Uno de los mejores restaurantes de la Costa Brava para tapear. Desde luego que si vienes a Tossa te recomiendo este bar. Tapas exquisitas y a buen precio comparado con el resto de restaurantes de la zona. El personal súper amable y muy atento. Sin duda restaurante recomendable.

Que gran sorpresa, local con mucho encanto, trato sosegado, ágil y muy profesional. La comida excelente, la relación calidad/precio es imbatible. Comida casera y sincera, muy rico todo. Hemos comido chorizo a la sidra, pan con alioli y pan con tumaca, los dos muy ricos. También patatas asadas con alioli, las patatas estaban perfectas. Una ensalada tipo "griega" , con 🍅, queso feta, pepino y aceitunas kalamata...muy rica, el tomate espléndido. La sepia súper tierna y sabrosa, genial. Las albóndigas estaban de campeonato, la salsa brutal. Y para terminar unas alcachofas con gorgonzola...estaban realmente buenas 🤗. A pesar del llenado hemos pedido dos postres, crema catalana y requeson con miel. Los dos fantásticos y caseros, la miel muy buena. En definitiva un local con no mucho sitio, En el que cuesta encontrar mesa si no vas pronto....o tarde. No reservan mesas. El entorno, el trato y la comida hacen que la visita sea más que recomendable, para repetir una y otra vez.

A business where you can feel that they do it here with heart. Really helpful service, smiling and paella and seafood a delicacy. Excellent desserts. the most I would like to highlight the bald waiter (sorry but unfortunately they don't have names on the shirts) who took amazing care of us with an above standard attitude, he is a man in his place who makes the business card of the business. We were so hungry! Looking for any place to eat. We were so happy we diced to go to Can Carlus! The kids loved their food and mines was tasty too. They have children's menu and lots to choose for grown ups. Set menus for anyone who's very hungry or wants to share. We got seated almost straight away - they were so busy 😳 My salmon was a bit underdone but sorted very quickly. Sangria was very nice and desserts too. Good quality food and didn't pay that much as I expected to pay. Mucho gracias !

We visit this restaurant every time we visit tossa, we are always made to feel welcome, even after not going for 4 years due to covid and other things the staff still remember us, only my son in law eats fish but there is always something for the non fish eaters. Keep up the good work.

Walking around in Tossa on a Sunday afternoon, good to see Can Carlus was opened, so might as well give it a try. I was very content with this unexpected choice, the food was fresh and flavourful, the services was good, and can see more customers coming in while I eat, which is saying something about this place. I will recommend this restaurant if you are in town and looking for some fresh seafood!

What a fantastic experience. Excellent staff, great service, beautifully succulent steak and delicious pizzas. The location at the beach is superb. I cannot fault this restaurant at all. It was a great ending to our holiday. Highly recommended.

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to! When you visit Tossa you definetely should stop by Can Carlus and check the local cuisin. I loved absolutely everything - ok maybe meals could be a little bit smaller. After one you are sooo full it is hard to eat something more. And you will love to eat more, cause it tastes like heaven!

Una de las mejores opciones para comer en Tossa, siempre para lleno. Llegamos a las 9pm y nos dieron como tiempo de espera 15 a 20 minutos, pero fueron 45 finalmente. Apartando eso y que teníamos mucha hambre, la experiencia fue satisfactoria. Las raciones no son abundantes pero es lo justo y necesario para quedarse muy bien, pedimos sepia, calamares fritos, etc y todo muy bien. El servicio a pesar del mal cálculo del tiempo también bien, en especial del señor que da el pase a las mesas y nos atendió. Seguro que repetimos pero preguntaremos bien por el tiempo de espera.

Bar pequeño y acogedor. Con una bella terraza donde comer es muy agradable. La comida casera y muy buena. La atención muy amable y familiar. Fue una comida de 10 y en un entorno extraordinario dentro del Castillo de Tossa de Mar.

Lugar muy recomendable para cenar en Tossa. Se encuentra dentro de la ciudad amurallada. Lugar muy lindo y muy buena atención. Eramos 2 y comimos unas bravas, unos calamares fritos, sepia a la plancha y gambas al ajillo. La comida estuvo muy buena, pero lo mejor fue la crema catalana de postre. Muy recomendable! He puesto 4 estrellas porque me ha parecido un poco caro.

Fuimos sin reservas y tardamos bastante en sentarnos, el sitio suele estar bastante concurrido. La comida estaba buena, pedimos ensalada de tomate con queso feta, calamares a la andaluza, patatas con alioli y gambas al ajillo. Todo estaba muy bueno, si que hay que destacar que las raciones sin pequeñas, pero van acorde con el precio que tienen. Los camareros fueron muy amables y atentos

I shared paella with pasta instead of rice. Can't remember the name, but it was really good. Pretty place not right in the middle of things. Service was really good. seafood is the specialty.

Pedimos 4 tapas para cenar y estuvo correcto (la sepia demasiado hecha para nuestro gusto). El sitio es bonito y con encanto, pero nos picaron muchos mosquitos lo que nos hizo disfrutar algo menos la cena. La atención buena.

Comimos bastante bien, y fueron súper rápidos en sentarnos. Más teniendo en cuenta que no reservan. Aunque hay que reconocer que es más el entorno de comer "intramuros". El único pero es que tendrían la cocina a tope y lo que pedimos, la mayoría raciones y tapas, vino muy secuencial. Me refiero a primero uno y cuando ya se había acabado, otro plato. Hubiera estado mejor que vinieran de dos en dos. Y las anchoas, que decía de La Escala, sabían poco. Pero es un sitio al que merece la pena volver.

Recientemente tuvimos la oportunidad de visitar el restaurante La Lluna en Tossa de Mar y quedamos contentos. Lo que realmente nos cautivó fue la ubicación y decoración del restaurante. La comida casera era buena y el servicio también. Sin embargo, una pequeña observación que hicimos es que los precios no siempre se correspondían con el tamaño de las raciones. A pesar del detalle de los precios, en general, La Lluna es un lugar que definitivamente recomendaría para cenar si no tienes mucha hambre y te apetece picotear algo.

Our friends recommended us this place. But we didn't have a nice experience. It was almost empty when we came but the service was totally inattentive. No explanation of the menu no wines suggestions. Well communication next to zero. The food was too oily. The grilled seafood platter was tasting like fried and very dry. We left most of it. Don't even bother to order children's menu. Unacceptably bad pasta with the sous from the jar.

Decent food and service. Good selection of paellas and they do orders for 1 as opposed to the minimum of 2 at other places. What was a bit annoying was I was placed right in front of a fan with sprinklers and was splashed wet the whole time, which they refused to deal with.

Such a spectacularly beautiful location, we were so looking forward to a similarly spectacular dinner. Not what happened. Waiter forgot both our starters and our bread - he did apologize afterwards…

For a 35 euro menu in Cim i Tomba you get 3 small pieces of fish and 1 thinly sliced potato. It feels like a joke, not a main course. We wanted to enjoy it, but got mediocre food and small portions. For this price you can definitely find something better in this city and with a sea view. I do not recommend it.

The price for the menu was to expensive for the food you got... The entrance (mejillones a la marinera) wasn't tasty at all and was served cold, the second dish (paella) was OK, but nothing special. No drink included in the menu. The service could also improve. There are better restaurants in Tossa de Mar!! I've been to this restaurant 8 years ago, it was still a small restaurant, but at this time they had great food and service. It was also expensive, but it was worth the money. Now they have expanded the restaurant and they took the place of 2 other restaurants, so less competition and the quality of the food and service went unfortunately down!

Started the dinner with an offered portion of bagged chips destroyed by humidity. First of all, I would suggest to never serve bagged chips in a fish restaurant as appetizers, it's quite sad. The menu is a bible. Way too long, bad graphic and bad font. It needs a redo. Waiters are kind and professional. Paella was salty, lacked ingredients and any real depth of flavour. Prices are low but I will never compromise again if it means that the quality is this, I prefer to reach deeper into my pockets. However, I am under the impression that the amount of money I spent was not the problem here. Thumbs down.

So we had a booking at this restaurant for 3pm. We had to wait for 2 hours to get our food. They were not bothered. They had a number of excuses for not serving us food fast. This is how it is was one answer. Secondly they said they had only three chefs and a lot of orders. We saw people who came after us got their food. Next one was why don’t you’ll have another bottle of wine … it’s the best wine here …. Is what she said. Like as though she was giving it to us for free. 🙄
