There’s a true superwoman working at this location! She’s handling the work of three employees, giving it her all. Even with ten customers in front of her, she still manages to smile and greet each one with kindness.
Took my grandpa who is on hospice care a smoothie to see if it was something he would eat since he often refuses food. He loved the Razzmatazz and drank every drop of it. We will definitely be getting him more of them.
I like going here for my daughter's favorite, Chunky Strawberry Bowl. The staff here is very friendly and keeps the store nice and clean. The preparation is always nice and quick. It's a much better place than the others I have gone to. I wish I could remember everyone's names. I APPRECIATE you all. 10/28/2024 I just visited this location again. I want to THANK Jamba for having BROOKE at this location. She makes the BEST Peanut Butter Mood and Chunky Strawberry Bowl. She's also ALWAYS so patient and careful with making our order. Employees are always nice and you get the feeling that they're happy to serve you. The fruit always taste fresh and sweet! It's a little small on the inside but it also has a lot of outdoor seating which is nice. A nice establishment overall 👌

Update: The store reached out and apologized for the inconvenience. I had been coming in regularly for several weeks. The food was good and the service was adequate. Then starting September 18, it has been a ghost town. I went in during posted business hours on that date. The doors were unlocked and I went in. I waited 5 minutes for service and nobody came out. I went back the following Monday during posted business hours and the doors were locked. I went back again this morning (a week later) during posted business hours and again the doors were locked. There was no sign saying “Closed Mondays”, or that there were new business hours. I checked online and it said this location was currently open.
This location is very near to my house, which is the main reason I even go there. About 75% of the time, they tell me that the drink that I always get does not exist. Even after I locate the drink on the menu, they never apologize. The drink contains fresh squeezed orange juice, and several times, their machine hasn't been working. I also find that when they are busy, my drink isn't thoroughly blended and contains large chunks. It also seems that pleasant interactions with the employees are the exception, rather than the rule.

The female that helped me with the piercings in her eyebrows and her lip and her nose, she's very rude. When you order a drink and you pay almost ten dollars , you want the cup to be filled

How does a smoothie place not have almond milk readily available? Not everyone can drink dairy, and coconut milk is a very specific taste that not all people love. The customer service was lack luster. Likely wouldn’t return.

I usually love Jamba Juice but not this time. They were busy and had 3 guys working. Next thing you know they are backed up with smoothies on the counter, orders wrong or incomplete . Then there was a " mystery smoothie" . No one knew what it was but they all sniffed it, only to put it back on the counter. When my drink was ready it was not thick and delicious it was runny and wrong. Probably wont stop again
Showed up at 6:50 am since they open at 7 called at 7:06 because doors were still closed at that time. I asked what time they open employee said they open at 7 but she was in the restroom and hangs up on me. The employee had seen my husband outside trying to open the door and never acknowledged him she then still proceeded to not open the door till 7:10 and only unlocked it and walked away, no good morning or I’m sorry I got a little behind, nothing! My husband then asked for the bowl I wanted and she said well it won’t be ready for 20’min everything is still frozen. Not only was she rude she wasted our time when we were already in a hurry to get to work! Not a great way to start our day! And sucks she had a terrible attitude at 7 am!

She basically just gave me a look as in continuing making smoothies and could not even say hi welcome will be right with you. I understand she's probably by herself and she was probably making roughly around 7 smoothies that I counted. But still it doesn't hurt to say hello and it doesn't hurt to say I'll be right with you. I waited a total of 8 minutes then after all the smoothies were done she took all the blender and went to the back to wash them. I decided not to wait any longer and left. Just a few things I would like to point out I understand you're by yourself, but at the same time you get paid to serve your your customers. Please take also and consideration that your customers actually write your paycheck not the corporate office. If customers did not exist walking into that store, you would not be employed nor anybody else would be employed and you would not have a company to work for. I also have to say and I do honestly feel wholeheartedly that you looked very miserable and you did not want to be there. There are tons of applicants that would love to have your position. Please appreciate your customers and please! It doesn't hurt to say hello, I'll be right with you. Jamba Juice you seriously need to change something! Franchise or not you still hold the name, live up to it!

I stop @ the Rialto store, I can’t believe the service, the young girl stated as I got to the counter we only have smoothies, I ordered 2 smoothie, I left to my car & tasted my smoothie it did not taste like mango. So I got out of my car to go back inside. as I was walking back into the store I seen the sign “ under new management smoothie 50% percent off” , I asked the young lady did I get 50% off she said yes, I wondered why I paid $11.44 for 2 smoothies if it was 50% off, she said you only get 50% off for 1. I told her the mango tasted different she shrugged her shoulders as if saying so wat. So I said so I’m stuck with this drink that doesn’t taste rite. She stood & looked with no comment. Bad Service I would like a refund or replacement & my 50% off .

Placed and purchased my pick up order and when I got there the door was locked, no employee in site, we called the store about 4 times and no answer. It is a Saturday morning so they are open and states they are open online: Other customers also arrived but they weren’t able to get in either. We waited about 20 min until we decided to leave, have to dispute the charge with my bank now. Really unprofessional
