FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! The food was good and both manager James and Rosa, plus their Thurs 7-10pm staff were great !!!!!! James was so accommodating and helpful during our phone call, and when it came to the dinner night, Rosa was on it !!!! Definitely the best chili’s service we’ve ever experienced (CARSON CHILIS COULD NEVVVUURRRR).

Went for the QP 🍔 Burger. Service was outstanding, server Favi was attentive, checking on us frequently to see if we needed anything. QP Burger was Delicious and was as advertised. Food brought out in timely manner. Burger and Fries 🍟 hot. Enjoyed visit to Store #315, Torrance.

Ive been to this chilis many times and have never had an issue. We recently went on friday night and the wait was about 10min. Food is great, we did have to wait a good amount for the food to arrive but that is expected with how busy it is. I got the new smash burger that is part of the 3 for me menu. That one is $10.99 and my daughter got mac and cheese. One thing I will note is the fries tend to be different serving most of the time. Not sure If it is me but I never get the same amount. Overall its a great place, not too expensive since the total for those 2 meals came out to $19 before tip. The staff is nice and quick withasking if we need anything.

I arrived at a busy time i quickly added our names to the waiting list ad my husband found parking because theres never any parking, as soon as we walked back in we were called in to be seated so basically no wait at all. We were attended really quickly food was good and staff was attentively checking in. Came for the Wicked theme $6 Margaritas and they were delicious💖✨💚

I got the tortilla soup because urban barn took it off of their menu. What i didn't know was your soup had cheese in it. I return the soup and you staff was so helpful with making me a new order. Parking is a little tough but worth the wait. Restaurant is very clean and everyone seems to enjoy their job.

The margaritas of the month was called witches brew, while sweet it was tangy and they give a cute witches broom stir stick to take home. The triple dipper was yummy. Service was pretty good for a busy night. Remember coming here in the early 90's for the chicken crispers, fries and corn.

We always come for the Texas cheese fries, artichoke dip and boneless wings during happy hour.

Our server Jeremy definitely made our visit great. The food was unfortunately not great. Our order of Texas loaded fries came our luke warm on the fries. My steak & shrimp fajitas were the saving grace as all the food was hot and tasty. My girlfriends swiss mushroom burger was a let down as the burger patty was cold but the bun and fries were perfect. Mystery there. Our drinks were constantly topped off and replaced thanks to Jeremy. Hopefully we will pass again with better food on our next visit.

We went to celebrate Veteran's day and take advantage of the free entree for military personnel. The restaurant was packed. We had the half rack if ribs dinner and the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla meal from the Veteran's special menu.

Visited 7/25 around 1p. It wasnt really busy. There were 2 ppl in my party. We were seated immediately. The server came and took our beverage order. For the appetizer i order chips and salsa. This is where the problem was, the salsa cup appeared to have something other tham salsa on it. I examine it firther and it was something pinkish and sticky. Clearly not salsa. I was very hesitant to tell the server because our food was not out. So i waited until our meals were brought out. The manager was walking but greeting the guest and i nentioned ut to her. She offered to replace it but it was too ate our food was there. This is cross containmenation. There are people who have allergic reatiction to different foods. Luckily we were not affected however had I been with another guest, if it was strawberry it would have been a medical situation. I recommend the staff pay closer details and the clean ones of the dishes.

I didn't came here to eat, but appy for a job in the kitchen, got an interview, and they offer me a three days job, got a message telling me they will sent me some paper work, they never did, when back to the place to let them knowing I was waiting for the following instructions, they never contact me again..The lack of care and some kind of respect is necessary when you are dealing with someone that is looking for a job. Patrons for over 8 years.Place is now dirty. Bartender moved us away. Female manager was no help.un organized. Utensils were not washed. Our drinks had food particles, or something in them. Most likely not washed properly.We still have 200.00 in gift cards our family have given us . We will not go back. Stay away. Saw the waiter go behind the bar and made our bar drinks. I thought you needed a bartender licence to serve?. Wow.
