Avis sur HiroNori Craft Ramen Tustin
The place is small but as soon as you walk in you understand why this place is so special (very well decorated and different look thab most places). It is extremely clean, service on point, food came out at the right time but most importantly it was sooooooo delicious. We got the veggie ramen, chicken ramen and the crispy chicken. 😋 😍
As always, everything was excellent! The staff are friendly and professional. The dishes are delicious and beautifully presented.
I finally made it to HiroNori after hearing about them quite a few times, and it’s a solid spot for ramen. I tried a bunch of stuff — Tonkotsu Ramen, Vegan Ramen, Spicy Cold Dipping Noodle, Crispy Chicken, and Pork Buns. The Spicy Cold Dipping Noodle really stood out, and the Crispy Chicken was surprisingly good too. The tonkotsu and vegan bowls were solid — broth had good depth, noodles were on point, nothing over the top but definitely well done. The pork buns were fine, rounded out the meal, nothing fancy. Prices are fair for the quality, and the vibe is casual. Space is a bit tight, so it can get busy, but nothing crazy. Overall, it’s a dependable ramen spot and definitely worth swinging by if you’re in the area.
The ramen is one of the best I have ever had. Even though it looks really simple, but the taste is really amazing, please have the spicy sauce with it too!
After browsing Tustin and seal Beach during a warm evening, I didn't necessarily want hot soup. However, I saw that HiroNori had a cold dipping ramen. And man I'm glad I got to have their take on a refreshing summer tsukemen. The dipping borth was savory, tangy and had a little spice to keep things interesting. The chasu and noodles were cooked perfectly. Service was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was chill and refreshing. For a franchise ramen spot this is pretty good and would come back.
By far one of the better Ramen Places I've had the pleasure of dining at. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and aesthetically charming. Our server was quick with service and the food was top tier. The Karage was crispy and juicy and the tonkatsu ramen was creamy and incredibly filling! Overall would recommend this place
This place was a little hard to find at first and parking was limited. When the food started coming out, it smelled DELICIOUS! First we had a couple appetizers (crispy rice with spicy tuna & crispy chicken). The sauce for the crispy chicken was to DIE FOR. All 3 ramen bowls we had (vegan, Tonkotsu, shoyu) were all very delicious, however, I loved the Tonkotsu ramen the best because the flavor was just bolder than the other two. The Pina colada with a kick & Yuzanade were so good! It was the first time I'd tried Yuzanade and I thought it was a little too sweet so I had to dilute it with water. I was told the pina Colada was made with sake so it was, too a new flavor for me. Both were flavorful to say the least. Loved them! Come check them out ! You won’t regret it :)

I frequent this location and oh my, I came in just recently on nov 29th ish and I was surprised to see they added NEW menu items!! Sashimi rolls! My personal favorite though is the Wagyu salad, so good in flavor and doesn’t make me feel big. And the yuzu pepper roll and Wagyu roll were my favorite! They also have yellow tail it was good as well ! I’m not a big fan of It but would eat occasionally! They also have 17% service charge added to bills but it is optional! I usually tip more anyways so 17% is fine with me !
I had my first ramen bowl from HiroNori today. It is SO DELICIOUS! The ingredients are so fresh, the broth is so tasty and I can not get enough. What also made it a special experience was the customer service provided by Kaitlyn (I hope I spelled her name right), who helped me with my phone order. Kaitlyn went above and beyond and was so friendly and professional. I found my go to place when I work in the area. Thank you!
came here with friends, ordered the tonk ramen and crispy chicken. both very good ! they also started serving sashimi !!!! I had the yellow tails and it melted in my mouth with a burst of flavor! honestly really good! highly recommend the new items !
The Ramen is absolutely incredible. The depth of flavor in the broth is amazing. Love this place! Only negative is it is super cold inside the restaurant, but that is manageable, and the food is well worth it.
This little gem in Tustin, Hiro Niro makes the absolute best Ramen that I have ever tasted in my life. It was so delicious and they have many locations. Their teriyaki bowls are also the best. They are so nice there and they make homemade noodles and garlic that are just so outrageously delicious. I am a huge fan. I would give them 100 stars.❤️❤️❤️
Vegan ramen with vegan gyoza as an appetizer. Your welcome. But seriously this place is amazingly delicious. Manager is great, the level of service from this man is above and beyond, the server forgot a side of rice(for my daughter) and something else small like a side of broth I can’t remember now, but the order was for takeout and I didn’t check the food before I left because they’re always on point. When I got home I checked and then I called to have the items credited to me for next time but, the manager refunded the money to my credit card and he insisted the food be delivered to me. I gave him my address and he personally delivered to my house in Orange from Tustin. Hiro Nori is and will always be my go to spot.

Had a great dinner here tonight! Juan and Thomas are both great servers, they’re both very friendly and frequently checked up on us to see how we were doing. My favorite things are the tonkotsu ramen and the crispy rice with spicy tuna, I would definitely recommend this place. Great food and great staff.

Amazing, super delicious Ramen - reinvented in the U.S. so the soup is totally drinkable. If you've ever eaten Ramen in Japan, you know what I'm talking about. The dining area in-store is modern and clean, but sometimes the long waiting line can be a turn-off, at least to me.
I’ve been a few times with work colleagues. The food is always delicious. The lunchtime atmosphere was great - they had 2000s music playing, so it was a vibe. The service could be better… the employees could smile, check on their guests more, etc.

I was a little shocked to find that a moderately-sized bowl of vegan ramin is nearly $20! If it were a hearty, giant bowl and totally amazing, that would make more sense. It lacked some elements of what I consider to be essential to chef-prepared Japanese food: a beautiful presentation was missing, a lack of elegance was apparent in the food and atmosphere, and the soup was warm enough-- but not piping hot. Taste was good, not fabulous. I don't know why there would be a waiting list to eat here.
The ramen was delicious, as always. HiroNori continues to deliver when it comes to flavor, quality, and consistency of the food. The broth was rich and satisfying, and the overall meal absolutely lived up to expectations. That said, a couple of things stood out on this visit. The service was a bit inattentive. We waited quite a while to flag down a server just to get sugar, and one of our ramen bowls arrived without a spoon. I eventually had to get up from the table and find one myself. It wasn’t rude service, just noticeably absent at times. The bigger issue was the bathroom. It really needs a deep cleaning or some remodeling. The walls were visibly stained, which made the space feel neglected and unpleasant, especially for an otherwise well-regarded restaurant. Food-wise, HiroNori is still excellent. If the service were more attentive and the bathrooms better maintained, this location would easily match the overall quality of the brand.

The food was good but a bit pricey for the portion size, and there's also an extra service fee added to the bill which after leaving we learnt was actually optional and a substition for leaving a tip. The terms were written super small at the bottom of the menu and the staff did not inform us it was optional. We would've left a tip anyway, so felt a bit ripped off that we ended up paying a service fee + tip.

Let's start with the pork bun. Fluffy and soft buns with really tasty meat. I liked the buns. The tonkatsu ramen.... tasted good. Will I crave for it again is the question... I think not. As I said, it's good. It's OK. But that is what it was. It was ok.... P.s. Please clean the sides of the counters especially the parts closest to the floor. I have pictures if management wants to see. Will I come back? Maybe not in a long time. Sorry....
First time here. Last time here. We were seated fairly quickly and our order was taken in a reasonable amount of time. We never got our food. Our order was never put in. I never post reviews. If a business is good, they don't need reviews. People know. This was unacceptable. Went to Kitakata Ramen instead. Their ramen was very good!

My husband and I visited this restaurant. When we arrived, the host was polite and seated us quickly. My husband ordered the Tonkotsu ramen and I had the Shoyu ramen. The noodles in my dish were good, but the broth was too greasy and not very flavorful. My husband’s dish, however, was good. The waitress was attentive. Unfortunately, the restroom was not clean—the sink was dirty and paper towels were scattered on the floor. Also, if you choose not to tip the server, there is a mandatory 17% tip that goes to the restaurant.

I normally don’t give reviews this low, but, as much as I wanted to enjoy this place, I just couldn’t. I ordered food for pickup and the total of a ramen and a side of chicken (fried) was over $30… so off to a bad start. But I figured it would be worth it! There was no time estimate emailed or sent to me in any way, so I was just guessing as to when it would be ready which was very frustrating. I eventually decided to drive over and wait in person and just before I arrived, I received a text that my order was ready. Great! I walk in, very quickly was given my order and then I rushed home. The ramen was not particularly exciting and the noodles were not particularly exciting either, so much so that I ended up not eating them and removed them from the ramen. The chicken: unfortunately the breading did not stay stuck to the meat and the whole experience was somehow already cold by the time I got home (7 minute drive). Chicken and breading themselves did not have much flavor at all to begin with. The included sauce helped. The ramen had an egg and two pieces of incredibly fatty pork, and bean sprouts. The bean sprouts were old and not fresh in the slightest. All in, for $30, I expect more. I gave this place a chance since I wanted to try a change from Ramen Mura across the street. I should have stuck with Ramen Mura… And I forgot to add: the next day I had severe diarrhea. So yes, this place also gave me some level of food poisoning as everything else I ate that day (oatmeal, banana, and an apple) certainly did not contribute to it. (as I eat those things everyday).
