The cashier was kinda cold checking us out. Later she brought out the pizza to the parking lot for us. The pizza was great as always but the pepperoni love could use more pepperoni. The cost also went up more than I was expecting... It's definitely cheaper to order online.

Seriously Pizza Hut!!? Your poor employees are dying inside the establishment. 100° degrees inside. All the doors are open and they are sweating to death! And crazy how the food was still on point. The service still amazing but these are the conditions they are working in? Unbelievable!!!!

I ordered my usual BBQ sauce pizza cuz I prefer it over standard tomato sauce. I also ordered a 2nd pizza and some sweet chili boneless wings. The food was good and eye appealing, no complaints. My wings were more spicy than sweet but I liked them. I gave ⭐️⭐️⭐️ because this location doesn't appear to offer stuffed crust, or seasoning on the crust. There wasn't an option to pick either. Also, their coupons aren't as good as every other location I've eaten at. The store doesn't advertise with signs or at all, so I wouldn't expect the food choices to be that great. I won't order from this store anymore.😕

Ordered a lg supreme pan pizza with extra cheese. Got a lg pan with very little pepperoni, and way too much mushrooms, half baked. I order same pizza every time and never get the same. They're always different. In fact when husband went to pick it up, employee was sitting on his phone and never seen or heard husband come in.

Now why would yall send an uber order out with no bag….some of these drivers are gross . Box not tapped or closed to where you can see if the food has been tampered with…

Y'all really need to hire driver because these doordash drivers have no clue as to were they are going and this is sad food getting cold trying to find were people stay...and on top we have to tip...so not deserving 😤

The guy working there with long braided beard wanted to fight me, that night because I brought him back a delivery. Un cooked! He claimed after I waited 20min it’s for them to cook another, that the one I took was the same, I think he threw the old pizza in the oven to make it looked cooked, but I’m adding the pictures of when I got the order, way under cooked, he needs to get fired. Or this place needs to get shut down. Report them take picture of your food.

Pizzahut is not what it use to be I moved from ft wayne Indiana & there stores are great service & portions . Texas city & lamarque to me just a building that serves pizza I order dbl pepperoni & sausage & u are unable to do on web site & I have ordered a dbl pepperoni & a pepperoni lovers & they are the same shame on them & I put in survey for someone to call still waiting pic is suppose to be dbl pepperoni NOTTTT

I ordered from the Pizza Hut app with cash on delivery and placed an order for 3 items on 24th Sept, 2025. However, my Crafted Flatzz Pizza was missing. When I called the delivery person, he said the store only gave him 2 bags. When I called the store, they blamed the delivery person and said he didn’t deliver the 3rd bag. After so many calls and complaints, nothing was done — no replacement, no offer, no proper response. Instead, they told me to contact DoorDash customer support, which makes no sense because I ordered directly from the Pizza Hut app, not DoorDash. In the end, I lost my money and got no help. Very disappointing experience and zero accountability from Pizza Hut.

I like Pizza Hut..(Texas City Palmer Highway location) However, lately they have been awful...On Aug 25th I ordered a pizza(I get the same one every time)..I was missing ingredients and the few they put on there was skimpy...I had no good help from the online complaint/feedback service and was told I would get a call back from the manager...never did..I went up there today to get another one made and it wasn't the greatest either..For the life of me I dont understand why my Jalepenos were off to the side as opposed to being on the pizza..It looks like they threw the ingredients on after they baked it..they were falling off!!! Below I have pictures of the original messed up pizza, as well as how it normally looks on a good day...and the supposedly corrected pizza I got today..and my order number never again..you either get a messed up pizza..or never get it delivered at all...they dont even want to give you your money back!!!

Ordered pizza, order never arrived an hour later. Called to see why and the customer service rep couldn’t get anyone at the store to answer the phone. I just cancelled my order after such a long wait only to find out that they took their money out of my acct. 2 days later and I still havnt gotten it credited back. Sucks cuz we really like Pizza Hut!

Spend $55 for two pizzas, wings and cheese sticks. Cheese sticks where missing, found a hair in our pizza, wings with no sauce and only got 5 instead of 8 in one. Took over an hour to deliver.

Ordered wings for the Wednesday BOGO sale on their app. Got charged twice and when I went the store to pick up my order I ask for a refund. The guy there said there was no manager available and told me to return the next day. I called the next day and it turns out he was in fact the manager. The person I spoke with said the double charge was reversed and I should get my refund. I never received my refund, I always pay with Discover for this reason. Just called the number and requested a chargeback. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Looks like we will stick to Little Cesar’s for pizza night. I am very disappointed on how skimpy they were on my Large Double Pepperoni pizza last night. I could have gotten a better made, better sauce, not skimpy on the toppings pizza from Little Cesar’s for a lot less than what I paid last night. I don’t think Yum Foods looks at these reviews but Pizza Hut is not the same anymore from back in the day when it came to a good quality pizza. The sauce on my pizza was so heavy that when I took a bite of my slice, everything slid off bread. Very disappointed in the quality, quantity, taste, and price of a pizza from Pizza Hut

Sad review because pizza hut has always been my favorite. But last order was horrible. Waited for my carryout for 45 minutes in the store. Got home every single pizza was wrong. Like my meat lovers had blobs of tomato sauce on top and barelyany meat or cheese. Wth.Even my breadsticks were wrong. All the food was thrown away it was so bad. I reached out to the store and they apologized stating they would email me store credit for my 64.00 order, which never happened. Contacted the corporate and they never emailed me a credit either. Sadly I'll be going elsewhere. I don't have 64.00 to throw away. That was a treat to my family with my broke a$$.
