Haven’t eaten here in years, but have always had great memories from eating here when I was younger. Came right after they opened for lunch and was very disappointed. The good about our visit was the staff was friendly and the building was very clean. The bad though was the fish, the star of the show was very bland. No seasoning at all. Fries and hush puppies were good though. Also, the men’s restroom was not ready for customers. No paper towels, little to no toilet paper and the solo stall has a door that does not lock or latch, it just freely swings open.

Took to long to get order placed and too much time to get the actual food. The appearance of the catfish catch meal however looked delicious

Food was good. But the chicken is meat blue now? Why? I would pay more for real chicken. Workers unsupervised. Very loud and echoed throughout the building. Louder than the music. There was one worker who tried hard. Otherwise it would be one star. Fix the chicken. I will say though that both myself and daughter had an upset stomach about 39 minutes later. And then mine returned later that night. Really miss the salad bar. It's not 2920 anymore

Wow, this place was totally empty when we arrived and only had 2 other tables come in after us; however, they do seem to do pretty good business in the drive through. Decor is old, outdated and dark. Took about 5 minutes for someone to come take our order and looked pretty put out that he was having to do anything. They have a salad bar area, but was not available the night we were there (thursday). Food did come out fairly quickly, but was mediocre. I had popcorn shrimp that tasted like the oil needed to be changed in the fryer. The cheese sticks were served with Ranch and marinara - pretty good, although a little skinny. Loved the hushpuppies! The outside of the building looks great- nice flower beds, parking lot fairly clean. Doesn't help when the employees are taking smoke breaks on the front steps though. Not a place we will be returning to anytime soon.

We visited Catfish King for dinner. When we arrived, the staff was waiting to serve us. The dining room was not too busy and there was plenty of seating available. The food was good and the staff was happy to provide us with all needed condiments.

Got there around 6 no one there. Should’ve took the hint and left. Stayed and took a chance. Not the best decision. Employee wasn’t very knowledgeable about the menu. Got the catfish dinner two thin pieces of catfish. Maybe a half of a fillet total. Hush puppies and fries were warm at best. Catfish was hot just was kinda skimpy. Also no salad bar.

Our drive-through person was not particularly friendly. The box we got came with three little pieces of fish and some french fries. The taste was okay. Just okay. Not an experience I'm looking forward to repeating.

Not as good as it used to be years ago! Pieces of fish were tiny & chicken strips were overcooked. Friendly & good service at the drive thru

Not a great place to eat anymore. Rude cashiers at the window and rude management. Definitely suggest that no one goes here unless you want to get treated like trash. I called in my order ahead of time so it would be ready when I got there. Then was told that it wasn't ready ( they were not busy ) the cashier started off with a rude attitude and when we she asked us to pull up and wait we said "ok we know" then the cashier yelled out "girl boo" (don't know what that's supposed to mean ) so I requested the manager to have a conversation about her employees rude behavior. When she came to the window she started off with an attitude as well saying that she wasn't going to reprimand her employees over their behavior. So I don't think me and my wife will be going back to this location anytime in the future and I hope everyone heads my warning. Go to the New Boston location for much better service and attitudes.

A 45 minute wait for 1 fish basket, a kids strips, and a shrimp basket is ridiculous! When asked they said they were waiting on fish. When it was finally brought to the table the fish wasn't hot so obviously thay was a lie and they must've been to lazy to plate it. Other tables that arrived way later than us received their food way earlier. Also the fish pieces are the tiniest things I've ever seen. If you are "waiting" on something you should not make the other food and let it sit for so long everything was cold! The floors were also the slipperiest things I've ever walked on do they never mop?

Ordered 2 five piece fish with 8 extra tartar sauce…received none!!! Not even the 2 per dinner that it’s supposed to come with. Received no ketchup for the fries and no plastic ware for the coleslaw and beans. Called the MOD and she said it’s the door dashers job to check the food to make sure everything is in there. She said there was nothing she could for me unless I come get the items they forgot to put in the bag. Then she hung up in my face. First time ordering from there and the last time.

This place sucks the fish fillets are so small long waiting time for cold fish this place is sadly over rated coleslaw was dry it didnt deserve a star this should have negative stars in give this place -5 stars won't come back look how small they are

The fish was old and horrible. Customer service beyond poor. Cashier became angry and even though she had closed the glass window, I could hear her cussing out loud when I requested fresh fish. The photos below were taken before I drove off with my order.
