We ordered a 24-cut pizza, 50 wings, and a large onion ring for a total of $99. When our friend went to pick up the order, he was handed just the pizza, asked if that was everything, and the employee said yes. We later realized the wings and onion rings were missing and had to go back to get the rest of the order. This a pretty unusual mistake to make and was inconvenient to have to make a second trip after being told everything was included. As for the food it was okay overall, the pizza and wings were decent. The onion rings however were actually really good and definitely the highlight of the meal. Overall not a terrible experience, but the mix-up with the order was disappointing.

I really loved this place when Jimmy owned it. I want to love it again while Tony is running. It and owning it. But the Pizza is a hit-or-miss. Depending on what day you go I was there last Sunday and got a real good pie cooked on the bottom. Just the way I like it. But other than that, nothing else to complain about customer service has always been well.

Food is good but customer service is not! I ordered a quart of mild buffalo sauce and received not even a half quart then was told they would make it right and it would be delivered right away so I waited and nobody brought my sauce so I lost out on a $40 order for pure carelessness. I normally wouldn’t complain but I order there multiple times a week so to be treated this way is wrong.

I hate to leave a bad review but......I had never had anything from Jimmy's before but living in Troy I was well aware of the stellar reputation. We ordered the "chicken parm" pizza. It is a square pie (no problem). But it was basically a cheese pizza with some breaded chicken thrown on top. The chicken pieces were oily yet hard at the same time. It was over all tasteless. Seriously no flavor. The sauce was bland. There was enough cheese that I should have at least tasted a rich mozzarella flavor, yet again flavorless, perhaps a low quality cheese?. Im so sorry but this was literally the worst pizza I think I have ever had. The service was another story, I phoned in the order and had it delivered and staff were all friendly and courteous. 3 people in my home tasted this pizza. We are throwing it away. So idk. ..was it a bad day? Unsure but won't order again and chance it.

The “Only” Truth

Pizza is way too greasy unfortunately, staff gives mean looks and argues rather than be friendly, the owners are nice and do try but the staff need to step it up, I rather walk across the bridge and up to island eats for their amazing $5 special that can't be beaten and the slices you get for that are huge! Maybe the dine in experience is different, will have to try that in the future for further review possibly

The woman who answered Disgustingly rude We ordered a 24 cut half Buffalo chicken and have cheese the chicken was overcooked to the point where we couldn’t even identify if it was Chicken didn’t taste like buffalo chicken at all & the pizza was $40 my family hated it :(

Very disappointed yet again. We ordered a 6 cut pizza and a dozen wings. We received a tiny 6 cut (just enough to feed my 2 small children) and 12 drumsticks and no wings. The drumsticks were extremely dry to the point we wasted half of them because they couldn’t be chewed. We stopped ordering from Jimmy’s for a few months due to the same problem but decided to give it another try. Big mistake on my part. Do yourself a favor and order from Mick’s in Cohoes.

I have tried to enjoy this a few times now and each time has been a joke. This is the final time I will order, I ordered two 6 cuts and some wings and was told it would be 25 minutes. I arrived to pick it up 30 minutes after placing my order and than spent 40 minutes standing there watching at least 10 other people walk and get their pizzas right away. The amount of time this place has been late on delivery or pick up is nuts, not the mention the amount of times I have gotten pizza not even fully cooked. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from Jimmy's pizza its awful

Given that gold stars have been given as a reward for as long as I remember let me just say "and i cannot stress this enough" that the only reason this place is even getting 1 is because i have to in order to leave a review. With that said this was a horrible experience I had tonight first the person taking my order had a attitude right from the start of my order. That should have been the moment I called another pizza place. Then I get home and the boneless wings are dry and over cooked with no flavor to the sauce. At first i thought they were BBQ instead of mild with how dark they were.the pizza was soggy and was not what I wanted. I'm upset with my self for not being the one to pick it up has I would have said this was not what I ordered. I use to love this place but I won't be back one bad experience is enough for me not to return.

Don’t order the Melba sauce. They charge $1.50 for a tiny half filled ramekin. Originally they asked if we wanted the small or large asked for the large. Received the tiny half filled ramekin and was informed they don’t have sizes even though they send the other sauce in a large dish.

Terrible Experience. Absolutely used to love Jimmy's. Ordered a 10cut Hawaiian pizza arrived cold and the pinapples were SO sour. Called back and was told it'll be another 45minutes and we will take the pie back? Cool. Take it👍🤯
