Literally just let here. Waited about 12 minutes for what i thought would be fresh food. Okra wasn’t fresh but didn’t taste bad. But this spicy chicken breast i ordered was fill of wet batter when i broke into it. This is either old or under cooked

Went yeaterday to order a family meal the chicken was old and soggy, ordered Okra and jalapeno bombers also were cold and soggy like it had been sitting there for a while..I tried calling and phone is not working that is highly unprofessional to not have the phones working definitely do not recommend this location and definitely won’t be back.

Just left this place. Walked in lady was sitting behind counter. Placed order for 3 meals for my family. Was told only spicy chicken no original. To wait for original it was going to take 20 minutes. So went with spicy. Left and went to our location to eat and all of us unable to finish. Food smells wired and tasted bad. Should have just gotten the original because this food was horrible. Taste old dry and doesn't smell like chicken. Was only given like 5 napkins. All the sodas tasted bad like missing flavor. All of us hungry cause we couldn't eat the food.

Spent my last on a $13 dollar meal , just to get home and my chicken was raw inside. Very hungry and disappointed.

Literally no chicken on the wings. Not even exaggerating. None. Paid 57$ for meal with no chicken on wings. Don’t buy your food here

If you look like them they hand you a tray for dine in. If you don't then regardless they will had you your things to go. Look at how he is working everything in your favor. The one messed up. I didn't ask for a refund. The food was absolutely disgusting. The food is not real and looks nothing like what it's advertised. All the way down to the vegetables. The lettuce you see in the pictures are not letting us. It's all cabbage. Those are two completely different colors.

First time there last time coming. Very disappointed drove 20 mins away to come home and enjoy a meal with my family and I find out Mac n cheese like this. Attempt to call up at the store and speak with a manager and sadly their phone lines are not working! I do not recommend this church’s please go else where.

Absolutely the WORST! I stopped by this location to try the smokehouse chicken. In the past, the chicken was moist and flavorful. What we received today was dry and tasteless. There was NO smokehouse coating and the pieces were TINY. The chicken was obviously prepared hours before we arrived. To make things worse, the biscuits taste like cornbread. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and DON'T, I repeat DON'T go to this location! HORRIBLE!!

This establishment closes and locks its doors way before closing time, I tried walking in this establishment at 730 and on a Sunday and the doors were locked with one of the employees inside quickly turning off the lights when she seen me trying to open the door. I motioned to her if they were open and she stared at me blankly while sipping on a soda behind the counter as if she were disappointed she actually had to work. She motioned to me to use the drive thru in which I did, This is not the first time I’ve had problems at this establishment with such lazy employees. I definitely will not be returning until upper management or corporate can clean up this mess of an establishment!!!

I went in when they first opened at 11 and my chicken was old and burnt. Maybe they warmed them up from the previous day but they definitely were not fresh. The cashier had an attitude, not sure why. The atmosphere was uneasy and they didn't have any honey for my biscuits.

THEY HAVE THE WORST FOUNTAIN DRINK MACHINE EVER !! The drinks tastes so bad and not at all fresh I almost threw up, Manager please check into this issue Yal need to change this fountain boxes I literally threw away my drinks after a sip and also lost my appetite on the food I ordered from here! unfortunately I came home and tasted the drinks or else I would tell the employees about it and I’m sure a lot of people must’ve complained The place looks so bad and dirty Food is okay, disappointed with fries reg size is worse than small fries at any location Tenders asked them for spicy but not at all spicy, I’ve had other locations but didn’t meet the same taste Chicken steak was good Employees are not that friendly I’ve been to other location church’s and they have always been good Idk what has happened to church’s? Is the location doing a bad job? Or is church’s actually going bad on their food service and location ?? Never ever going here or any church’s
