Crew was efficient and professional, great customer service. Had to wait a few extra minutes for barbacoa but I was happy to do so as I love barbacoa. They worked fast and even comped my chips and guac for the wait. Went back again days later and different crew just as quick and efficient. Love Chipotle!

Im honestly shocked at the reviews. This place is clean, speedy service, give you great portions!! It may different when placing an order online or delivery but I have learned that with Chipotle its always best to go inside and get your order. The online price hikes and smaller portions sealed the deal for me. Go inside and order only and this location always delivers flawlessly

It's like Subway but for burritos. Food is good and reasonably priced. One worker had her ready-to-clock-out face on but overall good experience here. The burritos were fat, food was fresh and no flies in the kitchen 😋 like I've seen at subway in the past. If u want authentic tho go somewhere else.

New to Chipotle, so had questions about what to order.Serena, at the serving line, was very helpful, explained the food items very well. The atmosphere was pretty plain, not conducive to sit and just enjoy your food, makes me think that most people must drive through or get delivery.

Look Chipotle is great. Usually 5 stars. But this visit was awful. She didnt drain the juice from the Pico de gio. And the beans and the tacos were watery as a result. Plus all the guacamole was in one bite.

Need a better shift leader. Seems to be the same guy, kind of “running the show” every time and he is always flustered. The staff seems unhappy for sure and smiles? Hospitality? Ya no, they are so all over the place trying to figure out who got what that actually looking up and engaging is a not happening. There was only one little family ahead of me and no one behind me. It’s not that serious, no one’s saving lives here. Dial it down a notch and take a breath! This visit literally gave me anxiety.

I should have read the reviews before going here. Last time I was here I thought Portion was small. I figured it was a fluke. Happened again, and I noticed a review that said what I was thinking. Portion size is consistently small. Half a spoon of pastor meat….I didn’t ask for them to add more, because I didn’t want to give them a reason to charge for double meat. I wish I took a picture before I started eating. Food tasted fine.

More times than not around 8 o’clock this location is always out of Barbacoa. Unacceptable especially with another two hours before closing.

Not sure what's changed, but I've been meaning to update this review to help others. As some have mentioned the portion sizes are smaller at this location, especially depending on who is behind the counter. I've stopped going to this location as often. I drop in time to time to see if it's improved but the portion sizes are a bit stingy.

I visited this Chipotle for a steak bowl and was surprised at how small the serving was. The portion looked closer to a kid’s meal, especially for the price. I received very little rice (maybe a very conservative cup) and only a few pieces of steak. The food was also cold when I got it. I hope this location improves consistency with portion sizes and food temperature.

This location sucks so hard... Ordered through Uber eats and the bowl was less than half empty, one burrito was made completely wrong and the other burrito had a PIECE OF HARD PLASTIC in it. Normally I don't take the time to leave negative reviews if the company resolves the issue, but in this situation, they keep sending me to Uber eats and Uber eats keeps saying we have to call Chipotle. We just wanted replacements. But neither are bothering to take accountability for the screwed up order. But good job. I'm spreading this everywhere since apparently customer service is lost on y'all.

Nothing wrong with the food when you dine in but me and my dad went there at 9pm and they close at 10pm. When we pulled up the people inside looked at us weirdly and when we tried to open the door it was locked. They didn’t say nothing and just looked at us like we’re slow. It looked like they had a friend of there’s inside because someone was just chilling out. Nothing against the food, yet the service could be better.

So you’ll get your food but be prepared to have the most unfriendly service. I went in to order my food with 5 staff workers completely not acknowledging me. I stood there to long I almost asked if they were open. Everyone seems miserable, no one is smiling. If they weren’t so fast with their delivery of my food I would say don’t bother going in there.

Stopped in coming from ikea. We had an email coupon, and the guy serving on the line couldn’t help with it. The meat bins were just about empty, and looked gross. The only meat bin that was full had dried up chicken in it. I asked if they were going to put out fresh meat, and the guy rudely said that what was out was all that was available and he couldn’t put out fresher meat until it the meat bin was empty. If I had ordered, he would have had to scrape up the gross mess that was sticking to the bottom of the container. Gross.

Insisted on me making an online order to heat up a quesadilla halfway through my order. Was rude, and refused to heat it up because of oven “being full” even though another worker heated up a mans quesadilla right behind me in front of me. Terrible service!

Sat at the drive through to pick up an online order for at least 5 minutes. Dude inside the window never even looked at me. Someone had to come from another part of the store to hand me my bag. If it's not your job to work the window then fine, but acknowledgment of the customer's existence would be great.. Protein portions were pretty terrible. I had to dig through my burrito to find it. Burrito is a strong word, this was more like a folded tortilla with stuff in it. Glad I ordered extra of toppings or else I don't think I would've had much of that either. The queso was not prepared correctly. It's completely tasteless and orange. Looks and tastes like Velveeta. Moral of the story - drive the extra couple miles to the Forum. Don't waste your money on this location.

Can't even get a door dash order right. Just rice and beans in my bowl, no veggies cheese or guac/extra meat. Ordered a large chips and queso, sent a small order of queso and no chips. My wife's burrito had 2 hairs in it. Used to love chipotle since I worked there, standards sure have dropped

I just wanted to try this location giving it the benefit of the doubt but I can see why the ratings are so low. First of all the food looks so dry and old, and then I ordered the barbacoa for my wife there wasn’t any left so the worker said she’ll go to the back for more and came back empty handed giving my wife’s bowl a spoonful of barbacoa.. alright that was fine no worries right? But then they messed up the order, adding unnecessary sauce when I did not ask one of the bowl, which would’ve been fine but my wife is allergic.. alright I get it mistakes happen, but tell me why the worker looked annoyed at me like it was MY FAULT? whatever. After that the cashier didn’t bother to ask if I wanted anything else so I had to stop her mid transaction telling her I wanted chips and two drinks.. alright that was fine too I get it we all get carried away. Me and my wife were disappointed since neither of us were able to get our bowls ( since I had to give her mine due to the sauce the worker added), of course we were bummed but we didn’t want any trouble so we just ate our food. At the end neither of us were able to finish our bowl so she went to go ask for two lids, tell my why the worker rolled her eyes and scoffed before going to get her the lids? I understand we all have bad days but there’s no need to take it out on everyone else. The short haired worker was rude and honestly horrible at her job. This is why I’m writing this, we just wanted to eat a peaceful meal and go on about our day but this place just had to ruin it! 0/10 RECOMMENDED! Go to any other location but this one, I’m sure you’ll get better service anywhere else.

As someone who works in customer service, I am usually the first to give understanding to others who also work in customer service, but when I tell you that there is only ever ONE man who works at this chipotle that smiles and greets me and my partner when we walk in the door. That’s WILD! Honestly though, maybe the manager is the reason these employees look like they hate their job. Tonight when I went, he was standing at the cash register, I went to pay for my food and he pulled the register out- didn’t say a damn word to me- and then walked to the back and yelled at someone else to come charge me out. Honestly disgusting that Chipotle would let someone manage a store like this and treat their employees like this. Do better Chipotle!!

Employees don't seem to know how to make sure ALL orders go in the bag before putting them on the shelves to be picked up by delivery drivers. We ordered from the location in Selma, TX and got someone else's burritos. So we tried a different location our next order. This next order, we were missing an entire meal. Incompetent Employees.

Came on here to comment about the service and looks like it’s a hot topic. I love Chipotle too much not to continue eating here, but a simple “thanks” or “hello” can go a long way. I practically give chipotle half my salary for as many times as I eat here, and a courtesy smile, or even eye contact would be a nice gesture.

I’m not the type of person to write reviews, but this experience needs to be addressed. The manager was on his cell phone while wearing the same gloves he was using to serve food—completely unsanitary and unacceptable. On top of that, the restaurant was dirty, with tables left uncleaned, and the staff seemed indifferent. We’ve given this location a few chances to redeem themselves, but they keep disappointing us every time. This was the last straw. (Not entitled person here)

Most of the employees are nice but the manager is openly and loudly rude to customers and the other workers. Specifically the one in charged today Nov 3, during opening. Openly disrespecting her workers while making us food, then rude to us and the customer in front of us for no reason. Portions were smaller than company policy, especially the guacamole portion. She was also too lazy to heat my tortilla for the correct amount of time and only left it on for 1 second. I tried to call the location to get the managers name for the review and they hung up on me. Chips we were served were out of date, no crunch, bag of soft tortilla chips 😢 we had to throw away. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 minutes to the location at the forum, they are excellent.

Never had ate here since it opened decided to give them a shot girl who was not even a manager was talking about charging for sides and acting as if the food came out of her paycheck keep in mind they had like 45 till they were closing! First and last time ! I can see why they have average of 2.something reviews on google !

Food was not that great steak looked like it was raw. The service overall was kind of mixed but not welcoming at all, the business hours on the door said they close 10pm on a Thursday. And I got there at 8pm, and it looks like they were ready to close up. When we started ordering the girl looked like she was ready to leave, plus she was giving attitude, so much that even the other coworker helping her on the line was kind of telling her to calm down (props to that worker). Then a whole line of people started coming in and she made it so obvious that she was upset, and almost everyone on the line was complaining that she was giving attitude. Look I understand, I used to work in the food industry long ago, but your getting paid to work and serve us, not to stand around to goof off and get mad when you actually have to do your job. Was so ridiculous, no one wants to work I get it, I get like that sometimes, but I have priorities. Seems like this chipotle workers don't. Hopefully this changes, not all of the employees were like this, but that worker definitely needs some soft skills training or get retrained in general. Or have the appropriate action taken since her attitude was definitely not acceptable.

food is always consistent & i come here because they are never too busy, however i always recieve the most dismissive service. i was previously given a bad experience from the manager prior to realizing he even was the manager, and every time he’s there it seems like the most hostile environment. i’ve witnessed employees being demeaning to each other on the line in front of me multiple times, they’re truly just lucky i enjoy the food

I scheduled to pick up my dinner. The restaurant is completely empty but they said they couldn't help me because I was 8 minutes too early. So i have to wait in my truck before i can approach the window agian i was told. Im sitting in my truck.... And cannot believe these employees tell people to leave and come back in 8 min

Placed a mobile order, went to pick it up and the girl at the window has attitude for days. Get home and the name on the bag was correct but the name on the bowl was a completely different person. I opened the bowl to double check and it indeed, was wrong. Go back to chipotle and tell them it was the wrong order, the same girl with the attitude asked if I checked the order…like hello? Why else would I be here? I should have replied, “DID YOU CHECK THE ORDER?!” Clearly not. She gets another employee to ask me what’s wrong with the order so I say again, the name on the bag is correct but the bowl in the bag belongs to whoever it says on the bowl. He remade the order and my mistake was not checking that it was correct because wouldn’t you guess it, I get home and the order is still wrong. Not to mention, you could smell the cumin radiating from the bowl as they used too much or something. It was so gross.

Went the other day great. TODAY on the other hand horrible. The manger made my husband food then wiped his gloves with a napkin. I had to tell him to change them while making my son’s food. He has a dairy allergy. We sat down to eat. The sour cream was nasty. It was old and sour. He ran out of Queso. I asked for a refund. Manger was nice about it. When I was up there I needed a lid for my son’s meal and the lady with the pink hair was so rude.

It's a shame the Chipotle is now hiring anyone and doesn't have a good manager at this store. Employees are a direct reflection of leadership. They were to busy having personal conversations then giving customer service. Not like going out the way service just basic service. Had a young man who is obviously new giving very small servings and not really knowing what he was doing or how to answer questions. This makes me question quality of food and cleanliness

This location is crap! Ordered dinner via Uber Eats tonight. 1st bowl was missing brown rice and cheese, paid for double steak and had mostly fajita mix, red salsa, and sour cream. 2nd Bowl was missing it's gauc, also paid for double barbacoa and had almost no meat. When you try calling to complain it redirects you to the Chipotle website which then redirects you to Uber Eats. No Accountability. $50 bucks for this crap.

Have ordered multiple times through the app, doordash,uber and in person. Every single time the order has been missing items had the wrong protein or plain got the entire wrong meal. This time I was given a bowl of raw steak. BFF.

0/5 if it were possible. This is clearly a reflection of poor leadership. We showed up at 830 with the desire to enjoy a side of queso and chips. Apparently they are not prepared to run until 10pm. The store was out of Chips, Sour Cream and hardly had queso available. The staff was running around with little direction from the manager hiding in his office. Will never be returning again, would recommend visiting the Forum location instead.

I will not be going back to this one on Kitty Hawk. I normally order a bowl from another location and it is always piled high. I ordered TWO bowls from this location and combined, they MAY have equalled my usual order. If you wanna spend $14 on a kiddie bowl, this is the place to go. Food seemed like it wasn't totally fresh, and this was at 2:30 in the afternoon! Sooo disappointed.

Gone a few times now & the service makes me and most customers from what I’ve heard feel rushed, annoyed, & not helped. The portion size is CRAZY small especially when you order on the app. If I’m paying almost $20 for these tiny portions it isn’t worth it in the slightest.. this location is the worst!

They close at 10pm, I go in at 9:10 and they literally have nothing but a scoop and half of chicken left…zero other protein options. I understand trying to pre-close but almost an hour before close they have zero options?? What’s the point in being open until 10pm, might as well have just closed at 9pm and saved everyone time. Worst part is 2 other cars parked looking for service as I left, I can only imagine how many others were coming to get food for the night. I told one car getting out. That they had nothing left to serve, he said “damn this location always does this,” good to know they’ve got a reputation and I wasn’t crazy. If you close at 10pm, be stocked and prepared for service until 10pm. I’ve worked and run a reputable restaurant in town, I understand the industry. To stop producing and closing an hour before close is a horrible business practice. Makes sense why this location is averaging less than 3 stars, should be lower.

Avoid this location at all costs. Go to the one in the forum if you must, or Freebirds! The manager at this location cannot think for herself and apparently gets mad at employees who can and do use common sense. I ordered a bowl, nachos style. Employee knew immediately it mean grab a bag of chips (and charge me, duh!) and place them at the bottom of the bowl THEN make the bowl as usual. Every other location can do that except this one. Manager stops him and says she’s not sure if they’re allowed to do that.. wait huh?! Every other employee was making a face when she said that. Weirdest moment ever. She wasn’t too rude about it either, just lost. This meant the employee made the bowl and I had to flip it onto the chips, cheese first. Soggy chips even faster… I haven’t eaten chipotle since. This location ruined that experience.

They should fire that manager. Shes always with a bad attitude and bad face. She gets on her employees if they give extra meat. I actually dont know if shes the manager or not but the black girl with the unhappy face. Chicken is supposed to be 4oz. She put 2.84 last time i went. Came home and used a scale, not the first time

How do you know if people hate working fast food? Skip Mcdonalds and go to Chipotle. This location is by far the worst of the Chipotle, which is saying a lot because all the local Chiptole staff just seem so unhappy and tired. This one in particular just today hadn't gone tot he bank so they told my kids they couldn't give them change for their cash they paid with… Seriously?!? Stealing from kids?!? So sad and so poorly managed. None of the young people want to work and if they do, they act like they are in the worst place in the world. Absolutely ridiculous. Service is crap! Especially Kat with the clear framed glasses and her hair in a braid. She is rude disrespectful and charges people for things that Chipotle doesn't charge for! Absolutely ridiculous. I got charge for lettuce on the side because it didn't fit in the bowls! Other customers even stated how she was rude!!!! Stay away if Kat is on shift!

They should fire that manager. Shes always with a bad attitude and bad face. She gets on her employees if they give extra meat. I actually dont know if shes the manager or not but the black girl with the unhappy face. Chicken is supposed to be 4oz. She put 2.84 last time i went. Came home and used a scale, not the first time

How do you know if people hate working fast food? Skip Mcdonalds and go to Chipotle. This location is by far the worst of the Chipotle, which is saying a lot because all the local Chiptole staff just seem so unhappy and tired. This one in particular just today hadn't gone tot he bank so they told my kids they couldn't give them change for their cash they paid with… Seriously?!? Stealing from kids?!? Gone a few times now & the service makes me and most customers from what I’ve heard feel rushed, annoyed, & not helped. The portion size is CRAZY small especially when you order on the app. If I’m paying almost $20 for these tiny portions it isn’t worth it in the slightest.. this location is the worst!

Bad service overall. The older gentleman didn't seem to want to take my order. He was acting very awkward. Made me feel like I wasn't supposed to be there.

They close at 10pm, I go in at 9:10 and they literally have nothing but a scoop and half of chicken left…zero other protein options. I understand trying to pre-close but almost an hour before close they have zero options?? What’s the point in being open until 10pm, might as well have just closed at 9pm and saved everyone time. Worst part is 2 other cars parked looking for service as I left, I can only imagine how many others were coming to get food for the night. I told one car getting out. That they had nothing left to serve, he said “damn this location always does this,” good to know they’ve got a reputation and I wasn’t crazy. If you close at 10pm, be stocked and prepared for service until 10pm. I’ve worked and run a reputable restaurant in town, I understand the industry. To stop producing and closing an hour before close is a horrible business practice. Makes sense why this location is averaging less than 3 stars, should be lower.
