I visited this place randomly and ordered a portion of croquettes, which were varied and very good. I also ordered mushroom croquettes with the house's special sauce, which were tasty but a little salty, and an orange Aquarius. The total came to €16.50. The service was good and fast. Located on one side of Toro's main square, it has a warm atmosphere and excellent service. We ordered the daily menu, which is very affordable and changes regularly; you can see it on their Instagram profile. We also ordered some croquettes. Everything was delicious, and the portions are generous. I highly recommend it.

A very good experience, the waiters were very pleasant. We had someone who didn't eat meat, and they recommended other dishes. We had a set menu for a winery, which was spectacular. I would go back without hesitation.

We had suckling pig croquettes with pear and oxtail croquettes, both homemade and highly recommended. The grilled calamari with olive oil and a very mild garlic mayonnaise was also delicious. The steak tartare was very tasty. The star of the show was the cheesecake, which was creamy and exquisite. You must try the local white wine. The staff was attentive and friendly; we'll definitely be back.

Unbeatable value for money. We went without a reservation and the service was spectacular. The food was delicious and there wasn't much of a wait. Special mention goes to the croquettes, which are steak croquettes—very tasty and flavorful. The cheesecake is also highly recommended. Highly recommended.

I'm not one to write reviews, but the truth is, this place deserved it. We arrived and there was no room. It just so happened that other customers had finished and gave us their spot. We started with scrambled eggs and lizard, which was perfect and the lizard was exquisite. We decided to try the baby squid and the ribeye croissants... everything was delicious. Plus, they were incredibly attentive the entire time. We'll definitely be back.

The menú del día was very good; hearty, rich flavors and a modern twist. The bartender (owner?) was accommodating and service was great. Nice vibes, good food and wine. Luckily I went before they got busy as half the room had tables that were reserved and the other half filled quickly.

Brilliant! went here last night. Staff were really helpful when we asked for vegetarian food. The chef rustled up a real feast. Something called Champi with other various tapas. Really thoughtful. Nice atmosphere and warm welcome. The wine was incredible, I ended up buying a couple of bottles the next day from the local bodega. Thank you.

On an unplanned motorcycle trip, we arrived in Toro, a town we found utterly charming. Without having planned a place to eat, we ventured to try a few restaurants until we arrived at La Tinta, located in the Plaza Mayor. We really liked the place, with its beautiful presentation and clean, welcoming atmosphere. The location in the Plaza Mayor was perfect, especially at nightfall, when the lights gave it an even more spectacular touch. We ordered a local white wine, which turned out to be a great choice with a distinctive and refreshing flavor. As for the food, we chose local croquettes (suckling pig and oxtail), Moorish kebabs, and mushrooms. The croquettes were delicious, with a crispy exterior and a robust flavor inside. The Moorish kebabs were good, tender, and flavorful, though nothing particularly outstanding. But the mushrooms, which seemed to be the house specialty, were exceptional, with an intense and rich flavor, somewhere between spicy and smoky. The service was good, attending to our needs promptly and efficiently. Overall, we had a very pleasant evening at La Tinta, with delicious food and a lovely atmosphere.

We went for dinner. We ordered patatas bravas, croquettes (BIG MISTAKE), baby squid, and lizardfish. Everything was fairly decent. However, the croquettes and the service were a disgrace. The first time they brought them, when I picked one up and cut into it, it was FROZEN. I took another one just in case it was a one-off, and it was frozen too. I told the waitress, who then took the plate away and replaced it (which I appreciated). A little while later, she came back and told me, "They told me in the kitchen that they weren't frozen, that they were just cold." I also work in customer service, and I know how difficult it is when these things happen, but with all due respect, I have to point out that this was a very unpleasant thing to do. For me, as a customer, to tell you that they were frozen (which isn't a big deal because it can happen to anyone and it happens in the best places), and for the waitress to come and argue with me about it, is very disagreeable. The second time they brought me the croquettes, they were hollow inside and had a "strange" taste, but what else can you say after such an unpleasant experience? I regret not taking a picture of the first croquettes to show that they were a frozen lump, I don't care if it was frozen solid. I won't be ordering from them again after such a bad experience. I've attached a photo of the second "hollow" croquettes.
