Food is made fresh to order right in front of you. Their wraps are saucy and juicy, make sure to grab multiple napkins, you're gonna need them.

I ordered the gyro combo and my girlfriend got the shrimp and bonless chicken combo. meals were made fresh and very delicious. would definitely come back anytime. great food but a little noisy at the mall when its crowded.

Stopped for lunch. Had the Chicken ranch wrap w/bacon. Was very good & filling. Fries were hot and crispy. All employees were very polite & courteous.

Inside the Woodlands Mall food court on the second floor. It can be hard to park around the mall on a busy day. There is valet parking towards the water Wayside. the food court is a large area and there are many restaurants to choose from. The wraps are very good and they offer free samples. I think they taste fresh and they offer a good value for the money. Saturday and Sunday are very busy in the mall. It was my first time here and I will come back again. I highly recommend it to anyone. Try a free sample first if you're not sure. There were plenty of available tables and they are cleaned very well quickly. It's a very clean-looking area and feels very safe. There are some nice window view tables on the other side of the carousel. Many malls are not doing well business-wise. Please try to shop at this one as much as you can. It's a nice mall and all of the stores appear to be occupied and open. Let's try to help them out. Also as a fun adventure is the free Green Street Car trolley that has about a 30-minute ride around the town center of the Woodlands. It is right near the valet parking. I would advise a walk along the water way and then when you get tired you can ride the trolley back to the mall. Leave a thumbs up if you like my reviews and photos.

I stopped because they did Philly cheesesteaks with "white american cheese" that was a lie. They use mozzarella or provolone. I do have to say that it was good, but not the same or what I was looking for. Otherwise I would have went down to Charleys but they changed theirs too.

i told them i had an allergy to certain seasonings and the cashier said the beef was unseasoned. i get it and can see the specs of seasoning on it. i shouldn't have eaten it but i did and had an allergic reaction

Where to start...staff really didnt understand english...only one that knew english was the young girl giving out samples. It was 2pm on a saturday, they had no hot fresh food..they had gyro kebab meat cold and had to put it on the grill instead of shaving fresh off the heater or kebab skewer. Lunch special doesnt come with a drink...and then when asked to purchase a drink there is a 2 dollar minimum...place is not run well.

If you are wanting a wrap to be made by a disgruntled staff who gives you a lot of bad attitude- this is the place for you. If you would like a quality place who knows a thing or two about customer satisfaction seek service elsewhere. Dear Great Wraps management- thanks for turning a blind eye to problems and for having deaf ears to complaints- keep up the bad work! :)

The cashier today at about 3pm told me first "we don't have water"... really what kind of restaurant establishment doesn't have water. The sink and cups are directly next to her as she is telling me this so I pointed to the sink and asked "you sure you don't have water?" then she said "they want us to sell the bottled water". As a employee in customer service for nearly 20 years a bold face lie is the last thing you do to a customer purchasing your product. I'm sure you make enough profit off those gyros to afford to give a customer a small cup of water..you know in case they choke on that though meat you put in the gyros. LETS DO SOME RE-TRAINING ON HOW YOUR EMPLOYEES LIE -LOST REPEAT CUSTOMER

My wife went to the great wrap today in the woodlands mall and wanted to try to tropicolada but also thought about trying the berry mango. She requested a sample of the tropicolada and was told "No" point blank- Not "i'm sorry ma'am we can't give out samples" or " we are not allowed to give samples" but just rudely no. I see why they are never busy when we go to the mall. We were very disappointed in the service.

I hardly ever leave a bad review, but after the nasty treatment and the awful comprehension level I had to. The worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced was at THIS location. The older gentleman and older lady were okay, but the young male and female really needs better training in customer service and comprehension.
