One of our favorites when kids want some noodles 🍜 😋.. is usually crowded and there is always long lines, so take your time and enjoy your own and unique dish!

Mongolian BBQ – Fast, Fresh, and Satisfying This place is great for a quick, healthy meal. You build your own bowl by picking your veggies, protein, and sauces, and they cook it right in front of you. Everything is served hot and fresh—perfect comfort food when you’re craving something tasty but not greasy. Fast service, good portions, and a fun experience every time!
Why the low ratings? Food tastes good. One of the few Mongolian BBQ that doesn't taste dry because they pour in broth when cooking. Large portion if you know how to build the bowl. Staffs are friendly. Although not as cheap as a few years ago, $16.99 ain't bad in 2025.

An interesting restaurant. You choose food and make your bowl. Then staff adds source, garlic, spicy oil and noodle and then fries them on heated plate. You can enjoy watching they cooking. For us, Japanese, one bowl is enough much for two of us. And that tastes good.
Great food and food portion was great! It tasted really good. Chefs are really great at their jobs. They also add extra sauces with I really liked. Will definitely go back there. It gets really crowded since it’s inside the mall.

Self serve, great food. I don't know why a lot of people are complaining about the service. It's literally located in a mall food court, the service of course is not going to be outstanding 100 stars. It's just pay for your food and move through the line. I always order the bowl and layer it with a lot of veggies. The food turns out spectacular, filled with flavor. Overall, a great option and to me, the only option whenever I visit the mall.

I haven’t had Mongolian Wok in ages and decided to come for lunch today. I saw someone who packed their meat down in the bowl with a napkin, so I did the same to get more food in, lol. Having tried a lot of the food at the food court, I would say this is probably one of the best-tasting options. I like the variety and the food seems fresh. But although I asked for no spice, the food still had a kick because it was cooked on the same griddle that many people had spicy food on. This unfortunately made my meal too spicy to share with my toddler, so she only got a soft pretzel for lunch. :( The prices are a bit high, but you get a lot of food, so next time I will probably share a meal with my dad instead of both of us having leftovers. It’s a bit salty, too…. But that’s kinda on par with restaurant food.
Food is great but the cashiers always seem to be so unhappy. Also, charging a different/lesser price for cash payment shouldn't be a thing anymore.
Interesting concept but poor execution. Beef (one of four choices) was chewy and flavorless. Noodle and veggies were ok. Soup was very good.

Food is tasty and comes in great portion. They used to charge a little extra for soda refills, but they stopped offering that and you have to pay for another one. They put a blue line on the floor and everyone is supposed to stand beyond the line. A lot of customers don’t brother to follow the guidance and you can literally see their fingers almost touching the food, it’s disgusting! The employees are too busy to reinforce the rule.

Food is Good but they are extremely greedy, the staff are instructed by owner to fill hot sauce 25% it’s ridiculous and a waste of time for the workers and waste of plastic containers

Food was great but they always get the mobile orders wrong. I ordered 2 plates for delivery, I was charged for 2 plates but only received 1.
Worst Mongolian grill I have ever been to. You choose the meat and veggies, but the staff picks the flavor. Do not judge other Mongolian grills by this dump.

Dry tasteless noodles and meat for almost $20 a plate?? Waste of money. The long line misled me into thinking it was going to be good. It’s also very unsanitary to give everyone one prong to dig into every topping instead of separate prongs for each topping. Will never return. Lastly, the cashier should be able to speak English. I had a simple question (what’s the most popular meat item) and he literally couldn’t understand what I was asking.
This place has no shortage of customers (there’s often a long line), yet they’ve decided to start charging 0.11 cents for a plastic bag for to-go orders and leftovers. I understand moving the plastic bags behind the counter so people don’t use more than they need, but it was very frustrating to spend nearly $60 on lunch for 3 people and then get told at the end that I need to pay 11 cents for a plastic bag. Who even carries coins anymore? I stood there stunned, and thought maybe they just charge for non-customers, but they didn’t seem to care when I told them I ate there. I hope the 11 cents is worth creating a negative customer experience.
Be careful !! Here, hot food is still served in Styrofoam containers, which are carcinogens. California is very strict about the environment, but it is difficult to understand that there are restaurants like this that still use Styrofoam containers, which are a carcinogen. You must be careful when putting hot food in a Styrofoam container because you can ingest the food and harmful substances together. I don't want to get cancer, so I never go to restaurants that use Styrofoam containers for hot food. Q:In California, is it okay for restaurants to serve hot food in Styrofoam containers? ChatGPT answer: As of my last update in January 2022, California has regulations restricting the use of Styrofoam containers due to environmental concerns. Restaurants are generally not allowed to serve hot food in Styrofoam containers. However, regulations can change, so it's best to check the current laws or guidelines to be sure.
They cashier is so unprofessional, she’s rude and has an attitude. The cashier name is Amber. I had asked her for more hot sauce and and she said it’s 2 per bowl and then I told her we order 5 bowls and only gave us 6 and then proceeded to same thing that’s only 2 per bowl, then she tells me well we are out of hot sauce. So are you guys out or only 2 per bowl, you can tell the restaurant is greedy. You can tell she doesn’t know how to add. And I requested to talk to the manger which she respond back to me that he/she is on break. They just lost 5 customers. I remember this restaurant was the best in the mall now it’s bad.

I would give this place no star! DO NOT EAT HERE!! I got food poisoning/flu from this place within 45 mins of eating here. Save your body the pain! I was skeptical about eating here once I saw the meat, because it looked as if it were freeze dried, but I gave it a chance since everyone seemed to be drawn to this place. The staff were rude as others commented. The noodles I could do without as it took away from the flavor of the food. I wish I would’ve followed my gut feeling starting with the look of the meat which looked improperly stored. After the chicken was cooked it looked brownish yellow and glad I didn’t get it. The carrots looked fresh, but tastes as if they were stored wrong in the freezer. It was a good portion size for 4 people to eat and good to the eyes for the moment, but not the stomach. Now I’m suffering from it! Not safe especially during the time we’re in!!
First off I almost never do yelp reviews but this experience was so bad that I had to leave a review… also if I could leave 0 stars I would…I have been coming here for over 20 years and this place has really gone downhill, the food doesn’t taste like it used to and the customer service is absolutely absurd! The Cashier “Jasmine” dark hair, tattoos on arms, hands was very very rude. First off how are you guys gonna charge .10 a bag when the bowls alone are already 20 bucks now… also when I asked for a water for my 3 year old… she said “they don’t have any more and she doesn’t feel like making any more?!” What an incredibly rude thing to say to a paying customer. Pretty sure it is against California regulations to refuse water to someone and especially a customer. I urge management to realize how Their restaurant is being run… also I told the guy “light noodles” and this is what I got…terrible experience, me and my family of 5 will never be coming back here.
