Our order was online in the Sonic app. The portions, and freshness of the food were perfect. I got exactly what I ordered on time and it's very much appreciated!
Very fast and friendly. Great drink options. If you've never tried a chocolate coke ..... well as bad as it may sound it will shock you on how good it really is.

I get breakfast from this location A LOT. The woman that works there most mornings is amazing!! so nice but boy does she work herself too hard. Sonic- get her some help!!!! Shes doing drive thru, taking orders, serving carhop orders, doing online orders- By HERSELF. I have never seen anyone in there (besides the cooks I'm sure) but get her some help!! She deserves it!
While food was ok, it could have been a better tasting. After ordering it wasn't long before we received our order but fries seemed just a tad oily and all food was not hot or even warm. Service was good, waitress did offer condiments and to return should we need anything else.
I got a burger today at this local sonic and I am disgusted by what I opened in my bag my burger had a layer of burnt food like they hadn’t cleaned their grill in weeks and in one of my corn dogs there was a mysterious meat that was also fried with my corn dog I’ll just make the longer drive next time will not be back
We ordered 1 Garlic butter bacon cheeseburger and 1 garlic butter bacon cheeseburger meal with onion rings. They didn't give us a receipt. Burgers didn't taste like they had enough garlic butter, onion rings were burnt. It seemed to take longer than usual. I tried calling twice before doing this survey.
Had to back out and get in the drive-through line because they weren't serving folks at the drive-in stalls. They told me this through the speaker in the stall, so it wasn't that they couldn't have taken my order there! Then, the person at the drive-through tried to charge us for a much bigger burger than we ordered. I am very disappointed with this visit! I didn't hand the girl my card because the amount wasn't right. The manager came and corrected our order, and that is why I gave the service stars
We ordered a strawberry banana real fruit/just as the menu says. We get it. There’s no strawberries no bananas they no longer carry them. My husband ordered a sausage, egg and cheese toaster there was no cheese. It was very dry and they also got my order wrong. The service was OK. The restroom was nasty and they completely got our order wrong. I ordered a supersonic breakfast burrito, and there was no tater tots, no jalapeños and no tomatoes.
This young girl at the drive thru argued with me about how much ice goes in a cup ma’am if I order a cup of ice only don’t fill it half way smh having to argue with a customer over ice do better sonic
The manager at this location is absolutely insane and needs anger management. I went there last week and she gave me the wrong size drink the went into a rage when I asked for my large drink. Went yesterday and she screamed at me and told me to SPEAK UP! I said sorry and placed my order, she brought it out and as I reach for it she dropped it into my lap and walked away. Not sure what her name is but she is a short Hispanic lady. Never going back. Food is great though, love Sonic.
I got a cheesy wrap burrito and it turned out nothing like the photo. It was hard and chewy and was inseparable, the taste was also bad. The photo looked crispy and soft, but nope the chicken was nothing like that. The chicken turned out to be inedible, this false advertisement is not helping.
I took my 5 kids to play on the playground and we left after a couple minutes of realizing the entire playground is covered in trash and leaves and huge things of wood with splinters sticking out of them. It needs to be cleaned up! And fresh sand is needed badly. There was more trash and leaves than there was sand. Very disappointed Had to go to the old Jacksonville location that is way cleaner
Better hope your food isn't made wrong or burnt, God forbid if you ask for refund bc you change your mind when you don't like their attitude when you confront them on their cooking skills. Lord have mercy if you ask how can you take an order but not hear me at the window. Pictures 👇the top bun was so hard the chicken was softer than it.
This sonic did very well....if they were trying to piss me off. The past MONDAY AND TODAY I wanted to ordered breakfast for me and my kids but couldn't because the place wasn't open at all (dont recommended coming for breakfast)!!
Every time i come i usually get two drinks or even just the one, and it takes 30minutes if not longer, without exaggeration. Do better because you’re consistently loosing business because your employees don’t want to do their jobs. Take the damn drink out.
I want to point out that I don't feel like it was any fault of the young staff but rather the tools they had. The drive through speaker looks like its been run over and doesn't work. I sat waiting for help for some time and even with engine off never heard anyone. The cars in front pulled up and after waiting for a bit longer decided to order at the window thinking the speaker was broken. At the window and ordering two drink was told I had to go back around and order at the speaker. I understand that's how they are trained but its two drink and takes longer to take my order than than to pour a drink. Then try did take my order and still had me wait until they had done everyone behind me before bringing them to me. The manager should fix the speaker so it doesn't look broken and should fix the trigger so that even my 7000 pound truck would notify the staff im there. The staff should be tought how to deal with situations better.
This is the second time I’ve stopped at Sonic before 7 and after 7 for breakfast. Both times now, this same lady has been by herself and working as had and fast as she can to do drive thru and stall orders. She’s taking orders, cooking orders and delivering orders. This woman is doing a great job and deserves a raise, but their should be way more than one person at that time of the morning doing 3-4 people’s job!!!! She had 4 cars in drive-thru and 3-4 cars in stalls! This shouldn’t be!!!
We place a order 30 minutes ahead of time . Employee told us to email the order. Just to pull in and not have nothing ready. What was the point of emailing you guys ? Terrible customer service. Manager was rude. Employee had a sassy attitude and didn't even know what was going on . NEXT TIME CHECK YOUR EMAIL SONIC EMPLOYEES HAVE EVERYTHING READY !
I come to this location all the time and never have a complaint, But this time just infuriates me. I ordered two milkshakes. A chocolate one the way it comes for my boyfriend and the cake batter with NO whip cream for me. She had it rung up right and read it back correctly. I get home and it’s filled with whip cream. They didn’t even give me a receipt. What makes me so angry is that they put a flat lid on it as if they didn’t put whip cream on it. I waited 15 minutes for something that came out half wrong. I’m sure they knew they messed it up but sent it out anyways. I could have had an allergy to something in whip cream. Luckily it’s not that serious and I just can’t stand the taste of it.
