My pizzas came out perfect, the lady that took my order was not rude very polite and I was able to order in person! I think this Pizza Hut is doing great.

An absolute gem of a worker let my party in when the store was open for pick up only and was very kind (with absolutely no resentment) and told our party to order online, but let us wait in the warmth of the restaurant. He went the extra mile and came out to give us plates after we left with our pizza. This experience really makes you reflect on the kindness of people, and this entire order was very pleasant.

The employees that made my order went above and beyond. They made my order exactly as I ordered it. The bonus was that the pizzas tasted fantastic, so delicious, soft, thick, and with the perfect amount of sauce and toppings. It was the pizza I have been looking for, that I couldn't find anywhere else.

I have used this Pizza Hut frequently for the last three years and they have always been great. Food is always delivered fresh and hot, delivery is fast and easy, delivery person is always polite and prompt. The person taking the phone order is always friendly and well-trained. They never get my order wrong. This is a great place to get your food from. No complaints at all!!

Let’s get technical the pizza is good but the presentation when you open the box the pizza is all over the place the toppings weren’t even spaced out to give even portions per slice and Way too much marinara not enough cheese in my opinion other than that when we visited this location first impression it was a nice open space I loved the arcade and the dining room area seems semi-clean and we were greeted once we came in but again with the pizzas being experienced making the pizza it’s all about the quality of the pizza and the presentation from what I know and it was not presented nicely and they can work on how they portion things out and how they leave the toppings so it’s evenly placed per slice oh and PS the crust was still a bit undercooked and I had to put it in the oven

I had to place an order on the app. When the order was finally ready, I asked for a few plates for my family, it was met with attitude. I don’t know why this lady was so mad. Also got incorrect change for a soda order then looked annoyed when I told her the change she gave me was wrong.

Is there a hidden option where they actually put extra pepperoni when asked? I feel the last few times I ordered, only one pepperoni pizza has actual extra pepperoni. Am I not tipping enough on top of the service fee and tax? I'll be your best customer if you treat me right, let's work together here please. All I want is extra pepperoni when I ask for it. I don't know if it's management, but to anyone who holds back that pepperoni we love so dear - I hope your check engine light starts flashing.

Great food , I’m not sure if I got the same rude lady as everyone else, but I definitely had a very bitter lady helping. As I went to order I mentioned the deal I saw on an ad for 19.99 pizza and wings. She said that’s online only. I am so irritated. We purchased three small pizzas a 16-piece boneless wing and three sodas and it came up to over $70 and I left them in an $8 tip. We asked for a to go cup and they want to charge us. The food doesn't taste that great for the money we paid the pizza was too crispy and I paid for my soda for nothing because I can't finish it. I do not recommend this Pizza Hut in Gardena. On top of all that they have bad service, the cashier was not friendly and neither was the lady that came out and told us that we have to pay for a cup. SMH what a waste of damn money 🤬🤬🤬

WOW! We just got told off by the manager Karina who also locked us out of the restaurant when we came back in to take a photo! SMH. They were so rude before we could even approach the counter, the cashier shouted, "We are closed for DINE IN!". Then when I asked why there was no sign, nor did it state that the dining room closes at 9p, I asked if they could accommodate us since we drove so far. She agreed but then she over charged us for everything we ordered saying those were fine in prices and she shouted if you want the regular price you can get it and go she was so rude. I have never been treated so poorly . It was late and the kids were hungry but we decided to take our business elsewhere because we were afraid to get , "The Special".

If I would’ve known Pizza Hut discontinued the ultimate cheesy crust pizza , I would've went to the location on Rosecrans and Normandie.Stuffed crust is not the same thing but that’s what they gave me without notifying me.They could’ve at least put the butter garlic on the crust like I requested. The slices weren’t cut evenly at all and they were also skimpy with the cheese and chicken .wont ever come back to this location.

I'm real sorry but my pizza was absolutely nasty, dry, cheese was not melted and I'm not coming back. Pizza hut on carson st is better their crust is nice and crispy the sauce is perfect and it's just a good combination 👌🏾 of melted cheese,crispy crust,thick bread and the perfect sauce. I'm sorry but something was not the same here.

I had mention to her that there was no soap in the restroom. She never went to check or replenish soap so we could eat with clean hands. I approached the counter and she totally ignored me. I have to raise my voice to get her attention. 16 wing didn't come with ranch. Not a problem but her response was so rude and uncalled for. We ordered on the app. She would not give me 8 plates to serve my family. Her excuse was that we didn't pay the dine in fee so she only gave me 5 plates. The pizza was undercooked and super soft. Please remove or retrain this lady.

This Pizza Hut Sucks & that's so sad because it's close to my house! I ordered a Super Supreme the 1st time they didn't cut it into squares so I had them make it over. 2nd time they left so many topping off bell peppers, Olives, mushrooms, ex cheese & ex sauce Damn near the whole pizza I WON'T BE COMING TO LOCATION EVERY AGAIN

I hope this location closes. Nothing but stale, old and reused pizza.

Today I came and an employee by the name Jose told me that we couldn’t eat the pizzas here inside even though we ordered here unless I wanted to pay $19.99 for each one medium one topping pizza. That’s double the price. I was here 2 weeks ago and the employee here had no problem letting us eat here even though I ordered online. This is terrible customer service. How can you deny paying customers to eat here when there is a huge dining area which by the way was empty. Now I know why! Ok

I'm real sorry but my pizza was absolutely nasty, dry, cheese was not melted and I'm not coming back. Pizza hut on carson st is better their crust is nice and crispy the sauce is perfect and it's just a good combination 👌🏾 of melted cheese,crispy crust,thick bread and the perfect sauce. I'm sorry but something was not the same here.
