Ce que disent les clients de Roma Restaurant
Roma Restaurant is a long-standing, family-owned Italian restaurant known for its thin crust pizza and friendly service. Customers rave about the pizza, eggplant parm, and vodka spaghetti. Some find the decor outdated and service occasionally slow, but the food generally outweighs these issues.

Been going to the Roma since the 1960's! Great food and the pizza is thin crust! The staff has always been so friendly!
We love this place for early dinners —- super kid friendly. The calamari is brilliant and so are the zucchini sticks. We usually build our own pizza — amazing overall 100% recommend if you have small kids — they really take care of you there
Best thin crust pizza in Westchester! I've been going to Romas most of my life and they are consistently and reliably delicious. Special shout out for the arugula and goat cheese pizza. Delicious. The food is amazing. Service is good. Recommend for dining in or takeout at home. The parking lot is tight but manageable with more parking on the street.
Fantastic old school, Italian restaurant. Family owned since 1931. Check it and out ask for "Philly." She will take great care of you. Right down the street from my house so I will be visiting often. Definitely get the baked clams. The pasta dishes and chicken parm, and pizza are great as well.
First time in Roma’s and it did hit the spot! Delicious creamy vodka spaghetti, wonderful NY style thin crust pizza (a bit salty tho- was going to give 4 * but the service took it up a notch) excellent eggplant parm. Service was VERY good, the young lady on duty (black framed glasses) was the best. She was working hard! We ordered two pizzas and one was given to another table so she quickly apologized and reordered, in which the 2nd one immediately came out. Salad on point and large enough for 4 people. Parking is on street, always crowded, noisy, old fashioned charming restaurant. Def a return visit!
Let me just say their pizza is amazing. You have to try it, you won’t be disappointed. I also have to mention their meatballs which was delicious. Service is a little slow and the atmosphere is average. Yet the slow service and average atmosphere doesn’t stop all of the diners from patronizing this local establishment.
This place in New York was on the youtube video one bite. The moment we got there, the owners had me laughing. They were so nice and funny....I actually asked if a one point were they comedians. Very friendly atmosphere again, family friend orientated. Food was freaking fantastic. Left with a very full belly and cheeks hurting from so much laughter!!!! To start burrata, oh my goodness, I could have kept eating that all night. I never thought I would eat lasagne out, but oh my gosh, yummy and very big. I forgot to take pics before eating some. And I do not have a pic of the burrata appetizer. Oh , I shared a tiramisu and had a delicious cappuccino!!!! Romas will not disappoint!!!!!!
What a nice find! The hosts were really friendly and kind and when they found out it was our first time they offered us a drink and dessert on the house! The food itself was really good and the pie was very good, nice crust! We had the fried calamari and zucchini too. The atmosphere was retro but it works, retro and cozy!
Highly, highly recommend this place for pizza A hidden gem, Dave portnoy recently paid this place a visit and gave it a 7.9 I strongly disagree. Born and raised in the bronx and now reside in eastchester, I have eaten from 100's of different pizzas places. I would have to rate this a 8.2 pretty close to his score but definitely not in the 7's . Super thin and crispy and a nice sauce. Pictured above were 2 different pies. Sicilian with meatball Regular pie with meatball...... I suggest you try the meatballs.... thank me later! Buon appetito!
Roma is an amazing family owned dining establishment that offers guests superb and top quality Italian dishes. It is a renowned Italian restaurant in Westchester County, New York, and has successfully operated since the 1930’s. In October of 2023, I brought and treated my wife and myself for dinner at Roma to celebrate her birthday and we absolutely loved our time there!!! We were warmly welcomed by the restaurant’s staff, and were quickly provided with a comfortable table. Our server, Anyelina did a great job on addressing our inquiries, providing great insight and recommendations on the menu options and perfectly documented our orders. Both my wife & I found our appetizers and entrees to be outstanding!!! My wife ordered and enjoyed her steak based entree while I ordered and loved my lasagna!!! It was unquestionably well-cooked delightfully delicious!!! When dining at Roma, my wife and I were fortunate enough to meet with the spouse of the owner of Roma. She was an absolute sweetheart, made us feel right at home and always checked in on us to see if we were having a great time. Moreover, she provided us with a delicious complementary desert and sang a lovely rendition of Happy Birthday for my wife!!! Both my wife and I thank Roma for providing us with an exceptional dining experience and one that we’ll always cherish. We recommend for everyone to visit and dine at this wonderful restaurant!!!
This is an old school Italian restaurant that specializes in pizza. They don't serve gluten free crust so I couldn't partake. I had sole fish instead while coworkers ate pizza. The restaurant was packed when we went. They serve pasta, but other non pasta dishes like seafood. Overall very good
Roma's is old classic in Tuckahoe. It's a local favorite. Good food good friendly service. Fair pricing. The decor is stuck in the 70's but that's the beauty of Roma's. You don't go there for the decor, you go for the good food, and friendly service.
Old-school Italian restaurant that’s been around close to 100 years. Food is very good and reasonable although it can use a facelift inside. Waitresses have been around a long time but friendly enough. It’s a no-frills restaurant. Your typical neighborhood Italian American restaurant and there’s nothing wrong with that . The food and pizza is consistently great. In my opinion, are the mussels marina, honey, vodka, and other lasagna. The lasagna is spectacular. But you can’t go wrong with any classic Italian American dish have eaten many times over the years. They are open six days a week beginning at 3 PM . There are a lot of elderly people who go which must be the reason that they open mid afternoon ? It’s a family friendly restaurant.
These portions are large and in charge. My in laws were eyeing Roma down for quite some time, and we finally found a day that wasn’t packed for a walk in dinner service. At 7:30PM the place had only a handful of seats open and looked like the servers were a tad overwhelmed. We got seated after about 5 minutes of waiting at the door. The place had AC blasting when it was 30 degrees out so we had to ask management to turn it off. Thankfully the server brought us freshly warm bread to keep us occupied while we waiting to order. We started with the burrata, a special for the day, and the eggplant. Considering I’m usually picky about eggplant, both were excellent! For the mains we got the chicken parm, arugula pizza and the famous lasagna. The chicken parm was about as big as my head. I was told the lasagna was fantastic. The pizza was fine- nothing special about it, but I did like it was thin and wood oven charred. Overall I think we found a new place for big family get togethers.
This place has been open for a very long time, at least over 20 or 30 years as my parents used to come here to eat. The food is good, retains a homemade flair by a staff that treats you like family. Chicken Parmesan, and salad were very good. The pizza here is probably some of the best in the area. (You can consult the one bite app). The seating and atmosphere could be better, it reminds me of a dorm cafeteria. Food - 14/20 Service - 6/10 Atmosphere - 6/10 Total - 26/40
The pizza was, edible, but everything else was inedible. Owner was outright nasty. I assume she was the owner - maybe she was having a bad night, but I would never step foot inside a place again. We could never find a waiter - we had to ask one of the bus boys numerous times to get a waiter to come to the table. Hard pass.
