I think this branch, in particular, is being neglected. The service is poor, and on several occasions I've been there, the staff is nowhere to be seen. The rest of the service is the same as the other stores, and the quality of their products is moderately good. I still love the cookies, though. In short, it's a quick, affordable, and good option.

The food at this Subway is a gamble; sometimes you get sick, sometimes you don't. Because of this, I can't recommend it, but I also can't say never to eat there. Sometimes the employees get all mixed up, creating an unnecessary line.

It's a regular Subway. It's part of a food court within a plaza, so space is limited and you'll have to find a table in the designated area, which can take some time. It's recommended to arrive early.

Terrible service from the guy who served me. Inattentive, not helpful at all. Awful. It didn't even make me want to eat the sandwich.

Terrible, everything was terrible. I ordered two 12-inch Subways through Didi, a super combo of boneless hot, meaning a drink, fries, and crackers. Not to mention the Subways didn't come the way I ordered them and were missing practically all the ingredients. The chicken was frozen, there was no cheese or toppings, and the crackers were gone. They sent me whatever drinks they wanted. I ordered two Fuze teas, and they sent me two bottles of Ciel. How annoying! It's so expensive, and they send you everything incomplete.

I ordered through Uber Eats and my entire order arrived at refrigerator temperature. I ordered a Subway with three cheeses and it only had one cheese, and my other four Subways had items I didn't order and were missing items I did order.

Terrible. I arrived 20 minutes before 9:00 PM, and they'd already cleared everything out. Some people there told me they start clearing at 8:00 PM.

This place is garbage. The chicken and BBQ ribs I received were ice cold, straight from the freezer. You couldn't even bite into them. They should shut down this Subway or the owners should pay attention to the employees who handle the food so badly.

Very bad service when ordering through the app, they send everything cold!! (They send it cold since the Rappi didn't take long to arrive) So the quality of the fries they give you, really disgusting.

It's 11:20 and the branch still isn't open. On their website, it says it's open at 11:00. I asked the girl if they'll be open, and she says it'll be open until 11:30. Terrible service and attention at Plaza Cuiculco.

Terrible service. The young man who served me was in the kitchen and hadn't left. He came out reluctantly and told me they only had salads left. There were plenty of bread left on the trays, and he told me they were for future orders from the platform. They didn't even have any pending orders, meaning they give priority to people who haven't placed an order and are at home over customers who are certain to be buying in the store. I asked the young man if I placed an order on the platform and picked it up, would it be ordered? He told me that's the only way he could sell to me. I'm very angry with his service. Don't go there!

Truly terrible. I just ordered through Didi and everything arrived incorrectly. The sandwiches had vegetables I didn't order, and were missing absolutely everything I did; the boneless sandwiches were frozen as if they had been improperly thawed, and they didn't add a single topping I requested. My drinks were incorrect, and I was missing items (two cookies since I ordered super combos). Literally, the only thing that came correctly were a couple of Doritos I ordered. The worst thing is that the service at this branch has always been this deplorable.

El producto llegó en muy mal estado realice una compra de $1,000 y no me entregaron el ticket, el cual necesito para realizar factura. Llamo al número que aparece y dice que por el momento no me pueden contestar

Un asco de servicio domingo 5 abril 2026 4:45pm el que atiende güero medio gordito con pura jeta como si me estuviera regalando las cosas , si no les gusta su trabajo que hacen ahí gente , ojo con eso rh de Subway!!!!

Realmente no volvere a esta sucursal tanto el que despacha los sandwiches y el cajero mala actitud el que arma el pedido parece que te regala la comida, me negaron el tipo de pan solo por pedir Subway del día, pedí caliente el sándwich y me dieron la comida fría. Uno paga un servicio esto no es un comedor comunitario.

Soy fiel amante de Subway, pero especialmente esa sucursal es un asco en cuanto al servicio. Las veces que tengo que ir a comer ahí el chico que te atiende es súper déspota, pareciera que me regala la comida y es su negocio 🙄🙄. Deberían tener cuidado en cuanto al servicio, pagamos por la comida y deben de ser respetuosos con los clientes, para eso se prestan.
