I'm absolutely disappointed. I like Papa John's pizza. However, I ordered a veggie pizza with extra cheese (paid extra) and no cut because I'm religious and was afraid they would use the same cutter they use for meat. Not only did I tip the service, but I got the COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF WHAT I ASKED FOR. I don't usually face these issues, but I'm really opposite and felt like I saw my money go down the drain.

I will never ever again order papa John's Pizza was ice cold took over a hour to be delivered come to find out they do not have there own drivers so they use door dash I called the store he said yes it was delivered look outside on the ground that's where it should be omg I said you are crazy it is not on the ground outside this dude was so stupid

Asked to talk to a manager an I got one. Then said there was a problem with my pizza. Was told by the manager that she wasn’t doin nothing about it. An then asked for her name and was told she wasn’t giving it. This place is trash never get the pizza right customer service sucks.

Dry no toppings or cheese this was the 2nd time I got two pizza each time that was like that I took this order back because I was unhappy it kept happening the owner Shawn John what ever his name was was very cocky and rude acted very initled and treated me like I was a beneath him had a cocky smirk on his face like the situation was funny like he loved talking to me like that infront of his employees like he enjoyed the audience the blonde girl working gave me I’m having and affair with the owner vibes the way she was condoning his cocky arrogant attitude instead of the customer the only one understanding was the manager who was very polite and understanding I will never go back there again and I was a loyal customer I ordered from there a lot but the last two times it was very disappointing and the way he treated me was disgusting and I hope he enjoyed the pizza. I returned that I spit on and I watched him eat it.

Disgusting. My friend ordered pizza for us for delivery, this is how it came. Very disappointed! I called them over the phone and they informed me they were super short staffed on delivery drivers and I had to come in with the pizza for a remake. When I get there the short girl told me it looked fine! It does not look fine to me! I’ve had much better quality from papa johns before! After going back and forth, I ended up just asking for a refund so I can go else where. She refused that too! I asked for the owners number and she said even if she could give it to me it wouldn’t change anything because they’re super short staffed they can’t risk firing anyone so they don’t! She told me the owner is lucky she still even works for them! I asked them if they couldn’t give me a remake or a refund if I could at least use the restroom, they let me and on my way out of the kitchen I saw a bug on the floor! Too bad they can’t hold up to standards like the other papa johns in town.

Never, ever order boneless chicken wings from here. It's just nuggets that you can buy for a fraction of the cost from Walmart. Chicken wings is supposed to be dark meat and juicy.... papa John's nuggets are white, dry and breaded exactly like chicken nuggets and the worst part is the have no flavor. McDonald's chicken nuggets are far superior. Don't waste your time or money at papa johns.

Ordered a pizza & side total came out to $30, all I had was a $50 bill. Didn't think anything of it. Handed the delivery driver the $ & he said do you have anything smaller; I said no. His reply was well you either have to call the store & pay w a card or give me the pizza & side back. If I had $ on the card then I would've used that instead of paying cash. If I had $ on the card then I doubt I would've ordered pizza. I literally ordered it bc I knew they take cash as few places still do

Can't get deals online at this location, all others are offering promotions. Ordered for delivery they called and told me they had no driver and I would need to pick it up. Charged my card the full price including delivery and tip, then proceeded to charge my card $7.79, $5.50, $5.50, $5.50 then another $5.50. I don't know how long that would have continued if I didn't call them and complain. My bank charged them back due to fraudulent activity! Pizza was good, but I'll never take the risk of this location when there is another just as close to me.

Looking For Me

Ordered pizzas on 28th of December that were delivered cold. When I called the restaurant the manager gave me a term to use when I wanted to replace them and I forgot.Called 1-11-20 to rectify the matter and spoke with Heidi who claimed she could not help made no real attempt because of the timing. I usually eat pizza on the weekends but why pay for what you previously purchased. I thought Papa John's was more prestigious than this.Please find a better method for dissatisfied customers. If I could rate zero stars I would. Every single time I have ordered papa johns there has been an issue. This time we placed an order, and once it was confirmed it popped up that it was going to be over 200 minutes. 200. I immediately tried to contact the store and cancel the order and was prompted to an answering machine saying the store was closed. I then checked my bank account and was charged for the order. I called corporate and was told I would be contacted in 48 hours for a refund. Within HALF HOUR I then got a call from a delivery driver saying the order was at my house. Outrageous. Will never give my business to this ever again.
