La comida es muy buena! Pero el pastel de elote de 3 leches es increíble. El servicio y atenciones excelentes. Y el ambiente es de los mejores en TJ, ideal para una cita.

Guadalupe fue fantástica! Un servicio excelente! La comida estuvo deliciosa y las bebidas muy refrescantes. Guadalupe “Lupita” fue muy amable de darnos sus recomendaciones que no fallaron. Voy a regresar a pedir a Salted Caramel Brownie.

Wow such excellent restaurants..The octopus was delicious so the mix of the vegetables with the potatoes is extraordinary. Los gorditas chicharrón de Rib eye I had never had such delicasie. The cream of shrimp is unbelievable I have NEVER had anything like this before amazing. My husband got a free cake for his birthday plus we ordered the pastel de tres leches de Elote the time and details in the making of this dessert is fabulous. I'm giving it 💯 percent. Such a wonderful dining experience, from the moment we arrived the service was impeccable, we arrived for a late lunch or early dinner so there were not a lot of people, which added to the improved service, everyone was super helpful and friendly, the food in general was perfect, their mixology on point, the appetizers delicious and the dessert and coffee were the best final touch to an awesome birthday dinner. Husband had the wagyu beef. It was amazingly good. Must try, i must warn it's pricey! For my daughter, we had rhe Mac & cheese and tried one of the salads, super good. My only complaint is the salmon. It was too dry and not as great as the rest of the experience and food. I'm glad I had several hot sauces they offer to start off, to make it taste better.

This Restaurant is a must if you are in Tijuana or planning to visit it. They always greet you when you arrive and give you outstanding customer service. All personal is well educated and courteous but the drink and the food are even better! I have been there twice already and I Love it! All of their alcohol mixed drinks and cocktails are highly recommended. Off course you have to order the Hocus-Pocus frozen drink. That have good variety of wine selection as well. Food wise I have to keep coming back since everything that I have order is to taste full and well done ! Mac and cheese one of my favorite so far. All of their steak Cuts always a great option but the entries are awesome as well. They also have a burger that is perfect if you are craving something less complicated . Ambient in this place is more immersive and sets a new high bar for other high end restaurants to fallow ! I highly recommend to get there around 8 pm since they have live music and shows and a cool light flare tradition ! Great for a romantic dinner with your love one and an excellent option for a larger group of family and friends ! Thank you for the experience you have provided to me during my visits I will keep coming back! P.s. Don’t miss out on dessert!

My partner and I had am amazing time! The presentation detail and attention to service was above and beyond my expectations. MERLINA offers a great variety of hand-made cocktails and a nice collection of white, red, rosé and bubbly wines. The food tasted delicious; the New York Prime rib was juicy and tasty (ordered medium-rare). The music is a little loud for my liking at a fine-restaurant but was enjoyable. We will be back! 1 star at first ..I will never set foot in this place, ever. The blonde hostess was very rude, impolite, and SNOBS. Where is the customer service? How dare employees treat a prospective client in that manner? They decided to say something about the Starbucks coffee (that we had just bought before deciding to give this place a try) when they were walking my wife and I in. Merlina, if you are going to have such a "High" class (average of $75 a plate) place, then have Hostess that treat your clients with High class. I was so excited to try the Wagyu, that I heard they had. Well, I will never know because I will never step foot in this place, ever. Your Hostess disrespects my wife, she disrespects me, and most of all she disrespects your establishment. Merlina, you lost a minimum sale of a $150 dollars (and any future dining from me) sale, because of a $4 dollar Starbucks. A Hostess that doesn't respect and does "Not" know and/or capacitated (this is your fault) to handle clients. Here is the simple solution.... She could have offered to pour it into a glass/mug and sat us down. Right there everybody wins, and you could have had a new consumer. Changed to 5 stars ... Never say never .... Food and attention is awesome ... From Hostess Samantha to Jose Antonio and Bryan. We'll the overall staff is amazing. Food is great we had various plates and they were amazing. You must try..... I would only say that the cooks would have to be better at the gauging how the meat is cooked, but that is almost everywhere. Cooking meat is an art that can be difficult. I now invite you to come and eat .... The corn cake is not the only good item on the menu ....

Me gusto mucho la mezcalita y la hamburguesa One of a Kind que pedi. La sopa de cebolla, no tanto. Mucho queso y la textura no me gusto en lo personal. Aunque el trato de nuestro mesero fue excelente, no se si volveria en un futuro cercano, los precios si estan bastante elevados

El lugar muy bonito, los precios medio altos - altos lo normal para un lugar de tu tipo. La comida muy rica. Entradas: camarón roca muy bueno , muy recomendado, el pulpo sie gusto aunque no es mi favorito. Jugo de res muy bueno y te lo sirven con un tuetano. Venden corte de carne wagyu A5, solo que no tenían en este momento. Pedi una picaña y estuvo buena, nomás buena.. postres muy ricos pero algo caros. Botellas de vino al triple de su valor comercial. El show está muy bien, saxofón amenizando, un hipnotista que va a tu mesa y un expectaculo de música electrónica muy padre.

El lugar es amplio y bonito, definitivamente se tiene que vivir la experiencia, sin embargo los precios son altos y el sabor de la comida no es grandioso. Las bebidas nos encantaron y el servicio desde que llegas es excelente.

Merlina Restaurante es un lugar que ha generado mucha expectativa, y con justa razón, gracias a su ambiente y presentación. Sin embargo, a pesar de la excelente presentación y servicio, el sabor de la comida dejó mucho que desear. Durante mi visita, muchos de los platillos del menú no estaban disponibles y los que probamos resultaron insípidos. Ninguno de ellos nos hizo exclamar "¡wow!". Por el precio, la comida no cumplió con nuestras expectativas. No obstante, se notó el esfuerzo en la presentación y el espectáculo fue impresionante. Siempre había algo que ver, así que si buscas un tema de conversación, este lugar podría valer la pena visitar. Sin embargo, el precio es un poco excesivo para lo que recibes.

Tiene una decoración muy hermosa. El servicio de meseros es bueno. Los precios si estan un poco caros. Pedimos el postre de pan de elote y estaba delicioso 😋 además de que el diseño era impresionante.

Me gustó, definitivamente volveria. La comida vale lo que cuesta 👌. El ambiente en el día es tranquilo no habia mucha gente. El personal es bueno pero puede mejorar, mi punto de vista es si tienes excelente ubicación el lugar es lindisimo y la comida exquisita, prepara mejor a tu personal para que uno se vaya sintiendo que se merecen las 5 estrellas. Tipo el Grill o los Arcos donde te hacen sentir como rey. Probamos la picaña. Espinacas a la crema. Taco de camaron. Me gustó mucho el limoncello spritz.

Recomendado pero tiene que mejorar. Te dan unas salas con tostadas que están solo bien creo que si es cortesía, y está cool. Se presenta como un restaurante de gama alta, con precio de gama alta, pero deja que desear en lo más importante que es su comida. El ambiente y la decoración son de 10. Nos toco una mesera muy amable y agradable, que nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones. Éramos dos personas, pedimos una picaña que no incluye ni siquiera verduras o algún acompañamiento, pedimos unas verduras aparte y un risotto. Algunos tragos de mixologia que estaban bien. La picaña llega perfecta en cuanto al término pero no tiene NADA DE SAL El risotto estaba muy bien. Pedimos un postre con concepto de objeto o pastel muy divertido y rico también. Pagamos $2700 pesos, no esperas fallas tan simples en un lugar de esta gama y por esos precios. Y como llegamos sin reservación solo nos dieron 1 hora y 30 min para comer.

Excelente servicio y atención. La producción y presentación de todo está excelente y quedas fascinada. Me tocó que tuvieran un saxofonista en vivo que la vdd tocaba muy padre. Lo único es que a las bebidas de mixología les falta mejorarlas, dos no traían casi alcohol, y a unas les faltaba un boom de sabor. Al brownie con caramelo le hacía falta un poco de sal pero muy rico. Y se podría tener un poco más bajas la música para poder platicar más Agusto. Todos super atentos y amables. Un poco elevado el costo de los alimentos.

We had a great dinner at Merlina! My girlfriend and I were craving a good Mexican-style dinner, and this place hit the spot. The steaks were excellent. I had the filet with a spicy salsa, and it was absolutely delicious. It’s also a great spot for drinks, with a cool atmosphere. The plaza and the restaurant are fairly new, about two years old, and the whole place is beautiful and very Instagrammable.

However, the Fettuccine a la Rueda stood out as superb, demonstrating the kitchen's potential for excellence. It's worth noting that, consistent with the upscale nature of Merlina, the prices are on the higher side. Additionally, the service tip is suggested at either 15% or 18%, which is something to keep in mind when budgeting for the meal. We visited Merlina last night to celebrate my birthday and overall had an incredible experience! First of all, the decor and everything inside the restaurant is absolutely breathtaking. They start you off right away with chips and a variety of salsa from mild to super spicy. The food was absolutely spectacular! I highly recommend the fettuccine that is finished table side in fire. The presentation was amazing and taste was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. The arrachera steak was absolutely delicious, cooked absolutely perfectly. My only complaint is that our waiter didn’t seem to be very knowledgeable about the menu, was slow to bring drinks, including putting one of the drink orders in incorrectly. Also, he was forgetful on some of the requests that we made. I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt because it was apparent that he was new and he made up for it in kindness. I really hope to be able to return soon and update my review to 5 stars. I really want to, but based on the experience with the service we received, it is not merited.

A mi pareja y a mi nos trataron muy bien desde que entramos al restaurante. Todo está muy bonito, nos encanto el ambiente, pero el sabor de la comida no se nos hizo nada de otro mundo. Creo que vale la pena conocerlo.

SERVICIO DEMASIADO LENTO! Los precios son justos, el sazón de las comidas también. Pero el tiempo de espera para todo es muy lento. Y de no ser por los supervisores que daban presión a los meseros hubieran tardado mucho más. Aparte no tenían ciertas cosas o no les funcionaban ciertas máquinas para algunos tragos. También deberían de prevenirse ante situaciones como esas especialmente para los fines de semana.

La comida un 4 o 5 de 10 (CINCO DE DIEZ) Lugar de moda. ✔️ Checked Mención al manager ante las observaciones.. "En gustos se rompen géneros" -La calidad y sabor no tienen géneros ni generaciones. Lo bueno es bueno. Lo malo, malo y lo regular... malo.

Muy bonito restaurante aunque el servicio podría mejorar. Pros: muy rica comida mi New York stake (choice) estába termino 3/4 como lo pedí . Muy bien de parte de cocina. Muy ricas bebidas también. Contras : Errores en cuenta $ , servicio a cliente. Mencionaron que iban a traer pan para el spaghetti. Nunca llegó. Para un restaurante de ese calibre. Inaceptable.

Compramos cortes, están ricos pero la presentación está muy sencilla y se me hacen con un alto costo para lo sencillo que son, uno de los cortes mencionaba en el menú a 799 y lo cobraron a 850. Las verduras excelente presentación y deliciosas La mixiología excelente, deliciosa. El lugar está precioso y la atención excelente ☺️

Service is great! However the place is confusing, I can't figure it out. Seems a nice place, but music is loud, good for a bar, not for a nice meal. Food is so so, nothing to remember. I wouldn't go back.

Lugar muy instagrameable la verdad super Lindo pero la música estaba muy fuerte y teníamos que gritar para escucharnos al platicar... probamos muchas cosas del menú y cada platillo estaba pobremente sazonado, la chica que nos cortó el filete no sabía como hacerlo propiamente, las bebidas están bonitas pero hasta ahí. El único cóctel rico era el de lichi, por la experiencia está bien, el trato y atención bueno pero la comida... no tanto.
