Happy Lunar New Year! This place has some new year items that may warm you up with the cool weather lately. The staff is awesome!! No changes there! Okay, let’s talk food… Noodles, dumplings, dessert… I tried the Mango Tiger Boba. If they use something other than Minute Maid lemonade I think this drink would be a winner, it’s prettier in the picture unless it’s done right, but for the price, well, I say go to CityWalk’s Mini Monster. Better quality and better price. The shumai were small but tasty. No one in my party tried the noodles yet but they look good. TIP: The best deal in the park is here.. The Cinnamon Tiger Tail Donut! This donut is almost 2 feet long covered in cinnamon sugar and drizzled with chocolate sauce. At $6.99 it is worth it! See all my pics and you decide!
We used the mobile app to order, pay, and pick up. Warning: limited selection, but it worked well for us as we ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl and cold sesame noodles. It was all good, but they forgot to add the tofu to my noodles. We did return to the counter, and it was easily corrected.
There's not many things to comment about this place. This place might be one of the cheapest ways to eat in a theme park. But the quality of the food, considering the price, was under my expectations. I visited this place to quickly have lunch before the Waterworld show starts.
I believe what we ordered was special for Lunar New Year. We got the fish with bok choy, pork ramen, teriyaki chicken, and an almond "rabbit" cookie. All the food was pretty good.

The Baseline: For a sit down Dining experience establishment the food flavors must represent the theme of the environment, there must be unique offerings to the restaurant based on the theme, and the experience must be immersive to the theme park experience. Food: It was mediocre to bad the night we were here for Hollywood Horror Nights. I was excited that there was a Fallout Theme to this food and I left very disappointed in the food. Item 1: Iguana on a Stick (Cheese incased corn dog) was so bad it we returned it. Undercooked, no crispy outside, and not appealing to look at. Item 2: Rad Roach legs and fries (chicken wings) - Better cook but rubbery skin and the sauce was okay at best. Item 3 - Cram Fries (Spam Fries) - underwhelming and spam pieces were not fried with a crispy skin. The sauce was off putting. Item 4 - Rad Away drink- Tasty drink and a great souvenir with the Rad-away pack. Item 5- Nuclear Punch - alcoholic drink was pretty decent. Service- Good service from Universal Staff. Ambiance- The Fallout theme on the Hollywood and Dime restaurant was excellent and well done for a quick overlay. I liked the different artwork and the outside theme.

Wait times fluctuated significantly. One friend got their food within 5mins, my other friend waited 15-20mins for theirs, and it wasn’t particularly busy in-store or with mobile orders. For the price and choices available at the time (after midnight on Halloween Horror Night…), this was ok. •Pulled Pork Sandwich with Fries (Fast Food/Theme Park Scale) 3.5/5: pulled pork was better than usual fast food meat. Fries were mediocre. •BBQ Corn Dog and Fries 2.75/5 (Fast Food/Theme Park Scale): hot dog was excessively salty. Fries were ok. Again, the order took an excessive amount of time for what it was. *I didn’t get any photos, it was very dark and the only seating was outside.

This was not good. We ordered the Asian Stir Fry and fries. Taking our order was quick but then everything slowed down. Had to ask for soy sauce and chopsticks twice. Our stir fry sat for so long that it wasn't hot anymore. I asked for a new one. The chicken was mushy, the veggies weren't tasty, the kimchi was okay and the bowls was more than half rice. There needed to be sauce. Very disappointing and pricey. What was served looked nothing like the photo on the menu. I posted a before and after photo. You can see all the rice. The fries were good and I would get again. I'm giving 2 stars for the fries. No AP discount.

I got the bbq corn dog. It had a mustard drizzle which I didn’t like. It was very bitter. The fries were not good either. I’d recommend eating somewhere else.
Service is bad. Waited half an hour for one part of order and was told it was taking a long to make (club sandwiches) but saw that same order given to others. Finally we demanded they give us the one on a tray for someone else and Alia - employee - was very rude about it. Not sure it’s worth ordering ahead as I see complaints about that also. Food is ok. Atmosphere is awesome because it’s a nice day.

Burger came with 2 piece of meat instead of a patty. Onion rings with 3 pieces of chicken. Save your money. If this is what grinch eats, no wonder he likes stealing! 👍
We went to this restaurant and after placing my order, I had to wait for a whole 40 minutes. The whole place was chaotic and there was no clear system for getting your food. It was like playing a game of tennis where luck determined whether you could actually get your meal. Whenever I asked the server when my food would be ready, they would always say it would take another 10 minutes. I strongly advise against trying this restaurant as it will only disappoint you and ruin your experience at Universal Studios. It is truly a cancer in the realm of theme park dining.
Maruchan is better My daughters and I were so hungry and wanted to try this place! I understand theme park food is expensive and not good but sometimes is not that bad specially if you are hungry! Everything we had was nasty! The ramen tasted like oil and no flavor maruchan noodle soup! Food is warm! Just stay away from this place! The funnel cake looks good but I didn’t want to risk it! My daughter said the Teriyaki chicken wasn’t that bad (I thought it was flavorless!) Show less
Miss Chili cheese fries it was the best :(
Overly priced for a very small portion, not worth it, seems like a plate for a child. My son ordered the pork ramen and so disappointing to see a plate like one of those they serve a small salad for appetizer.

There are many things I could list, but for starters is the management. For one, I’m not too sure what her name was, but a worker there was being completely and unreasonably rude to another employee. The other employee was simply trying to do his job, yet she only criticized him for trying to reach customer expectations. And another take on her, she’s incredibly disrespectful. I understand it was a long day and she might have been tired, but she had no reason to be rude to a customer. While asking a question about how the refills work, she had an attitude and completely disrespected me and frankly enough was astoundingly rude. Then there’s the food. I’d like to say that it wasn’t horrible, but ur wasn’t amazing. One, it’s basically flavorless. Two, it was cold. Three, had too much vinegar within its dishes. Four, was too oily. I would’ve loved to put a 5 star review, but unfortunately with the service I received, I just can’t bring myself to do it.
We weren't sure what we wanted, we saw they had a variety of food here. My daughter and I both got pizza and my boyfriend a burger. We literally waited about 25 minutes to get our food. The burger was cold the patty had no flavor. The pizza tasted like cardboard. A hot pocket pizza probably tastes better than that. The onion rings were very oily and greasy. The French fries were the only decent thing there. While waiting for our food they were getting complaints left and right that an order wasent correct. I would not spend my money here.
First of all, the Asian chicken salad is nothing like it’s advertised as. It was mostly coleslaw and this disgusting bright pink chicken in a Chinese food container for $13. As if the food wasn’t bad enough, the employee who rang me up STOLE my credit card number off the register after we left and spent $250 online at Walmart. I contacted Universal, but of course I did not hear anything back. STAY AWAY from this place!
Despite having a name order system in place There was no verification for who's order is whos. (Horror Nights)
Honestly some of the worst tasting food we've ever had at a theme park, and stupid expensive for what you get. We tried everything and nothing was good, except the tigers tail. The Teriyaki chicken was tiny pieces of chicken with a quick squirt of Teriyaki and when i asked if i could get more the gal said "that's just the way it comes " and offered me soy sauce which is nothing like teriyaki. The potstickers were dry and tested like they had been under a heat lamp for days, and only 1 small packet of sauce. ramen had a dirty dishwster aftertaste. Save your money, go somewhere else.
Placed a mobile order for a lobster roll, my phone died right after. When I went to pick up my order they said they couldn't find it and it probably didn't go through. Well my bank statement says different as I was charged $30 for food I did not get. I kindly asked them twice to check for my order. The workers are completely incompetent. The guy in front even called someone from the back as if to intimate me as if I was lying. What a joke of people.
