Was in off the highway for a giant roast beef and the manager had me rang up and seved in less than 3 minutes. I love the ketchup out of the little white cups in the sauce dispense. Restroom was clean.

Came back home to T-Town and it is so sad to see it so dead and run down but T-Town Arby's is still the best in the four states area. I really wish my kids could have seen Texarkana when it didn't all look so run down it really is so sad.

Saraii was taking my order and she was very sweet. I asked her about the pull pork BBQ sandwich. She was honest told me she hadn't tried it but her coworkers had and said it was great. I can definitely say they didn't lie to me. Lmao. Thank yall again for being honest. I will be back again. Sarai I tried call back before 4pm to let you know but im sure you know how yall line stay with a busy signal.

I have recently started visiting Arby's and I have been nothing but satisfied with the atmosphere, food and most of all the Service. Henrietta and the staff on the evening shift has the best customer service that I have encountered at a fast food restaurant here in texarkana in a very long while. I can diffinaly say that, That keeps me coming back I have been watching them and I haven't been disappointed at all😊. Henrietta I say this to you and the other staff members keep up the good work, I can tell God is diffinaly within you all. And may God continue to bless all of you. We need more people in customer services like you all.

The meal was a good size and the food was hot and fresh there was just a little too much sauce but that's just a personal thing I don't like a lot of sauce. The cashiers were nice bathrooms were clean the drink machine works

’ve been to this Arby’s before, and while past experiences were hit or miss, the staff they have now is absolutely amazing! The energy in the restaurant was so positive—everyone was hyping each other up, and it made for such a welcoming atmosphere. James, the cashier, was incredibly helpful and had a great attitude while taking orders. The food came out fast, fresh, and just as ordered. Plus, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Huge shoutout to the team for making this such a great experience—I’ll definitely be back!

If you're EVER in the Texarkana, TX area... stop by this restaurant. If you see James, tell him I sent you. My first time meeting this crew and he was the most pleasant and loveliest person. The entire crew was amazing. The food was fresh and hot. The service was great. I would go back just for the crew. Listening to him greet customers on the mic as if they were family was so sweet.

Let me start by saying the two employees that were working were as attentive as they could be, quick to acknowledge my family was there and did everything they could. This review is not a reflection of them. Stopped in to eat on the way up to Indiana. Arby's is a normal road trip stop for my family and I. As soon as we walk in the giant " A" inside is full of spiders and webs. Ok, this sign gets forgotten when deep cleans happen. My mom goes to the bathroom and there is urine on the floor in front of the toilet. And not a little bit, a full on puddle. I'm waiting at the register to order and there were only two employees running around taking care of everything. Again, I'm not blaming them the manager needs to do better. Food was good, but the store was filthy.

The food was done very sloppy in my opinion. For 22$ at a fast food restaurant and then to receive some crap they threw on a bun. It was gross to me.

I hadn’t eaten Arby’s in a while and some friends wanted to go. The food was not bad, but the children running the place were arguing loudly and not making orders very fast. Grab a quick bite turned into a 45 min ordeal.

No customers there. Made a simple order of 5 sandwiches and a drink. After getting home only to find out they did not give me my full order. I really should have checked before I left. But shouldn't have too. Phone is always busy when I tried to call. Its only a 8 dollar sandwiche but its the point of it. I'll never go back to that sorry restaurant again..

We went through for our second attempt to get Arby's food. It's been nearly a year apart and the food is horrible 27.00 two fries and 3 Sandwiches later and as you notice in the pictures I wouldn't serve that to anyone.

I made a Togo order. I ordered the steak bites, they were overcooked and very small, they tasted awful. I will never eat there again

They forgot the apple pie that I bought. I don't normally buy a dessert but I was going to treat myself on Friday because it had been a rough week. I was on my way to work so I didn't have time to go back. Check your order before moving your car an inch if you're in the drive thru.

This is the second time I went to this Arby's location they keep forgetting my french fries in the order or straws, the food is prepared poorly I asked for no whipped cream on my sun shake and it was put on there anyway just very disappointed two times in a row

We went to this location night before last and ordered a Gyro, a Cordon Bleu and the new Loaded Italian with a Large crinkle cut fries. There was hardly any meat on the Italian, the chicken breast was tiny and old and the pita bread on the gyro was hard and had to peel away most of it to have something to be able to eat. And we couldnt eat any of the fries that were given to us. I tried and tried and tried to call the store location bu the phone is consistently busy and then hangs up!! They won't answer the phone. I might as well have driven from the Arkansas side of Texarkana, threw the money out the window and went back home. I'm calling the corp office to file a complaint! Terrible terrible encounter!!! Shame on this location!!!! Arby's use to be our favorite!!!!

I’m 3rd car sitting in the the drive trough. Not a single person in the dining room. Sat in line from 8:17pm to 8:29pm before the first car moved. Ended up sitting in the drive-through for over half an hour for a roast beef sandwich and a drink. Nothing fancy or any special order. Just a plain roast beef. Completely Ridiculous when I’m being charged $14 for a sandwich and drink.
