Sitio para ir sin prisas, ya que los camareros son la lentitud personificada. Siempre vamos a tomarnos algo allí. Muy buena terraza y las tapas de las mejores de la zona.

I went for breakfast and ordered a chicken roll. I liked it, but the bread was very toasted, and I don't like hard bread; it's similar to eating stale, hard bread. Some people prefer it soft, others toasted; I can't really judge, it's a matter of taste. The salmon roll is 10/10. The service is good, and the tapas are too.

We had breakfast there a couple of times and enjoyed it. It offers a wide variety of options for breakfast. The service was fast and efficient, although it's important to keep in mind that it was just opening and there were very few guests at the time. The decor is very inviting, with a predominance of wood. It has two terrace areas, with a large number of tables, which could take too long to provide the necessary attention at certain times.

Fuimos a tomar algo el sábado por la tarde, pedimos cervezas y nos las trajeron calientes, un desastre xq nos dijeron luego q era xq las cámaras se les apagaron. Menos mal q nos lo cambiaron por unas cañas, pero al pedir, nos podrían haber informado.

It's a shame how a Toledo classic has been lost over the years, but what prompted me to write this review is the latest stinginess with the breakfasts: if the snacks were already lacking in quality, at least the price was justified by including coffee, a shot of juice, and a meal. Then they go and remove the shot without warning when serving you, and when you ask, they tell you that "they don't have it and they're not obligated to, because it was complimentary." If the owner reads the reviews, a note: "complimentary" is, by definition, a gift that is not part of the priced item. If the advertisements, the tablecloths, and the bar's televisions advertise a drink, shot, and meal for a certain price, the customer is informed and can decide whether the price is right for them. If they don't inform the customer and charge the same price without serving part of what's advertised, it's not "complimentary," it's a rip-off. However, paying €2.50 for the juice they didn't have for shots, it comes in a regular glass. People aren't stupid; you only have to see which places fill up before Enebro. I suppose these tricks will be profitable and will help them maintain a clientele of regulars, the occasional lost soul, and those who opt for plan B when the other terraces are occupied. Disappointing and a shame.

I've been coming to this bar since I moved six months ago, and tonight was the last. I don't think I'll go back. Terrible waiter service. Every week I go there are different waiters, each one worse than the last. I always order nachos because we love them, and lately we've ordered them only to be told they're out of stock. And that hasn't happened once, at least three times. Tonight the same thing happened again, and since I hadn't ordered them before, I ordered bravas. My surprise? They bring me a plate of ordinary fries with a drizzle of jarred sauce on top. And if you're going there for breakfast, be prepared to wait and wait for them to take your order and bring you what you ordered. The bar would be a different place with good waiter service and a wider variety of food. I've decided to stop going. I'd rather pay the same and at least have a decent dinner elsewhere.

El servicio de hoy un verdadero desastre nos ha atendido una camarera dentro del local que nos tomó nota y luego se olvidó de nosotros, 4 camareros en terraza y ninguno dentro. Tuvimos que tomar la comida sin bebida, lo dicho mal organizados y un servicio nefasto. Casi nos sigan 2 euros de las vueltas... vamos para no volver.

Si pudiera poner 0 en la atención lo pondría más de 40 minutos esperando nuestro pedido vinimos a desayunar 3 personas y pésimo mi hijo espero un montón para su desayuno no vuelvo aparte el muchacho que atiende pasaba y pasaba y nos nos atendía y en la cocina sacan con desorden las comandas que lastima y saber que me gustaba la comida de acá pero con esta atención no volveré.

We went for breakfast and found a long hair in my potato omelet. I returned it to the waitress, and she spoke to the cook, Gema, about the hair. The barmaid commented that it always happens, meaning it's not the first time. Then Gema called us over and told us we absolutely had to order another breakfast because, according to her, if we didn't, she'd get a discount. She claimed it wasn't a hair, but something from the potato, even though I showed her the hair. They tried to force us to pay for something we hadn't even eaten because we found the hair as soon as we started. Worse still, neither the cook nor the barmaid apologized. The only one who apologized was the waitress, and she handled the situation well. We loved having breakfast here, but I'll never come back, especially because of the way they treated us and the pressure the cook put on us to order something else. They were discounting... terrible service...

We were having a drink when the waiter came to bring us a saucer of coffee, which we still don't know why it was for. Our dog got scared, and the waiter apparently did too (we apologized). He accidentally spilled an Aquarius on us, soaking the entire table, including our phones and other belongings. He never came back to clean it, and we had to go and ask him for a cloth. The only thing he added was that if the dog had bitten his finger, he'd throw him on the grill. He charged us for the Aquarius, which we had to order again. "Thank you, the service was almost perfect." The dog is the one in the photos.

Pretty bad. I've been there twice this week, and both times were bad. Once for a snack, they only had pancakes on the snack menu. We ordered a soft drink, and the tapa was a reheated wing that must have been cooked for hours. Sometimes when you pay, they ask if you can each pay your own bill, and other times they don't. The second day, I go for breakfast. The croissant is hard. I drink a cola cao. They bring the cola cao in a glass jar that everyone pours it from, instead of sachets. It seems incredibly unhygienic, considering the jar was dirty, so I didn't drink it. Breakfast includes a small glass of orange juice, which they also forgot to bring.

El Enebro WAS once one of the best tapas bars on the industrial estate. And I say was because, my goodness, how they've let it die. The lack of staff is noticeable day after day, and it's obvious the owner doesn't care. Every week they have a new, normal waiter; no one can keep up with the pace of running a terrace with just one person. It's incredible how they've let a bar like this die. ALL the bars on the promenade have beaten them to it, and I mean all of them. They've got chaos at the bar... incredible. The waiter was like a headless chicken; he couldn't tell if there were any tapas missing or too many; people would get tired and get up to pay because he couldn't keep up. Anyway, I doubt we'll ever go back, given the better bars on the promenade.

A place with a good atmosphere and friendly waiters, but completely chaotic table management. Three waiters for I don't know how many tables, running around without being able to keep up. You order a drink (quite expensive, by the way) and they tell you it comes with a tapa... but the tapa never arrives. So in the end you end up paying a lot and without any accompaniment. Meanwhile, you see how other customers who arrive later are served earlier and have their tapas served to them, even though you've let them know you're in a hurry. It feels like easy money is being made off the backs of a few overwhelmed waiters and customers who get tired, pay, and leave. It's a shame, because the individual service is good, but the organization leaves a lot to be desired.
