Salad bar is excellent but the pizza was the best, I didn't get that heavy pizza dough taste i normally get from some of the pizza chains. Very light pizza, I walked away feeling like I had a light lunch but was full.

The service was excellent, and the pizza was ready when they said it would be. They opened the box, and what I saw was not a pizza. It was a work of art, like a Monet or a Cezanne.

I love going for the lunch buffet . You cant go wrong with pizza and beer they serve all kind of different pizza dishes very clean inside and they either have the news on or sports on tv.

Shout out to round table for their gluten free option. My sister has celiac disease so is very limited to options and appreciates it very much. Also, food is always on point. Since there are very few places that give that option we order from here a lot , they’ve never messed up so far. Thanks.

It's so good and so many options that we often order two large pizzas and there are only two of us. That way, we have variety and leftovers. Throw your leftovers in the air fryer or convection oven and it's the perfect lunch or snack.

I used to go to the other round table near Jamba Juice and their services are TERRIBLE! This round table has the nicest workers! I recommend going here instead of the other one 100%! Keep up the great work guys!

First time. We just moved here. Round Table pizza is always good. The employees were very nice and made sure we were good. We were. Thumbs up on everything. 😊

Very good value, especially if you go for the lunch buffet. The selection is good, but was notably missing plain cheese. The cinnamon sticks and garlic twists also went fast and were not replenished quickly. The cashier was very nice and friendly and even advised us to just wait for the buffet instead of ordering pizza a la carte. She did not have to do this but is part of the reason I will be coming back.

The service is good; they're pretty friendly and helpful. I think it was the manager or owner or something even went and warmed up some water for me for my daughter's bottle which was really nice. The food was good and didn't feel like they skimped on the toppings or anything. No complaints here.

we had a delivery made an I usually tip pretty well. They usually confirm the amount before taking the money. But this time the delivery person pretty much just handed over the food and receipt and took off. My husband didn’t realize that it was $40 instead of $47. So basically this fool just got himself a $12 tip for just going around the corner.

Pizza is typically very good. Service is lacking and the ordering on the website can be difficult. Placed an order and then could not place for same day pickup and had to call in and order. Didn't .are any sense and they didn't appear to be super busy.

This is my 3rd bad experience at this Round Table, i NEVER leave reviews or ratings but I absolutely had to this time! I ordered a medium pizza which cost $31 and some change might I add, the pizza came at 830ish we reheated in the oven at 9pm. We tried to eat it and the crust was like gum!! As if it was microwaved too long. It was toonlate to order another one so i called this evening after work and asked foe a manager. The manager Glen came on the line and basically told me I should have called the same day and all he would do is offer me a discount on my nezt order😞🤔😒💩💩💩 ha ha ha!! There will not be a next time, i will go to the one on Grantline from now on! I am officially done with Round Table at Maple leaf!! Too many KIDS work there and they have no respect for you or your food! Oh I forgot to mention I got a mild case of food poisoning from last year. Beware!!

Order online approximately at 5:15 to pick up at 5:45. Arrived there, the person at the register said 10-15 minutes. 15 min goes by, they said to wait another 5 minutes. I m very disappointed in the service and how I was treated. It was inappropriate that they tossed the plates and felt rushed to leave. This isn’t the first time I somewhat experienced this but when it’s become an issue every time I visit, it’s not worth it. The employees need to learn how to treat customers and give proper eta times. At least I got my food.

Round Table customer here for a long time. Hubby and I go for dinner want to watch Thursday night football and have some pizza and beer. Despite the $90 price we settled in. Salad bar tasted weird, Maui Zaui made with red sauce instead of Polynesian sauce and not cooked thoroughly. We asked if it could be popped back in the oven and was told no. Asked to watch football, couldn’t be done. Needless to say extremely disappointed.

First time going to Round Table pizza. I downloaded their mobile app to earn rewards and order a pizza to find I cannot do this from the app. The app was 100% useless to me. (Strike 1) It also said I earned a reward of free bread twists to find I cannot redeem it at the store. (Strike 2) Then to pay $40 for a single pepperoni pizza and some wings for carryout, walking out with no reward points or even a coupon to come back. (Strike 3) I will continue my search for pizza in the area.

They delivered us the wrong order and when I called to tell them they missed the order they blamed my daughter who answered the door and told us we would need to drive in and pick up the correct one. If you are wanting round table go to the other one in tracy for good service, this place is a joke. Plus if your the MANAGER, who taught you to always blame the customer first. Real classy to blame my 12 year old daughter.

Placed an order at 4:30 pm for pick up at 5:30 pm. Arrived at 5:30pm and order was not ready. They kept telling me 5 mins every time I went in. It’s now been over an hour since I’ve been waiting and all they say is they have to remake a pizza, I called to speak to the manager and got out on hold for so long. I hung up and called again and got put on hold again. RIDICULOUS. Never again

Ordered online today for the Tracy Blvd. store. Specifically requested “extra” sauce. The pizza was so dry. Don’t you people read the order? Very disappointed. I won’t order online again. Pizza was ordered under the name Patrick at about 3pm.

Ordered online says pickup at 340 pm. I arrive at 340 and am told it will be another 10 min. Not one pizza anywhere in sight being cooked before. Why am I still waiting over 20 min past pick up time. Will not return!!!

Numerous time I call for pizza order they put me on hold. Today after 2 times waiting I hanged up the phone. They need to hire more people it's ridiculous to be put on hold for 6 minutes and still not answer the phone.

Have been a fan of this place but recently I've noticed their quality going down, now recently their customer service is tanking. Just got back from an order and had an coupon for 10 dollars off for cyber Monday, but the cashier just blanked out, said he couldn't do it because he didn't have a QR scanner and just didn't want to get anyone to help even when I asked, so I just had to settle for 5$ off. Very complacent there and honestly don't want to go back.

This place is not good. The air conditioning is set too high that you're sweating while you're eating. The owner doesn't pay the cable bill so the TVs have no entertainment on while you're eating. They don't have tap beer, no kegs. No salad bar. They use the dining room to store pre-folded pizza boxes. I had to count back the correct change to the cashier. This place is clearly being ran on a shoe-string budget.

Ordered online with a delivery time of 5:45 based on family coming over. Order arrived one hour early, so we will end up with cold pizza by the time family arrives. Called and spoke to the manager who informed me that I would need to re-order the pizzas and would have to pay. I was also offered 15% of a future order, which I can find online. Extremely poor service and will never order again. $80 for average pizza and bad customer service is just not worth it. Very disappointed. DON’T CALL!!!

Ordered pizza at 7:34pm for delivery & they stated eta of 8:30pm. Actual time we received pizza was 9:26pm & that was someone ringing bell & leaving pizza in front of the door. I understand employee shortage during pandemic etc but giving inaccurate delivery times by over an hour is ridiculous. Suggest management suggest pickup since they don’t know accurate delivery times themselves. 2nd attempt: hey guess what- I gave you another chance & it’s still same horrible experience! I was told it would be delivered 7:31pm (ordered 6:30pm) and it is now 8:32pm and I have no pizza. This is a joke!!!

Not only is this pizza over priced they now charge for ranch dressing. If you order a 6 piece bread stick and large pizza they will allow you 2 ranch. I'll go to Pizza Guys at least they don't nickle and dime you. Hopefully the money they saved on ranch was worth losing customers.

Managers let their employees deal with customer complaints…. Ranch was watered down, cutting cost should not jeopardize quality in food. Do better please. Thank you.

Ordered 2 personal pans and 1 flat bread pizza. 1st one came 15 min earlier than the others and was the wrong one. Not sure why the other two were 15 min later because they were ordered at the same time. Other two were dry and over cooked. Flat bread was crispy and so dry I had to get more sauce. When I learned the sauce is cold when you ask for it, I used ranch dressing. Wife made dinner when we got home. I won't go back.

I explained to the Round Table employee that I didn’t know how that was possible as we had just ordered pizza from them recently. Tandoori pizza, which is approximately 16 minutes away and Mountain Mike’s pizza, which is approximately 14 minutes away, have both faithfully delivered to our address. It should be noted, we understand that we are a little bit farther away and ALWAYS provide a very generous tip to those that deliver to us. Unfortunately, Round Table has lost a customer and we will be supporting other establishments in the future.
