One of the best carbonara that we have tasted in Italy. Very generous with the guanciale👏We also had another pasta with shrimp tomato sauce. An interesting pasta equally good. The carbonara hands down the best👍👍They were all fresh pasta. The portion is very generous as well

Bottega all’interno del mercato centrale di porta palazzo molto molto buona e specializzata in primi piatti. Mangiato una carbonara 100% romana. Guanciale doc, carbocrema da lacrima e pasta al dente giusta. Aggiunta pepe e pecorino ad ornamento. Chef e proprietario sempre sorridenti e pronti ad un consiglio sui piatti in menu’. Tavoli condivisi con tutto il mercato centrale dove potersi sedere con famiglia ed amici ed ognuno può decidere in quale bottega ordinare per trovarsi al tavolo e mangiare tutti assieme. Servizio drink & beverage direttamente al tavolo con camerieri dedicati. Esperienza da provare, più si è, meglio è. Viva la pasta.
This is a great spot for an affordable pasta meal. The food is very flavorful, and of course, the pasta is fresh. While it is in a market setting, it may not be the best pasta in the city. However, for the price the quality is excellent and the sauces are delicious. The central market is s as nice place to enjoy affordable local food and have a drink in an air conditioned setting. And there are free public bathrooms and a full-sized bar with many excellent wines and beers.

Ceny jsou trochu vyšší ale koncept funguje už roky a vždycky se sem vracíme rádi. Doporučuju alespoň jednou vyzkoušet.
Que dire, si ce n’est qu’on a mangé de délicieuses pâtes, cuisinées juste devant nous! On a testé les Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe et les Tortelli Ricotta Spinaci: un régal.
My first time trying spaghetti cacio e pepe. Too salty for my liking and lack of the aroma of pepper..I find it expensive as the portion is really small.(Euro 12) They serve on the paper plate.

Suite à un manque de place dans les bon restaurants du centre, on c est rabattu ici. Service minimum (assiette en carton et couvert dans pochette papier avec une fourchette en bois), tarif très cher pour la quantité et la qualité. Un véritable attrape touriste a fuire
