Buen teriyaki, aunque antes la crema de chipotle que servían estaba más buena. Los pepinos curtidos están buenos (cuando no están recién hechos, se nota en el dulzor)

I really liked what I ordered, but what I didn't like was that they served it on paper plates... And that kind of takes away from the enjoyment. The prices are good, $170.00 for the breaded shrimp I ordered... I highly recommend it.

Decided to try it out even after reading the reviews because everywhere else by my hotel was busy. The cook was very friendly and helpful (I don't speak Spanish). My wife and I really enjoyed the food. My portion was a little small for me but I eat more than my share. My wife's portion was more than enough for her. Good food at a fair price. Would definitely eat there again.

The food tastes average to good, but the service leaves much to be desired; it seems the staff aren't very connected to the company's mission. Something I noticed is that the red onions were already oxidized, as if they had been stored away and then put back in. I didn't feel like trying them. The prices are competitive, and the portion size varies considerably depending on the day. I think it's a good quick option, but there are things that need improvement.

The food was very good, but the service was terrible. The staff were very rude and seemed to dislike their work, both the cook and the cashier. If they don't enjoy their jobs, they shouldn't do them. We all work out of necessity, but at least they could be kind and attentive, and good customer service and a pleasant atmosphere would be appreciated.

I've been a long-time customer and have seen that the product is getting cheaper and the price is increasing every day. This last time, I bought two teriyakis and they delivered the product just like that. They drove two blocks from where I was going to eat, and I had it safely in my car. So the bag didn't tip over or anything. They delivered it to me with the product all over the place and splattered, as seen in the photo. The owners and managers, please pay attention to your service.

This used to be one of my favorite places, but I went today, January 18, 2021, and was completely disappointed. The flavor isn't the same anymore, and the portions are tiny. The dish wasn't even half the size they used to serve. I don't know if all the branches are doing the same thing, but I certainly won't be going back to this one.

Las porciones son pocas, a parte la comida fría y mala y la salsa ni hablar muy salada .

Una parte del pescado que compré olía a amoniaco, y sabía a sartén sucio, totalmente incomible. Muy decepcionante :(

I arrived to eat and the woman serving me looked at me like I'd killed her dog. The fish teriyaki I ate already smelled of ammonia, and obviously I didn't feel welcome at all. I'm never setting foot in that place again 🙃

The portions are a joke, way too small. The teriyaki cost 85 pesos and I got a quarter of what most restaurants of its kind offer. The flavor isn't worth the price or the portions.

The food is DISGUSTING. I ordered the teriyaki special for 85 pesos, if you can even call it teriyaki, and it was literally a quarter of a pound of rice and four or five chicken cubes covered in a sauce that I can't even be sure was eel (no sesame, no vegetables, JUST RICE AND FOUR CHICKEN CUBES). I WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF A Crls Junior combo. I'M NEVER GOING BACK THERE. I have no idea how they're still open when they don't even have any customers.

The prices of their dishes are high for the quality of the food they serve, as the flavor is not very good. Furthermore, the customer service leaves much to be desired. To top it all off, a delivery driver charged me more than the prices advertised on their flyers.
