Many things to work in here. Giving two stars only because the people working here does their best. Place is always dirty, gotta clean my own table every time and only when I find one available. They need more staff, two ladies running all the show with the place full, probably the slowest Starbucks ever. Lots of times drive thru is closed, furniture on the terrace is already broken and tables move a lot. Don’t try the drive thru unless you have a jeep, the street is a complete disaster. Total different story from the Starbucks in Playa del Carmen or anywhere else, especially this place being the only Starbucks in Tulum. Please give some love to this place.

Literally the slowest Starbucks ever. We came in and ordered one drink and one bagel and had to wait 15 min to get them (ordered at 10:58 got them at 11:12). If you don’t have 20 min (at least) to waist, don’t go there.

The cashier Elo had a terrible attitude with me, she was speaking Spanish fast and I got a bit confused and started with an ignorant attitude towards me and basically threw my change at me where it fell and ignored what she had done. I was absolutely appalled by her behavior and was disappointed as I always stop here on my way to playa del Carmen.

S L O W and TERRIBLE!! we got there 6:55 in the morning. There was about 3 people ordering. THATS IT. We ordered a croissant with cheese and pan ah chocolate. 7:20, 25 min after I still hadn’t my food. I asked, she said “the ovens take time to heat up”. She then took the croissant out and it was without cheese! And she didn’t give me the pan au chocolate (mistake 1). Then she started making the croissant, and I saw she put ham on it. (Mistake 2). She then started preparing another one, and I told her I’d want it cool, because I couldn’t care to wait another 20 min. She gave me the croissant, I look in the bag, NO pan au chocolate. (Mistake 3) I questioned her and she implied it was “my fault”, because I wasn’t clear. It’s not my job to take and do the orders. I was so tired of waiting I just took the things cold and went away. There were 4 Employees and 4 guests for a whole Starbucks. It was the worst experience in a Starbucks I ever had. RUN AWAY

So bad… they had to remake mh drink 3 times and every time it was so disgusting. But in a different way. Every one of them was so watered down. I’m pretty sure it’s that guy with glasses. There was a couple times I came before when he didn’t make my drink and they were okay. Overall I’m disappointed but there aren’t many options around here so I’m stuck with this bad coffee.

Super slow and the stuff was not patient and concentrating when I was talked to her. She didn’t even call my name when my coffee was ready. So, my coffee was hang in the table for long time before I noticed it is there!
