Main Event is such a great spot! The atmosphere is fun and lively perfect for all ages. The food was fresh and tasty, and the service was on point. What really makes it special are all the activities pool table, bowling, arcade games, and laser tag keep the fun going for hours. Whether you’re with friends or family, this place has everything you need for a good time. Highly recommend!

We have been to other Main Events and had fun but this one was different. The atmosphere was fun. The games were more current. Our kids had a blast. Oh, the cotton candy machine was amazing too!

11/11/24 - on Veteran's Day, they have an AMAZING special for veterans: free 30-minute play card plus a free double cheeseburger & fries. ❤️ We got there around 2pm & fortunately, it was not crowded at all. The burger was surprisingly high quality, juicy & delicious. My husband was able to play about 15 different video games from the 30-minute play card. The modernized old school games like Pac-man & Space Invaders were really cool. 🥳 Thank You so much for making it a special day for him! 🇺🇸

My kids had a great time upon arrival. We were a bit confused because this was our first time visiting this place however, the lady at the desk was very kind and helpful. She explained everything about the main event and all the games and fun’s that are available for kids, so it was very easy to Get access through the kiosk. It’s a little bit expensive but it’s a lot of fun. They have so much fun games for kids. They also have laser tag. However, people who have medical implants inside their body should avoid laser tag,I wish they had a warning signs about that or any kind of information displayed outside. The wait time for bowling is very high we waited about three hours and still were not able to play so we had to cancel the bowling. Some of their games are bit slow. The manager was very kind and very helpful. Very soft-spoken guy. He helped us do the refund, the winners get amazing prizes. Winners Store is very good. They have very unique toys for kids. The food is extremely delicious. We loved the pizza the wings the french fries and the drinks were too good very nice and clean place and also very safe place for all ages not only kids, but we as an adult. We had a great great time and we are surely going to come back here. Thank you.

I took the girls to Main Event for some old-school arcade fun, and the games did not disappoint. Tons of options, great energy, and the girls were fully entertained. Watching them compete and celebrate wins was honestly half the fun. The food was solid for an arcade spot. The pepperoni flatbread came out hot and cheesy, the wings and fries were exactly what you expect—no complaints there. The downside? The bar service. It was extremely slow, and the place wasn’t even busy. Waiting that long for basic food and drinks made zero sense and definitely took away from the experience. Overall, Main Event is a win for games and kid-friendly fun, but the bar needs to pick up the pace. I’d come back for the arcade—but I’m managing my expectations when it comes to food and drinks. 🎮🍕

Went with my kids and they had a great time and enjoyed the food, BUT WATCH THE TIP SCREEN. Our total was $40.02, and the suggested tips are calculated double (20% showed $16.80, which is 40%). Easy to miss unless you check the math. I hope this gets reviewed so future guests don’t feel deceived.

Booked my daughters 12th birthday party. It was last minute, booked same week, confirmed they had availability I said i will call back once the moms confirm. I was told to call right back before they end up booking that spot. I called right back no longer got an answer. Had to call multiple times to get someone on the phone. Finally Booked and the girl i booked with just ended up hanging up on me rudely I guess she was mad I called multiple times. She also told me I need to be there 15min early on the day of the party and we were, and we ended up waiting, no one was at the party greet station and we ended up waiting about 20min. We got the table right away after that and the rest of the night was wonderful. The party coordinator was excellent and so helpful, the environment everything was great. My daughter and her friends had a blast. I will definitely recommend. The pricing was fair. The food was delicious. Just wished the beginning experience wasn't so rocky.

I threw my sons 4th birthday party here over the weekend and let me say the service and the degree of care they took for my whole party squad was amazing with 15 kids and 15 parents 4 bowling lanes they were able to let me set up the table before my party even started !!!! We were trying to get the kids set so we basically missed our bowling time slot but they happily made the adjustment . Thank you Scott , thank you Lorri, and than you Nekesha

Main Event is the Ultimate Fun Spot! 🎳🎮🍕 I had an amazing time at Main Event! Whether you’re going with friends, family, or even for a date night, this place has something for everyone. The variety of activities is unbeatable — bowling, laser tag, arcade games, virtual reality, billiards, and more — all under one roof! I wish there could be more for ages less than 5z

Main Event is undeniably a fantastic time - let's be crystal clear about that! However, enjoying it to the fullest does rely on being in the right company and having the enthusiasm for what Main Event brings. Brace yourself for the noise and the energetic swarm of kids, complete with their inevitable collection of germs, as well as all the bells and whistles of all the games and activities taking place - I mean it's all part of the experience, and yes, it does bring a good laugh or two. My personal highlight is the bowling alley, though I must admit the space feels a bit snug, especially when using just one lane alongside another group. Every visit seems to involve a dance of sharing the space - sometimes feeling like an intrusion on our good time or vice versa. Occasionally, it turns into an unexpected joint celebration, creating a hilarious memory! As for the food, I entered with no particular expectations, but every item I've ordered on multiple occasions has pleasantly surprised me with its deliciousness. I don't get the taste or feeling that my pizza or french fries just came out the microwave, so it's a delightful surprise. The added bonus of a full bar is a refreshing escape for those of us over 21, providing a temporary refuge from the chaos happening outside the doors. For newcomers, the kiosks can be a tad overwhelming due all the options and packages. However, on our recent visit, Beverly made the process a breeze. Her friendly demeanor and adept assistance in maneuvering through the kiosk and selecting the perfect package set a positive tone for our Main Event experience. Cheers to her for an awesome initial interaction with the staff!

We visited Main Event, and right when you walk in there are self-service kiosks to help you get started. They have about 11 kiosks up front, with a few more spread throughout the venue. You choose your options, add everything to your cart, and check out directly at the kiosk, which is convenient. As expected, it was very busy. We were planning to get food, but the dining area was completely full, so we decided not to. That said, the games are fun, and the kids always have a great time here.

La' Dough Sweets

We have been here before and on our previous visit we had a blast which is what prompted our second visit. We reserved their VIP room and upon arriving we were told that there was a glitch in their scheduling system online which resulted in 4 other customers scheduling the same room for the same time. Not only did we drive a long distance to utilize the VIP room the management team there did nothing to compensate us for the inconvenience and the scheduling error on part of their online system. We were discarded a female team member literally laughed in our face while rolling her eyes and telling us yeah you won't get that room today. I didn't get the yong ladies name but she worked at the bowling desk and in the bowling shoe dispensary. She was an African American girl, light brown, with blond curly hair and slim build. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. My children came home on military leave and this was supposed to be an enjoyable family event for us to enjoy. Instead we spent over $400 there to leave with bad tastes in our mouths and disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service. I would not recommend this place based on my family's last experience there. We were extremely disappointed with this place, their management team, and unprofessional employees.

I just left this place and I am extremely disappointed. Clarice, one of the girls at the bar, was incredibly rude and arrogant. My husband and I asked for refills multiple times and she blatantly ignored us every single time. I didn’t want to argue or make a scene, so I simply asked for a to-go box and left. I understand people get tired, but if she’s that exhausted or just doesn’t want to do her job, she should NOT be working in customer service. Her attitude completely ruined our experience. Absolutely unacceptable.
