Best Jack in the Box in town love their tiny tacos. Jack in the box is my favorite fast food place. They are quick and freindly. Very clean. Do breakfast all day. You get a full box of tiny tacos I had been so excited I devored half the box before it dawned on me to taco a picture. This way though you get a better veiw of the tacos the come with lettuce. they also have a value menu

Ordered tacos and for a change they were fresh and excellent. Had my shoes not stuck to the floor when I walked, this visit would have been 5 stars!

Had to repeat my order twice because the guy cashier wasn't paying attention. They where not busy but we had to wait awhile for are food which the food was delicious.

Have not been to jack and the crack in a very long time and I just say that the brand needs to mind how employees are wearing there hair and how there phone are layed out. Very unprofessional. The food was amazing but it's on a very busy street and it feels a little dirty in here. No hair nets or nothing. Won't be coming back.

The staff told us that we couldn't order tacos because they had to "thaw" them out- which I know isn't true. Then they wouldn't even take our order while we were sitting at the speaker trying to order. We sat there for 20 minutes stuck in traffic backed up not even being able to order! Liars, unfriendly and a waste of time to try to order from here. This is the second time this week we tried to stop by to get some junk tacos. 🙄

It took forever to get someone to take our order for 6 tacos and a medium drink. When we got the tacos they were cold. And who wants to take food back at a restaurant...And the drink was watered down

So either the workers are incompetent, willfully and purposely getting orders wrong or just lazy. Asked for no ketchup on my burger, but that was too hard for them

They were so busy fixing the orders from the drive thru, that we just left. In five minutes, there were three different people came inside to have their orders remade. Didn't seem like they were having a good day.

This was hands down the WORST fast food experience I have had in years! ALL of my food was cold AND incorrect, they wouldn’t remake it, they tried to make me double pay, the employees at the window (yes you read that right employees plural just to hand out food) were so visibly intoxicated it was embarrassing, you could smell them from your car, they were extremely rude, unprofessional, unsanitary, and they lack complete basic knowledge required to preform their job. To top it all off you can’t even get someone to answer the phone so you can speak with a manager, I called 4 times and every time I got sent to voicemail.

This was probably the worst experience in a fast food place in my entire life, upon entering the floor was sticky to the point my shoe almost came off at the heel! But the saga was just beginning, 15 mins to be acknowledged, they couldn’t find my online order, after 10 mins they found it… Then I waited 45 mins for my sandwich and poppers, the poppers were over cooked and dry but the sandwich was palette able. So after 70 mins I walked out with my food.. leaving a layer of shoe sole on the floor.

While Jack in the Box is usually great, my most recent order contained mold on the bottom bun of my ultimate breakfast sandwich. This may be a one-off occurrence; however, I feel obligated to alert the public and restaurant of this mishap. I hope this is the last time this happens

Went through the drive-through the guy taking our order didn’t sound like he even wanted to be there at zero personality. When we got to the window, they seemed fine and smiling. We ordered two large curly fries as you can see in the pictures. They filled the bottom of the fry boxes with regular fries and topped it off with a few curly fries to make it look like we got large curly fries. Extra curly fries didn’t get curly fries except for a few. The curly fries that we have I feel like they just didn’t want to make fresh fries for us because that was probably too much work for them. We will never be back to this establishment again. I tried to call and it just gave me a this cellular. Customer is not available at this time message. Updated: I returned the food and the manager was very nice and apologetic. She went inside and remade my order herself. She made it right, so we will give them a chance again.

Pay 5.99 for delivery fees alone just to receive this. Called to make a complaint and request a refund and was told I had to come in to get a refund. What’s the point of paying for delivery just to have to go up there? I am so livid.

I ordered an ultimate meal with a sweet cream & caramel iced coffee today. The lady wouldn't let me finish talking before trying to over talk me. Then, I get my order and rush back to work. Open my food and there's NO SAUSAGE!! I googled the number, called what was on the receipt, even called another Jack in the box to get a good number and none of them were working numbers. I paid to much money to not be able to get this corrected.
