This is a newer fresh boba tea store in the large Home Depot shopping center. They have tons of choices from the standards to unique special drinks they will be on for a limited time and then change. Service here is always friendly and the drinks come up pretty fast. There are a few stools to sit on and a small bay. This is a good option to grab a boba while you shop shop shop.. it is located on the south side of the shopping center near the HD nursery.

Wow idk what the soft opening people had to complain about but everything went super smooth for the grand opening and everything was amazing! We took advantage and ordered extra drinks to try as well. Sweetness was perfect, flavor was impeccable. The best part is so many vegan friendly options!! Would definitely come here again.

Went today for the Grand opening. The staff was extremely friendly and the drinks were awesome. They were crafted so nicely they were almost too nice to drink. Heard about this milk tea/boba spot opening up and gave it a try today. As I walked in I saw one of the servers placing an order in a bag and asked about the Dragon Slayer drink because it immediately caught my eye with the purple, white, and orange colors. I asked the server what drink that was and ended up ordering it. I got mine with egg custard instead of the boba. It is served like a smoothie blend of coconut milk, dragon fruit, and bits of mango. I'm glad I got this one for starters because it was delicious and quite refreshing. All their drinks here have a unique fusion of flavors and blends than your typical milk tea/boba drink joints. Place is clean, organized, and they have helpful, friendly service. Will definitely be back to get more items on their menu.

OMGeee! Krack Boba is precisely what I need in my life! I’m so happy that I found a new Boba spot located very close to me. I’ve been putting it out into the universe that I was desperate for a new boba place close to home, and the Boba spirits delivered! I love love what Krack Boba is all about. It is more than just drinks; it’s really about unleashing your authentic self and becoming the ruler that you are. Having one of their delicious drinks will give you that boost you need to be the best you, and honestly, I felt it. The drink that I had was the Krak Signature Milk Tea with pink boba! Yes, you heard correctly, PINK Boba! That drink was exactly what I needed. It made me smack my lips together and say Yaaayysss! The pink boba, for me, is a game-changer for sure! It definitely has a different texture than your regular Boba, but it’s something different, which I’m all about; trying new things, trying different things, and Krak Boba gave me that opportunity to be different and not be basic. Hubby got a coffee which he enjoyed, and my daughter got her mango smoothie which she very much appreciated. I am excited to have Krak Boba nearby, and I will definitely be coming back. I am looking forward to trying all of their specialty drinks. The staff they’re very friendly and very hip. I got good vibes, and it just makes me want to continue to go there, so thank you Krak Boba, for a great experience, and I look forward to coming back to release my inner dragon.

KRAK Boba is one of the best boba place that I have been to!!!!!!! Their sweetness level is on point and colors are beautiful! Boba place is not just for its taste but it’s vibe too. Super chillaxing and dope interior design really welcomes you to drink their beverage and chill :) Let’s gooooooooo

This place is so good! Lots of frozen milk tea flavors and delicious boba. I’m glad I found it & will definitely coming by frequently throughout the summer for a sweet, cold treat. Not ideal for studying, no bathroom, they do have Wi-Fi, though & a bar, so if that works for you, you’re in business—some chairs outside with small tables. A great place to grab something nice & go, or hang out for a bit if you catch it uncrowded. They’re so good, though—they tend to be busy. Looking forward to trying more of the menu.

Went during grand opening, 50% off. There was a long line, but the staff was very fast and efficient, and the boba was amazing, worth the wait. The king brulee is #1 choice for a reason. I would definitely go back to try different boba flavors.

I have to say I haven't been here in a few years because it was really pricey for mediocre milk tea. A couple days ago I received a birthday promo email so I decided to use the $4 off and give them another try. So glad I did! I ordered their Thai tea and wasn't disappointed. Thank you bobaHi! I also have to tell you about the pickup experience which was comical. They have a separate window for pickup, but they have a privacy glass that prevents you from being seen and prevents the cashier from seeing you. So I walked to the order window - no one there - walked back to the pickup window - no one there. This happened again, back and forth, finally they just asked me if I was picking up. It was hilarious! Wondering how many times this has happened.

This is a boba tea shop with quite a large choice of teas and juices with lots of toppings. Service is quite friendly and helpful. I tried their banana milk tea and it reminded me of banana milk from Korea. It’s a decent place for your flavorful tea and juice drinks.

Boba was excellent but service was not the greatest. I am a regular customer and regularly get a pickup order. Placed an order after a 12 hr shift and said it would be ready at 8:45pm. Arrived at 8:30pm and they said they never received the order. Called the owner and owner said I needed to contact door dash because we cannot make an order even though I showed them my receipt. They received my order 10 minutes later after they made me feel like a liar and wouldn't make my order. For the owner, they should have honored my receipt with the order number. The cashier should have taken a photo of my order number so they have evidence of the order. The customer should be right always. Unfortunately, the service is why I will not be returning. I am a boba fanatic and this was literally in the same plaza as my work but now I need to find another place.

It’s very high price. And sometimes the topping tasted weird like an old topping, sour taste on lychee jelly. They may need to keep all topping fresh and checked before start using it

The music is so loud (as it is with all boba places.) First visit was fine. Second time, the cashier misheard my order. This is a common mistake so I wasn't upset. I calmly told them the order was wrong. Cashier remade the order but not without throwing a tantrum, making loud noises (louder than the music) to let the whole store know how angry they were. Slamming the fridge, throwing utensils in the sink. Very unprofessional. I guess this is what you'll get now with $7 drinks.
