Mr.Wayne , to Papa John's corporation and Mr. Shaq to save corporation of Papa John's, and everybody else's job I want to applaud. Just person is working here at Papa John's for outstandingly. The first thing he did was wash his hands at 4548 johnsborough road, sweet B Union City, Georgia. This is the first employee I've ever seen in any restaurant. Rarely go wash his hands first before they prepare your food. I applaud this gentleman and papa john's.I applaud your corporation, stay safe.Stay professional and have a blessed day, mr.Shaq, this is to you, I think you can go on a courts and do another year

Due to the Covid environment, this location attempts to keep people out of the lobby as much as possible. Instead your order is taken outside, and your order is also brought out to you when ready. The model appears to work from what I saw. That said... I should preface my following comments by stating that I use to purchase from Papa John's often; as I enjoyed what I perceived as a freshness in the ingredients they used and the thickness of the regular pan pizzas. Though this time around I was underwhelmed by the thickness of the regular pan pizza. It was very close to being a thin pan. I'm hoping this was a one-off and this isn't how they are doing regular pans now. I'll likely give it another try at some point, and base future purchases on that. Otherwise, the pizza was tasty as usual and their browny was soft, rich, and not super sweet; try heated with some vanilla ice cream and drizzle with carmel and/or chocolate syrup if you want to amp things up.

Easy to order online, small inside 1 bench inside to sit down and wait, staff all look very busy, not greeted upon entering, helped after standing for a couple minutes (yes someone was available to help) well cooked wings were still soft and pizza has barely minimal amount of cheese

I’m only giving a two star because the young ladies were courteous. The music was ridiculously loud and quite frankly inappropriate for an establishment. The pizza was undercooked. Matt the so called manager is a despicable human being. To say the least, I will not return to this location.

The man in the front is kinda rude. He didn’t say your welcome anytime I said thank you and he wasn’t very welcoming. And also one of the workers brought a puppy in the kitchen for some odd reason. Not going back

Last week was the 2nd time unfortunately I wasn't given garlic sauce in my delivery as a shame. By the time the driver came and I checked not there and told driver with doordash not pJ. I was promised a free pizza after that regardless of which Papa John's i order from. Pj needs to stop this crap of a pizza without expected garlic sauce there as poor service. I better get my free delivery as promised.

Every time I order delivery from here there’s an issue. This time I didn’t receive any garlic sauce although I paid for additional ones. The previous time my order never arrived after waiting for nearly 2 hours. I had to reorder and wait to receive another order. Called to complain and nobody answered the phone. This store is horrible. NEVER AGAIN!!

The pizza would've been good had there not been a hair on one of the slices (which we'd already started eating the pizza) so since more than 2 slices were gone from the pizza they would not refund me and their only solution was to add a discount to my number (as if I'm coming back). I must say, I did enjoy the calzone bites (I would return for those).

Below average Papa Johns. Food is very consistent as someone that was ordering from here once a week that has changed. Food often overcooked. Also, seen the same employee argue with multiple customers on different occasions. Find another location.

This is how my pizza was delivered it suppose to be THE WORKS I have called the restaurant 3 times they kept answering and hanging up. This is not acceptable when spending over $50 for pizza

This Papa John's is HORRIBLE! They have long wait times, deliver cold pizzas, and have terrible customer service. I ordered my pizza 2 hours ago and was told the wait was about 45 minutes, believe it or not that's good for this location. I called the store to check on my pizzas, because the tracker was saying they were being boxed for 30 minutes, they left me on hold for almost 10 minutes. I had to hang up and call back only to find out some disappointing news...Guess what??? My pizzas were still at the store, because they only had 2 drivers. I was told, by the manager, it would be another 25 minutes for my pizzas to be delivered for full price or I could pick them up for half price. I canceled the order. I am done with this location! Never again, will I order from them...Not for pick up or delivery.

Placed my order online, page stated 69-79 minute for delivery. 1 hour 45 Minutes later my order showed up. Everything was cold, pizza was not made correctly, missing Soda and Sauces. Tried calling back to speak to someone to see how we can get somethings fixed. At least the soda picked up or something. I tried calling spent 45 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone. No answer. If you are looking to wait a ridiculously long time and not get what you paid for I recommend ordering from here. We can try to look for something to blame. But the reviews seem to be accurate, something needs to change at this location.

Ordered a pepperoni and pineapple large pizza on the phone and had a great experience. Got to the store to pickup, the store was dirty. Left with my pizza only to find there was absolutely no pepperoni only pineapple and sauce!! Called the store, the manager was no help. He was expecting for me to drive all the way back to the store to return the pizza. Stay away from this Union City location!! No class!!!! Had I checked the reviews before I would have NEVER went to that place!

The order has been placed with Papa Johns over the phone around 10:30. The order consisted of 1 Small Pepperoni and Bacon pizza with no cheese and a Large 1/2 ONLY cheese pizza and the other 1/2 meat lovers pizza. I came in to pay for the order around 10:45. Shortly after arriving home around 11:30 and noticed that one of my nephews who wanted meat lovers was the only one who could have ate one of the pizzas and the other pizza was Pepperoni and Sausage wasn't touched and returned as asked the following day by you. Also on the phone call you stated in order to get a refund 50% of the order needed to be returned to the store! As directed I came to the store with more than 50% of the order! I simply just wanted my money back for an issue that wasn't my fault at all!! Not only to be on hold as the young staff kept me on hold for 55 minutes "as a manager was coming to the phone to issue a refund" the same night of the incident! So for me to have to pay for another meal from a different restaurant for 5 kids I would definitely be in need of my FULL REFUND! I do not want any discounts AT ALL! This isn't the first bad experience I have had with this staff but definitely will be the last!! The amount of my order wasn't more that $30 but its the principle of the failure of understanding and unprofessionalism from the staff!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I ordered a pepperoni pizza through the Papa Johns APP, waited for the tracker to tell me it was ready and headed to the store. How they loose a large pepperoni pizza in the store is beyond me. The workers couldn’t even COMMUNICATE what was going on. I’m asking where’s my pizza and she’s just shrugging. Another worker says she’ll make the pizza and says give her 5-7 minutes. I say ok. 8 minutes later I return to the store and NO PIZZA STILL!!!! At no point was an apology offered. I requested a refund and after 35 minutes, left with no pizza.

I wasn't impressed at all. The pizza was dry, the meat lovers didn't seem like meat lovers and the extra pepperoni wasn't. I would've fair better buying a frozen pizza.🙄

I’ve ordered from here for a very long time and the pizza used to be good but the last few times I’ve ordered it as been the worst. The customer service is non existent! I understand it’s been hard trying to hire quality people but accepting anybody loses customers. I went to pick up my order and it was a guy talking so loud on the phone and proceeded to say “ you crazy as fuck” and ran out the store laughing. I’ve been a young adult working in a pizza place before but never have I ever done something like that. I’ll pass from this location after today!

Ordered pizza, wings and a drink for delivery. Order came an hour and a half later. Wrong pizza, no wings, no drink. The pizza was also cold. Called again to tell them I got the wrong pizza and had missing items. They said they'd deliver a new one. They didn't. Called again the next day and they said the same thing. After another hour and a half I called again and they told me it was still at the store. I told them I'd come pick it up. By the time I got there they said it was out for delivery. Delivery driver called me and I said to just drop it off as we were at the Papa John's store. He said there was a delivery charge of 3.50, which I already paid. I asked him to wait 5 minutes for me to come home and I'd just pay the fee and he said he wouldn't be waiting for me. If you wan't to wait for hours on end to not get the pizza you paid for 24 hours ago be my guest. Wait for a day. They won't wait for you 5 minutes.

I now know why this location has poor ratings. I ordered 2 Large pizzas for pick up 11/25/2020 and that when I knew I messed up. When I checked my pizzas at the store I showed the cashier that the garlic cup had burst onto the box and onto 2 slices of pizza and l pointed out how horrible the pizzas were cut. She looked confused so I just asked her to change the box because I had to go. I was offered 50% off my next offer with no explanation like 50% off at a bad Papa Johns locations would entice me to order at this location again.

I ordered cheesy bread and 4 pizzas on Sunday 11/23 b/w 10:30am and 10:40. After placing my order online I was told 32 to 40 minutes before my order would arrive. Now I didn’t place my order with door dash I placed it directly through Papa Johns. A door dash driver called me and said “what Marriott are you at, your address states it’s a Marriott hotel. No ma’am I am not Ive been at my address over 14 years. I called Papa Johns to inform them and told them I wanted my money back and the order because now it’s been 2 hours. The guy tells me I can’t refund your money but I can give you half off your order for coming to pick it up instead. NOPE I just want my money. I put my address in every gps app and it brings you directly to my door. I’m not understanding why she went to a Marriott hotel. I will no longer order from this location.

This location used to deliver food in a timely manner. For the last 6 months or so, they’ve either delivered the pizza cold and two hours later or they delivered the incorrect order two hours later. Papa Johns - please stop using whatever delivery service you’ve started using and go back to delivering your own pizzas. It’s not working out for you and the customers are over it.

The lady with glasses totally ignore me, like “not my jobs”. Let me wait there half an hour and they didnot call me when my ordered is finished

highly dont reccomend, food was horrible, the cook was wearing no gloves,sagging, no hairnet. on top of that my food tasted like garbage, it was undercooked, cheese fell straight off and the pizza was so doughy it stuck to the card board box, also waited 10+ minutes then original time. i asked for refund on website and was told i had to bring the food in, how am i gonna bring in a food i already left with 30+ minutes ago and threw away once i ate a slice. i myself do not drive and would have to pay for a whole uber the more than the price as the pizza to get their again.

The ‘cashier’ then walked up, asked my name and grabbed my items from a shelf .. not a hot box, not from under a heating lamp, just a shelf. I asked him if he would tell the young lady to wear gloves when handling food and he told me they have a no glove policy or bare hand policy or something & that the other staff member I saw only had gloves on because she had a cut. When I arrived home 5 mins later my pizza was cold & burnt, my wings were cold & soggy and I’m mad I’m reading the rest of these reviews now instead of before I spent my money.
