseras es pésima, nunca había visto tal desorganización junto con flojera y falta de entusiasmo 🤷🏻‍♂️

There were too many flies in the restaurant. Too many, it was an exaggeration since it's not open-air and there's supposed to be strict cleanliness controls. It was incredibly uncomfortable to eat like that. Aside from that, we appreciate the thoughtfulness of letting us know that our dishes would take a while.

Tuesday promotions for some time now no longer include the full chicken and a half that should be included; they always lack half a breast or even two half breasts.

I ordered a happy salad, they said it was 180 grams of chicken breast, it wasn't 180 grams and it wasn't chicken breast, horrible, just badly chopped lettuce

They gave me a salsa that was nothing but tomato and no salt. I really love Pollo Feliz's salsa, but at this location, they don't seem to have any quality standards. They didn't have tortilla chips, and the chicken was undercooked. I'm never going back to this branch.
