Today, October 14th, I ordered a pizza from Sarte. Takeout. While waiting for my pizza, I decided to sit down, and they weren't very careful about cleaning the tables. I went back to the counter where you order and asked for napkins to clean the table because it was dirty. The girl gave me some napkins, and I wiped it down. But I moved to another table because the sun was beating down on it, and the tables were still dirty. I brought my own napkin and wiped it down. The place wasn't even full, so they can't say they didn't have time. I liked the pizza, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. I recommend that the manager check their cleaning standards, not just in the table service but also in the kitchen. 0, and that makes 2. I went to buy a pizza from Sarte, and sadly, I have to say I didn't like it. They put very little tomato sauce on it, even though it tastes great on other occasions. What's wrong with the people who make them? Did they forget to add tomato sauce, or did they run out, and since it was takeout, they just gave it to me haphazardly? 🤬😠😡😤 I wouldn't recommend it. I know they have high standards for making pizza, but who knows what happened. I don't recommend it.
Everything was excellent, the only problem is that the sunlight gets too bright in the afternoon. Probably putting up some curtains would make it feel a little more cozy, but everything else was excellent!

I like the friendly atmosphere of the service and the quality of the products prepared there. I went to chat with my daughter, so visiting the restaurant not only provided the most pleasant setting but also the space for a wonderful get-together. It's spacious, airy, with good air conditioning and acoustics for the flat screen.
Excellent service, very clean restrooms. If the place were bigger it would be great; a play area for children would be perfect.
Good place to grab a bite with either friends or family!

The place is nice, but the finishes are neglected; many of the tapestries are falling apart. A negative point is the hygiene/cleanliness; they don't clean the tables frequently, and the bathroom is dirty. However, the service is very good; they are very kind and attentive.

Terrible service, dirty tables, bathroom with no water, dirty chairs, old napkins, and trash on the floor, and they also took a long time to deliver my order!

They are kind and everything the only detail here is that we ordered a 249 Mexican pesos pizza with Hawaiian ingredients with a 1.5 Lt Pepsi and when it was time to deliver the pizza they gave us a so-called Hawaiian pizza without pineapple which upset us a lot we asked them to change the order but they didn't want to I suppose I am the manager of the establishment arguing saying that we are to blame for ordering it like that and we allege appealing their argument saying that it is not their mistake which we saw the whole time that they were playing and chatting and they don't realize things and we are not the only ones likewise they did the same to a couple they ordered a pizza stuffed on the edge of cheese and they gave him a large classic pepperoni which he got upset and said the same thing as us and the same person told him the same thing as us the truth is that bad and terrible service I do not recommend it and if it happens to you record them to prove it and it reaches the ears of the regional manager good day thanks for reading.
Very poor service, the worst I've ever had. I had an incident with the cashier in which she mistook my order and blamed me. The cook interfered, a matter that isn't her concern, and the manager didn't know how to resolve it due to his obvious lack of leadership and competence, overpowered by his subordinates, who are all ladies. Furthermore, they don't honor the promotions they display, claiming they're a franchise.
