Been here a few times for mobile pick up orders. Our food is always ready and always tastes great. Better than some other locations. Staff has always been friendly so no complaints.
Consistently good, high quality food. The outdoor seating is a nice touch. The service is usually good. Good place to get a quick meal.
Food is solid and so are the people. However music is too loud.. We usually eat outside. Great value. Always have the burrito bowl with sofritas.. It's seasoned tofu. Rice beans salsa corn. Great. It feels 2 people
It can be a hit or miss. I get leary because I've seen workers toss spilled ingredients on serving counter back into serving container or the guacamole it dark at bottom and bright on top when getting a side of guacamole n chips🤔
Never had it until my wife wanted to eat there. It's a pretty good little spot. Steak is good. But I'm not into all those little sides like the rice and beans and all that. Not my kind of thing. Plus they're pretty skimpy on the meat. The meat is tasty just wish they put more. The parking situation is not the greatest either. But it's alright.
I had an online order for two beef bowl with one missing lettuce and pinto bean and the other one with 3/4 of regular portion and missing lettuce and fajita veggies. Half of my side of guacamole was unsmashed avocado that tasted like rock. Complained online and customer service only offer two cups of drinks...There was no way to have alternative offer.
I've ordered delivery through their app multiple times and for they most part they have given me what I've ordered but the past several times they outright do no.give me all of my items or make my food properly. The past 2 times I ordered a bowl with a large chips and queso and a side of guacamole but they only give me the bowl and two bags of chips and leave out the queso and guacamole. Why am I paying $40 for food when they can't be bothered to give me the food I ordered??? Don't buy from here it's a waste
This is my second experience with drastically under-served portions at Chipotle (the first was in Modesto), and while the food quality remains good, the issue of serving quantity borders on deceitful, especially when dealing with younger customers. When you charge for a full bowl, the expectation is simple: you deliver a full bowl. On multiple occasions, the bowls served were conspicuously less than 50% filled—a practice that is unacceptable given the price point. Today, after months had passed since my first disappointment, I witnessed the same stinginess. My daughter has complained about this repeatedly, leading me to finally capture photographic evidence again. This isn't just about a few extra grains of rice; it's about paying for a product and receiving a fraction of what you're owed. I shouldn't have to argue with staff to receive the correct quantity of food I am paying for. But what truly makes this "literally gross" is the perceived attempt to shortchange customers, particularly being mean-spirited toward kids who might be less likely to challenge the serving staff. Chipotle, you need to correct your servicing portions immediately. You are charging for a full experience and delivering a half-measure. This is a lesson in value and integrity: Your good food quality is being overshadowed by a greedy practice. Serve what you charge for, or your customers—and their parents—will take their business elsewhere. Rather asking me to reach you guys out, please implement basic ethical & moral values to your staff and enforce it strictly as I experienced in different locations or place the right policy to quantify for what you charge like what you do it in quality.
We ordered two and the other order that was marked 1/2 was mine and as soon as I got to my 3rd bite I felt that there was something long, longer than the sliced vegetables and as I pulled out the fork out of my mouth I saw a thread of a hair, too bad I didn’t have a copy of the photo because my husband sent the photo directly to the Doordash app and reported it. And few mins later, my husband found another hair on his and that’s on the attached picture here. We didn’t mind dining in there sometimes when the lobby isn’t clean but ordering our food from Doordash app and finding out that there was hair in our food is absolutely disgusting. Seeing them working without hairnets, creates more quality and safety issues. What a night.
Horribly managed. It's dinner 5:15 pm and there's a line to the door with 1 person helping make everything plus ring up customers. GET A CLUE! 11 people in line with ONE employee. Ridiculously managed location. Poor poor service!! Kid working doing the best he can all by him self! This location is horrible already: serving not cooked crunchy rice habitually. now add the lack urgency or properly scheduling of employees and it's just nothing but garbage. Can't wait until mtn house opens so I never come back to this location again!
Although the employees are nice (for the most part), this location is consistently bad in terms of the food. Today 8/16/2025, I ordered a Chicken bowl, but whoever made the chicken today should not be cooking. The chicken was way too salty and overcooked, very dry. Maybe they need to retrain their employees because this is not the first time I’ve had overcooked dry meat at this location. The Chipotle in Lathrop is a lot better.
One day ago I went to this location and the staffs were not friendly at all . Most of the food was not available in the menu. The counter was not clean at all . The burrito size was too small for the price they charge me . I recommend don’t go to this place after 9:45 pm because everything is mess and not worthy it . Thank you
I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this Tracy location was disappointing. I ordered both a bowl and a burrito with extra toppings, but the portions were noticeably small—especially for the price. If I’m paying extra, I expect the servings to reflect that. Chipotle used to be generous, but this location needs to step it up and be more consistent.
Unfortunately it’s very bad I found hair in my food the lady that preparing the food didn’t take it seriously to get her hair a way and she was working like crazy not taking the consideration of people health that cousing falling hair in the food.i think management should take that matter in the right white , people trust your business . my visit was on 07/29 8:30PM
Incredible!!!! The manager took us out of the store like if we were animals. The man with glasses scouted us out of the restaurant almost pushing us out and pushing my mom who is an elderly. It was hard to believe!!! All of this just because they wanted to close at 10pm. Shame on these group of people running the restaurant. What a shame!!!
