If you like tripe, this is a great place to enjoy its flavor, whether in tacos, quesadillas, or chavondeca, accompanied by a good drink. Alternatively, you can also order grilled meat or chorizo. The place is spacious, very clean, and has plenty of staff to serve customers.

There are few friendly waiters, then everyone sits at a table and you have to keep looking for them and they even get annoyed. The food is good, but I feel that the quesadillas add very little gut, and you're supposed to go there to eat gut.

I went yesterday and the tripe was very brown when I told the waiter I didn't want it so brown, the tortilla is very small and the avocado sauce is very watered down, I think they should sell Coke instead of Pepsi.

The truth is, the tripe tacos don't taste bad, but they taste like pork rind fat. If you're coming from Mexico City or the north, it's best not to try them; you'll be disappointed. The steak and sausage tacos are good.

The food was average. I don't know if it's because of the cheese or the tripe, but it tastes a bit salty (it was a tripe-cheese) but good. The avocado salsa is excellent for spicy food lovers. What surprised me is that they don't accept credit cards; it seems pretty well-established. A bit pricey for the results, but it's not bad, but it could be better.

Pues mucha fama pero no son como que la máxima cosa, el sabor aún puede mejorar. Un buen taco se complementa con una buena salsa y acá solo hay 3 y dos de ellas son muy parecidas. Me quedaron a deber.

Nothing like the originals, with Enrique at the helm, a 15-minute wait. They let us in and there wasn't a table with the 8 chairs we needed. We took advantage and ordered. It took 35 minutes for our order to arrive, and they didn't even bring our drinks right away. I definitely don't recommend it!

The waiters seem like IMSS employees, having been bad their whole lives, providing terrible service. They never pay attention to your orders and get angry if you point it out, completely overshadowing the good taste of the tacos. Watch out for that, managers. There are many of us who, for reasons like this, will never stop by another establishment, no matter how delicious it is.

The service took a long time, over 40 minutes, and some people who were sitting next to us arrived later, but because they knew a woman who sat with them, they were served quickly.
