Great food. And I was greeted by AVA she has great customer service. She had a smile on her face the whole time she was helping me. And the rest of the team was great too. Thanks so much. I was having a real bad day til I came here and got food. Everything was perfect 💯💯❤️
Today I went to this chipotle and they were incredibly busy. Even though the line was out the door I did not wait more than 10 minutes. The team was short staffed and working their butts off. They were positive even though some food had a wait time no one seemed to care as the team was very engaging and positive through the hectic rush. Definitely will be going back just for the great customer service alone!
The food looked and tasted fresh, it was delicious. The staff was ok, kind of bland on their personalities but not rude.

This Location today was BUSY, short staffed and crowded. HOWEVER, the employees did an amazing job, great customer service and were working fast and officiant. I'll put it to you like this, today is Bryan's Birthday and he got called in to come help and work! Wow, just wow!! Way to help save the millennial race my man!! Normally really good, but the management has not done a very good job in the midst of the virus. My online order was 30 minutes late and missing half the ingredients. The burrito was super dry. No cheese, ordered extra sour cream (they put no sour cream)...I hope they can be honest and upfront if they run out of ingredients. Edit: The manager at the location helped me out the same day, and I’ve never had a bad experience since. I would like to thank the local manager at Chipotle for being so kind and professional. 🙏🏼 Re-edit: On and off service at this location when online ordering. Better to go in store to get your order right.
The food is great and made the way you want, as long as you order in the store. Most of our online orders have not been correct. Even if the label on the container states the correct information, things are left out or added frequently. You especially need to be careful if you have allergies.
Usually when I order from Chipotle they get my order correct and everything tastes great. I don’t know what happened tonight. (08/14/20) They must have been out of corn salsa and cheese because they didn’t put any in our burritos. We ordered online and everything looked good with our order. I even double checked to make sure I ordered it correctly. I tried to contact the store to speak with someone about my order, to possibly get a credit for next time, but no one answered. Very disappointing. Now that we’re home I don’t feel like driving all the way back to the restaurant.
The food was decent. Chipotle usually has good food. This location in Turlock was struggling, though. There was a very long wait, and when I got to the counter, the workers were not working to their best ability, which could have been contributing to the long line.

I ordered the bowl with steak and sadly I didn't like all of the ingredients in it.
I know that this location closes at 11PM and it’s 9:57PM right now but to stop making white rice altogether but still being open for an additional hour is kinda ridiculous :/ I would have loaded up a big bowl but because of this, I just left. I feel like this location should just close at 10PM and save money on its overhead and labor.

It is good food but if you have take out be sure double check order . Usually something is missing form your order ( happens twice they did not give me my side dish) don’t call no one answer at all
If you go inside and it's busy, you're better off turning around and going somewhere else the reason being is because when they are busy they will short you on your portion size and you won't get your money's worth. It's not right to be paying $10 for a bowl only to be getting less than usual because you went during the rush
I live 5 minutes away and the salsa's were so cold that all of our meals were cold but the time we got home. Ordered in store too. Spur cream was watered down and coated the outside of our bowls.
I love chipotle. I mean I LOVE chipotle but this location is making me not like chipotle so much. Every single time I go into this location they are always out of something or waiting on something to be made. They are very uncoordinated, the online orders are always wrong or severely under served. Today I went in to grab my burrito bowl and they had 5 or 6 customers sitting around waiting for the chicken to finish cooking so they can make their orders. Chipotle you guys need to send someone undercover to this location to see for yourself and formulate some kind of training regiment to get this location under control.
I LOVE Chipotle, so really my review only comes down to the service at a. Specific location. The guy "greeting" customers may have been having a bad day but that should not be projected onto customers.
I have ordered 3 times now. I have never veen really impressed. What I mean is not terrible, but not great. Today my food was gross. It was the burrito bowl. The meat was all fat.I felt like everything was just tossed in and slopped together. It tasted like it came out of a refrigerator. Cold!! I will not order again.
Poor quality food and service. The employees apparently had a hard time calling for food before they were completely out. Waited over 10 minutes for "5 minute" barbacoa. After 10 minutes we asked to substitute for a meat that was ready since the other people in our party were half way through their meals. We had our choice of chicken and just enough carnitas. Since there was a price difference, we had to wait for a manager that never came. At the end of our meal, as we were walking out, the cashier offered chips since the manager never fixed the receipt. It was only a 40 cent difference, but it was how the whole thing was handled. We should have never been told 5 minutes. The veggies were also undercooked and I pulled them out of my burrito. The whole experience was a mess. The last two visits to Chipotle (one being a different location) have been less than ideal. One can tell they are cutting back on portion size and customer service is hit or miss.
Look. This is the Chipolte closest to where I live. I do have to drive for it. So I order ahead and pick up and then take home. This is maybe the 3rd time we have ordered here? And *every time* there is a mistake or just... literally small small servings. This time was the absolute worst and I will never buy from this chipolte again. I will drive to Ceres or Merced. There was literally less than a handful of salad in my salad bowl... and the second salad we got had literally 5 pieces of lettuce. I will say that the staff is full of young kids and they're always polite and nice. My younger brother worked at a Chipolte so I know it's hard and thankless work. The staff get a 5 star review. The management/corporate get a 0 because they're obviously not giving any incentive to keep workers or multiple workers who can be there to make sure the food is prepped. Corporate should be ashamed.
I love chipotle but I'm really disappointed with the portions they offer, this is how a large bag of chips looks like 🫣 this is the large portion what will be the small size ?!👀 But the portion of the meat 🥺I was speechless I ordered carnitas end barbacoa 💔 just don't buy it is not worth the price 👎
I don’t normally post any reviews less then 4-5 stars. But I just had too. I visited Chipotle on 9/16, took my two kids. My son (11) always gets beans, cheese and chicken burrito. Normally they will give him extra beans, or charge less, but not today. That’s okay, I paid full price for the burrito. My oldest and I got a bowl, and like many have commented, we all got less than a quarter of their spoon of meat. I added guacamole, and again they barely added any but still charged the full amount. However, they did load me up with hot sauce, which was actually spicy today and made it hard for my son to eat. I did say something about the portions, but I let it go cuz I didn’t want to be a “Karen”, might sound like one here, but I just wanted to share my experience. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this location, if I ever want chipotle again, I’ll just drive those extra minutes and go to Modesto, Merced, etc. For atmosphere, I put 3 stars since the tables were not clean, and the place was semi empty when I went around 7:30pm.
This person was handling money after she was touching Food, which you have to change gloves when you do that by the health department regulations. please take care of this matter now before anybody else gets sick. you can see in the picture what was going on? lots of proof.

NOTHING BUT 3 BACK TO BACK ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTINGLY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES HERE!!!!! I EVEN REACHED OUT DID 2 DIFFERENT SURVEYS TO BE CONTACTED, THIS COMPANY GIVES 0 CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR WHAT HAPPENS. I will NEVER return here and I suggest anyone else debating it to just not go because why bother giving them a try after all their past Ecoli outbreaks when they don't even care. I will never visit this location again. And I'll tell EVERYONE I KNOW to not visit here either and choose a different company entirely.
The overall flavor is consistently good, but the rolling of the burrito is hit and miss to say the absolute least. They're pretty proud of their ingredients too because it's pretty freaking expensive for what it is. Update: it seems like every time we go into this location (Turlock, CA), something stupid happens with our order. The front line workers who assemble the orders are, in my experience, relatively unfriendly and unwilling to find solutions to fairly simple problems (e.g., running out of an ingredient). Something asinine has happened each of the last few times we've been here. Combined with the astronomical prices they charge for everything on the menu, we can't justify supporting this restaurant chain any longer.
Placed an order online and they gave me cheese on my bowl instead of the guac I paid extra for. My mom is allergic to dairy, so wasn’t able to eat. We are from out of town and won’t ever stop here again.
It's impossible to have their products lined up properly and ready. Today, they had no steak and no mixed veggies. The option was change your burrito to chicken or wait 15 minutes. This is 5:45 pm right at the beginning of the rush hour.
I came into this chipotle and right of the bat was treated with an employee who was obviously not happy to be working. I asked for the first item of rice and was told it was a 15-20min wait, which i said thays fine. After waiting 20 mins for rice as i am ordering the next item they are also out which is fajitas, then i ask for corn, and they are also out, then i ask for sour cream and they are also out. At this point i am furious that if you are out of all these ingredients why did you not make me aware when i was told to wait for the white rice in the beginning. You made me wait all that time almost 35 mins now only to find out half the items you are out of. Very unprofessional and rude because her only answer was that its not her fault. Well if its not your fault whose fault is it mine? I know if i worked there i would tell the customer from the beginning of whatever items we are out of like any proper restaurant does. I will be posting this on google and yelp. Very disappointing and unprofessional
Always out of options - the manager here does not care about quality or keeping options available. That’s not even the worst part, imagine taking a bite of your food and there’s uncooked hard as a rock rice randomly distributed throughout your bowl. UNCOOKED RICE. Absolutely ridiculous. No quality control whatsoever. Been to this location 3-4 times and every time it was not up to chipotle standards. Probably the worst chipotle in the entire area.
This is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been to in the last 10 years of being an avid chipotle customer. The service is always terrible. Management always has a bad attitude. Their rice is never cooked all the way. It is upsetting when 3 of my items are constantly never available and I end up getting a burrito with rice (that’s poorly cooked) and a meat choice. They never have the salsas stocked nor the fajitas. Truly a disgusting branch I hope the health department gets them shut down. Management should be ashamed of themselves.
Wish I could put 0 stars for service, never in my life have I ever been so ignored by a staff when it was completely EMPTY. We came in at 8:45PM (when they close at 11), and there were many things that were already out and the girl who was making our food was very rude and told us she could not make anymore of the mild salsa (which right after she made our bowls, she pulled out more from the fridge). There were about 5-6 employees who completely ignored me and my girlfriend for about 10 minutes and their excuse for standing there and not helping us was that “she was not the cashier” there was no sorry or anything and they all seemed annoyed to be doing THEIR JOB. I came in on October 14th and I left a review right after I left which I usually never ever do. This was just a horrible experience and there have been times were that same person takes my order, and she was not very nice in the past before.
If I could give this place a - star I would. Went there just now and the girl was extremely rude. She shouldn’t have a job in the service industry especially making $20/hr. She didn’t greet me and seemed as though I was more of an annoyance than a valued customer. When I asked for cheese she said, “I told you back there we didn’t have cheese’” she was very condescending and really didn’t want to serve me at all. I decided to walk out without getting anything as she was so off putting I rather spend my money elsewhere. It’s sad when people don’t care enough to have even just some decency for common courtesy and kindness. I tried to be polite and didn’t want to be a ‘Karen’ but I felt so humiliated I cannot go back. I don’t ever want to go back and I won’t ever recommend Chipotle - at least this location again. I would NOT recommend going here.
Horrible Brandon. Does not serve well going trying to get a burrito bowl and barley put any ingredients the bowl was the worst I’ve seen why get a bowl for 13-15$and it barley had anything it was so low barley seen anything I had to choose something else that wasn’t worth it horrible service and I hardly go so dissapointing and some go for there lunch not worth it.no way I’m paying hat for nothing much in return
So I don't go here often it's usually for my son and it's never been a problem, but i just went recently and I'm not really complaining about the food other than the girl putting it together just was rushing me and telling me everything was out or would be out in a minute, but the woman who rang me up was so rude snapping at me because I wanted to redeem a reward and she kept asking me what do you want and I told her what are my options because the QR code said scan to reveal your gift but didn't say what it was. She kept saying what do you want and I was telling her can I scan the QR and finally she let me and it told her what I got, which was a free drink so she tossed my cup in the bag. Also to top it off I never got my points for the purchase. I never lost my cool because I also am in retail and sometimes have a bad day, but I never take it out on a customer. The receipt didn't have her name on it because she rang under the young man who was ringing before her, but I think she was the manager because she was dressed differently from everyone else. I won't be back for a while.

My husband and I also feel our two dishes out of the three we ordered was sabotaged because they were Vegan. We feel this way because our son ordered a chicken burrito bowl and it was perfect. Our sofritas were slop. I wish my son took a pic of his before he dug in so the difference can be seen within the same order.
My boyfriend bought this after he was coming from work. The meat is not cook right, don’t know if you guys cook the steak medium rare or what but this meat is not cook at all, is like if they didn’t even try to cook it, it’s disgusting.

Updated review due to terrible employee and experience. I love Chipotle, but this one current staff member is rude, always rushes even when it's not busy, and does not give good customer service. Never have I had such an issue with a Chipotle worker before. I've been coming here for years. This girl has helped me several times, each time the experience was bad. Today, the line was out the door. They had a rush, and she helped me. I asked for half and half for sofritas and chicken. She accidently gave an entire scoop of sofritas and told me I would have to pay more. When I said no, she threw the entire bowl away and started over despite the line. I've had this happen multiple times, and never have they thrown away all the food or demanded I pay extra due to them scooping too much. Asked for her name to complain and she rudely replied she didn't have to give it to me. I've never complained at any food spot in my life until today. I come to Chipotle for the sofritas, it's amazing! The other staff here is friendly and make sure to get your order right. Good indoor and outdoor seating.

We ordered chicken burrito bowls for to-go on 10/24 dinner time. At that night me and my husband both had stomach upset but situation was very bad for our 2 year old . He started having severe fever and diarrheas ( like 8-10 times a day ) .We sent him to emergency 2 days later . The stool test showed it was Salmonella, which is related to undercooked meat. I called and chatted with customer service but never got a response so disappointing. Not even worth a one star
There’s this one guy who works there, literally doesn’t even let me finish my sentence. There was barely a rush and he was rushing ME. I went with his pace and cooperated, THEN when I asked for lettuce there was a small piece of meat in there. HE SCOOPED IT ALL and put it in my bowl. absolutely disgusting not clean at all. he looked at me then grabbed the peice of meat and tossed it in the back. Are you serious. He doesn’t know what extra means cause why are you giving me 3 sprinkles of cheese when I ask for extra. Somebody fire him. Overall the older lady was nice at the cashier, wish she made my bowl.
We ordered chicken burrito bowls for to-go on 10/24 dinner time. At that night me and my husband both had stomach upset but situation was very bad for our 2 year old . He started having severe fever and diarrheas ( like 8-10 times a day ) .We sent him to emergency 2 days later . The stool test showed it was Salmonella, which is related to undercooked meat. I called and chatted with customer service but never got a response so disappointing. Not even worth a one star
There’s this one guy who works there, literally doesn’t even let me finish my sentence. There was barely a rush and he was rushing ME. I went with his pace and cooperated, THEN when I asked for lettuce there was a small piece of meat in there. HE SCOOPED IT ALL and put it in my bowl. absolutely disgusting not clean at all. he looked at me then grabbed the peice of meat and tossed it in the back. Are you serious. He doesn’t know what extra means cause why are you giving me 3 sprinkles of cheese when I ask for extra. Somebody fire him. Overall the older lady was nice at the cashier, wish she made my bowl.
