Good varieties of choices. They are not only having donuts nowadays but also crossaint, English muffins and bagels. And they have Matcha drink! Good move to collaborate with Amex Gold card. otherwise I will not had to visit DK.

The food is what you expect from DD. But the service I got was excellent. I was there to redeem my T-Mobile Tuesday $2 credit, and had ordered a maple bar. When I mentioned I would be using the credit, the cashier pointed out that I could add a munchkin to the order and still be under the $2 credit. So she helped me maximize my value, even when it was costing them more. Excellent service!

The store is clean and efficiently run! Special thanks to Nikolai, whose friendly demeanor really brightened my afternoon. We ordered a half-dozen doughnuts and a large black coffee. 1. I totally understand the coffee hype at Dunkin' now; it was definitely the highlight. 2. I personally prefer Chuck's raised doughnuts/bars to Dunkin', but their cake doughnuts were deliciously fluffy, especially the cinnamon one! I'll be back :)

The menu includes a lot of variety and most of the staff has amazing costumer service. I especially like that the employee Mary was really trying to make sure all the orders were getting done. The waiting time is reasonable and in times fast. 10/10 overall

Stopped in for the soft opening Wednesday August 5. Everyone was learning the process and soaking up all the information, but along the way service was good and friendly. They do make a great dark roast coffee. I also appreciate that the donuts aren't so huge that you feel gross after eating one. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Great coffee. Classic Dunkin’ Donuts. The service was awesome - very efficient server. In a strip mall that is run down so not the ideal location but it doesn’t impact the product - everything you’d want out of a Dunkin in any city. I used the Dunkin app which works well there so no waiting.

Service was great , friendly cashier. Overall product quality and taste could be improved. The glazed munchkins ( donut holes ) didn't seem glazed at all, they were rather melted. I got a nitro cold brew with sweet foam and it tasted like a flat beer 😆 I've had nitro cold brew at Starbucks for example and I don't grt that taste

Just, not as good as the other two. I will give them the edge on coffee drinks though. Decent donuts, good coffee & great customer service. And they accept credit cards. Chuck's does not. So, there's that.

A short moment later, iced coffee but no milk. “Oh, I don’t see milk in there”… “That’s why I asked if you wanted creamer” … “I said yes, milk”… shortly after I’m handed the correct order, I say thank you twice and she says nothing because she’s annoyed. Hey it’s like I’m back home in Boston! Thanks for the laugh on the way out

I originally gave this place 5 stars when all the food items I ordered were really well done with high quality. Now, this place has gotten several online orders wrong, the surface of the packaging smelled like weed one time, and some of the donuts have an extremely weird taste in some parts when I bought them directly from the store.

This is a 3-24-2023 photo of the new "breakfast taco". Disappointing, tiny amount of filing. This photo is after one bite... I was hungry...it tasted okay but the value is terrible. This "taco" cost me $4.36. Absolutely NOT worth it. Do NOT order!

I visited the store about 20 minutes ago after placing an order through the app for 24 donuts. When I arrived, I was greeted by a Hispanic lady who was extremely rude and provided very poor customer service. Not only did she not have my order ready, but her attitude throughout the interaction was completely unprofessional. She was disrespectful, dismissive, and showed no willingness to help or solve the issue. It truly felt like she didn’t care at all about the customers or the service she was providing. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but if someone doesn’t enjoy their job or isn’t willing to treat customers with kindness and respect, maybe this isn’t the right position for them. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. I’m very disappointed with the experience, and I hope management addresses this situation appropriately. No customer should be treated this way, especially when we’re paying for a service and trusting the business to fulfill an order placed in advance

I just stop by there today 10th of March 2023 to buy donut at 3:35 p.m. Behavior of the employees was literally disrespectful. I just asked for Boston kreme and it was just ran out but they tried to give me another ones. I said “thank you maybe next time then” and they stared and laughed insultingly. I didn’t even understand what it was! I am the loyal Dunkin Donut customer and it was the worst one I have ever seen.
