Their takeout orders don't even include a packet of chipotle or eel sauce. I think they should at least include some dressings per order. They should also train their staff to better explain the ingredients and not just charge the condiments without warning.

Our favorite branch after the parent company on the postcard. The only problem I found is the fly-catching device right on top of a table. Pretty disgusting and in bad taste to put it there. They need to fix that. And find a better way to keep the flies away.

No te contestan el teléfono y lo descuelgan para que no entre la llamada ya me la han echo varias beses, los Clientes pueden cambiar a otros negocios cuando los días encargados creen tener los clientes suficientes y describan a los demás, si no se cuida un negocio el día de mañana serán historia, les llegará otro negocio por un lado o similar con mejor actitud y van a quedar en la historia.

Desafortunadamente segunda vez que me sale un pelo en la comida en ese establecimiento, una lastima la verdad por que me gustaba comer ahi.

Demasiado lentos, estuve esperando como 30 minutos para una orden que era para llevar, muy a sus calmas mientras todos esperan, y demasiado caro para lo que dan y este servicio.

The food was terrible, absolutely terrible. The eel sauce was like honey, and they charged extra for it 😩 I called, and the woman who answered was sarcastic and didn't even apologize. I know we asked for promotions, but we deserve quality food. You don't pay 5 pesos 😒

I would like to know the opening time, since it says 11:00. I arrived at 11:45 and the workers were there. I asked 4 times if it was open and in a rude tone, ignoring me, they answered "noooo" it's like an hour away, that is, at 12:45. Very bad. I won't go back to that branch. Terrible food. I ordered a special rice dish for delivery, and they literally sent me a rice ball with three slices of avocado, eel sauce on top with grated carrots, and what about surimi? I called the store, and the person who answered said he prepared it and used the ingredients that the dish calls for. I told him it literally didn't have surimi, and he defended himself with the same terrible explanation. A very good reference, so I would never recommend that place.
