Extremely clean, bright and cheerful. Even on a rainy day like today. Helpful, happy staff, clean restroom too. I highly recommend this shop.

Love this place!! Love the staff!!! Love to see these kids hard at work. My Go to are the pepperoni pretzel, the bites and the tiny dogs. The 1 time I had an issue with my pretzel they were nice about it and accommodated me. No matter what time we go in it's always a pleasure!

Always a line bur well worth the wait. I like mine lightly salted. Many different types of pretzels combinations and different sauces to dip them in and drinks and frozen drinks, none alcoholic.

We just stopped in yesterday for the first time! It was amaZing! Our pretzel bites were fresh & delish! My daughter is asking to go again today!!!

The service was amazing and all of the workers were really kind.Also I loved how the food came out and it tasted so much better with the cheese sauce.

Pretzels were good and warm. But oddly enough the service today was very poor. The expression on the servers face translated to being annoyed and unapproachable. Place was not busy at all but, maybe they were having a bad day today- it happens. Just made me feel like I did something wrong even though we got the wrong items. Didn’t want to push it and enjoyed the pretzels anyway.

so sad, my pizza jalepeno pretzel was burnt, to where it was dry and not enjoyable. this is my 1st experience at this store, and the service I'm sorry but is slow, not that it was busy but the amount of time to grab items and make a drink was not efficienct, if they had any more customers than just us 2 people, it would have been a 1 star because of the slow pace of service. there needs to be fresher availability of items were dry and unappetizing . the truck was a better experience.

Really bad customer service… the food is also very cold every time.. I guess I’ll have to go to a different Wetzel location

I ordered a triple grilled cheese...the employee that made the first sandwich put bacon in it I'm highly allergic to pork...then the guy accidentally got the order mixed up. Finally got my order dude forgot the sauce. I understand new employees may not know what they are doing. Put their mistake could have caused me my life.

So was waiting on line for 30 mins along with several other people there was around 8 of us in line and there was three people working. She was wearing a santa hat and was working the hardest of the three trying to make more of the food. The other two girls were ignoring us in line and rolled her eyes when ever she looked towards the line and continued to ignore us. the people in front of me were waiting longer than I was. When it was about 40 minutes I decided to leave and go somewhere else. Passing by again I saw the same people still waiting in line! So overall if I can give 0 stars I would.

I am very annoyed at this location. We stopped in this center Nov 6, 2022, and grabbed some Jamba Juice next door who told me their bathroom was being worked on but we could go next door to Wetzels. I did and there were two people in there and instead of just going to the bathroom I respectfully said that Jamba Juice sent me because their bathroom was broken. The girl said no, it's only for customers. I couldn't believe this for several reasons. One, going to the bathroom is a basic human need and not going can cause medical issues. Two, my family of 4 have spent an obscene amount at Wetzels so if you want to get technical - I am a customer. Three, your neighboring store sent me - so you couldn't be respectful of them and let their customers use your facility? I mean, come on. Lets hope Wetzels never needs anything from them. Besides the rudeness, if this is store policy and they were just doing their job - fine, this needs to be addressed by management and corporate. This one simple incident has tainted Wetzels for me and my family and we will never purchase again.

not a single smile on anyones face when i walked in today, just got a lot of attitude. asked for dog bitz and and was told they did not have any, i asked if they could make some and that i wouldn’t mind waiting. i got a lot attitude with that but she ultimately said yes, my friend asked for another item on the menu for her order and they said they didn’t have it but made it for the next customer we heard ordering. not good customer service at all.

I gotta say these are the rudest/laziest employees I’ve ever come across 😅 you walk in and they look so mad that they actually have a customer me and another lady where shocked to see them on their phones ignoring customers or taking forever just to take their orders asked for a swap or drinks and they said “NO” very rudely after THEY are the ones who mistakenly gave me the wrong drink. I felt super uncomfortable with the ladies talking about Spanish speakers (my husband was speaking in Spanish to me) saying they would curse anyone out if they heated certain words etc. Very awkward and unwelcoming 1/10 and will never go again. (They where using the same gloves for the money and food when I mentioned it I got an eye roll and an annoyed “UGGHH” from the young lady”

I was DoorDashing , got to the store only to be told the food was still being worked on. Delivery was for two original pretzels. So it’s very simple order. A few other people got their orders before I even got the delivery order. Service is very very slow.

Just stood in the lobby almost 5 minutes waiting on someone to so much as ask me what I wanted to order and basically had to leave the store because the TWO people who were there refused to even LOOK at me . Disgusting.
