Avis sur World Coffee House Tracy
This is my favorite coffee spot in Tracy. I love the atmosphere and how cozy it feels. My usual order is their iced caramel macchiato and a bear claw.
I’ve been enjoying coming to this coffee shop for more than 10 years. Their recent renovation has made it feel open and bright. They always have a nice selection of classic pastries as well as packaged ready to go items, unusual flavors of macaroons, ice cream sandwiches and fresh breakfast sandwiches. The espresso is syrupy and delicious. I also enjoy a nice Vietnamese iced coffee on occasion here. They are a staple to the community. Closed on Sundays.
When i came here last week, they were unfortunately closed… but I knew they were gonna be open today, so I decided to stop by and visit once again. The last time I was here was in October, and I had a pleasant experience. This time did not failed to impress once more — in fact, it was even better. Food: 5/5 This afternoon, I got their unsweetened matcha latte with whole milk, and a brioche sandwich with arugula and eggs and avocado. Both looked very appetizing, and were just as pleasant. I could tell that they had made these sandwiches by themselves, because of how runny the egg was. I like how green the Matcha was, and they had used actual Matcha from reliable Japanese sources, instead of the ones bought from stores. The balance of the milk and the Matcha was well-proportioned, and I could see the difference between the two. Service: 5/5 The owners were very friendly as I approach the ordering table, and they were very cordial to answer any questions that I had. Atmosphere: 5/5 They do close early, but I give them props for keeping this coffee shop, very clean and very tidy. It’s also not as polluted, in comparison to other coffee shops throughout Tracy. it’s very spacious, very lighted, and most importantly, very homey and welcoming. I totally come here again … in fact, I would come here many times. I’m doing my part in supporting local businesses, not just throughout Tracy, but also throughout the whole county. Also, doing my part and supporting local businesses that support the good cause, and not buying from cooperations that support the occupation. 🍉
Cute little cafe which is in downtown tracy. Great time to spend weekend morning. Cafe is family owned. Once the orders are placed it takes time. If the weather is pleasant you can sit outside the cafe and enjoy the downtown view and traffic. Their Avocado toast is great.
Okay. I am guilty of only leaving bad reviews of places I dislike 😂 but this place is my safe place. It is such a nice shop, quiet, the atmosphere is comforting, the quality is great, family owned, and the customer service is great so they leave no choice but to give this review. :))) If you are thinking of a nice place to get away this shop is like stepping into a second home you never knew of, a breath of fresh air. It is surrounded by 2 other coffee shops on the same street but this one is by far my favorite. The iced beverages never feel watery (because often times in other shops they do) and the food is always good. It doesn’t feel claustrophobic, or rushed, they put genuine effort into all the drinks and food they put out. It is such a nice place to sit in on a rainy day, or any day for that matter. <3
Nice family run coffee shop. Whenever I am in a different town, I like to go to local coffee houses, not the chains. This place was nice and clean. All of the people that worked there were kind and professional. I ordered 2-esperssos, and theirs is a double. The selection of sandwiches and pastries was amazing. The display was so inviting. I picked a table near a power plug and worked for about an hour. I watched the locals come in and pick what they either pre-ordered or knew what they wanted. Next time I am here, I will come back for coffee and food. Thank you World Coffee House for your hospitality.
Beautiful little Cafe. I got a dirty Chai w/ oatmilk, and I was not disappointed. I also got some food. The Calamansi macaroon was definitely the best. The cookies are kept little too cold so the shell might be hard, but don't let that fool you, they're fresh! Cozy, Big Windows, Lush Plants. I'm definitely going to come back. It's a great location too, lots of cute little shops in short walking distance. My sister got a lemon bar and the Vietnamese iced coffee and loved it so much she wouldn't share. 🥲
Coziest cafe in Tracy. I adore the couple that runs the shop, they’re always very sweet and clearly care a lot about what they do. Their coffee is flavorful and there are many options for flavors! I also highly recommend the avocado toast. Coming here was a lovely way to spend my solo date 💗

Easily my favorite local coffee shop. The vibes are cozy, the space is always spotless, and the staff is consistently kind and patient. The coffee is fantastic—especially the Vietnamese coffee, which is absolutely unmatched. I wish they opened a bit earlier—my husband and I love early coffee dates before work, and we’d choose this place every time if we could. Still, we’ll keep coming back. It’s a true gem!
I love this coffee shop, best in Tracy, maybe best in the 209. The owners are so friendly and they’ve never messed up an order for me. Their drinks and food are delicious and the cafe is super cute. I go here often and every time I have a friend visit Tracy I bring them here too. Wishing everyone here a happy holiday!
I don’t normally leave reviews, but couldn’t help but write this out before I left. By far a hidden gem in Tracy, CA! It’s a mom and pop coffee shop owned by very warm and welcoming auntie and uncle. Ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it was great! They even walked it over to where I sat to make sure I didn’t have to step aside from studying. Pastries look delicious and tons of open seating for if you’re looking to study! Couldn’t recommend it enough! Can’t wait to come back!
Tried to go here but it was closed. When did Tracy get so international? Don't get me wrong, I love it, but when did that happen. I left here in 2002 and it was not like this. No, I like Americana, too. But, I would not have expected the Excelsior here.
Amazing customer service. Initially, they forgot the egg on my avacado toast. Immediately after letting them know, I was made another one and reimbursed for even such a small error with no questions asked. The quality of their egg + avacado toast was great. Would definitely come again. Everyone there was friendly and the aesthetic of the place is really nice and welcoming.
I love seeing the couple that runs this place. They have good prices with good service. It's always quiet and the pastries with my hot green tea is always the best. I love their service and highly recommend for the early hours.
Great place for coffee! Plenty of space. Bright, clean and smelled like a coffee house. I had the hot mocha and it was good! Will try the pastries next time. Will definitely come back more often.

I love this place. The vietnamese coffee iced is delicious, not too sweet and strong. I get it with the salted cold foam to balance it out. I also tried the macadamia latte and that's just as delicious.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but it was a must for this place! The ambience was so amazing!! I ordered a Strawberry Iced Matcha and it was really good! Customer service 10/10 and very speedy too! I absolutely recommend this place!!

I just love Desiree and Alfonso. They are gems! I've known them nearly all my life. Food is excellent and coffee is delicious.

a quaint and low-key family owned coffee shop in downtown Tracy with tasty coffee and sweet treats. while service can be a bit slow, the homey atmosphere and quality make it worth the wait.
Stopped by since I missed my morning fix at the house. I ordered a Hot Chai tea latte and received..Bliss in a cup. The beverage was amazing; The chai was just the right spice for the chilly morning. Even enjoyed it outside. I was very impressed overall. Service was great; Polite, Courteous, and professional. The location itself was also a pleasure to peruse. There were lits of knic-knacs everywhere to see as well as a variety of baked goods, I did not see anything gluten-free, unfortunately. I was hoping to find a Mochinut or something similar.

Been here just a couple of times. Coffee is ok. Customer service is great especially with the young gal at the counter. Place is clean and serene. A good place to hangout, study or just chill.
I was confused why this coffee shop wasn’t busy and the one across the way had a line out the door. Well I understand now. Extremely expensive. $20.96 for two lattes. I added 1 shot in each drink and got oat milk. At first she charged me an additional $1.80, an extra shot and a charge for syrup making my total $22.76 for two lattes. She fixed it but it still seemed high for 2 drinks. Apparently the Macadamia Latte only comes in a 16oz with 2 shots, so when I asked for a large 20oz she added an additional shot for $1, and then my shot that I asked for was another $1. She didn’t want to clarify, instead just saying, “it makes sense to me.” The environment was nice. Very clean and welcoming. They’ve got a good selection of pastries and macrons. I would just be aware of the prices you’re being charged at this shop.
If you're looking for a cozy, inviting coffee shop with a warm ambiance and delicious coffee, look no further than World Coffee House in Tracy, CA! As soon as I walked in, I was struck by the lovely aroma of coffee beans and the quaint atmosphere of the shop. It was the perfect setting for a morning meeting with my company's team. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. I ordered the white chocolate mocha, which was simply divine. It was the perfect balance of sweetness and coffee flavor, and I could taste the high quality of the espresso used. The drink was served piping hot and presented beautifully, which added to the overall experience. The only downside was the cheese croissant. Unfortunately, it was near hollow and lacked the promised cheese filling. This was a bit disappointing, but did not detract from the overall positive experience. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at World Coffee House. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the coffee was simply amazing. While the croissant could have been better, it was still a lovely visit that left me feeling happy and satisfied. I would definitely recommend this coffee shop to anyone in Tracy looking for a great cup of coffee and a charming ambiance.

This place deserves 4 stars for quality. 1 star for service. Speed. Organization. Customer concern. Awareness. Presence. Basically any trait one should have to sling coffee they lack.
