Excellent service & fast. My white gummi smoothie was amazing & my parents loved their watermelon blast smoothies. Not every Jamba juice makes the drinks correct. So, thank you. Two young men were there & they made all 3 drinks fast & under 5min.

The cashier was super sweet, very cheerful and high energy. They were quick to get our order ready. And took special orders for allergies. I loved this place.

I love this location, and they even accommodate my weird requests. I try to keep my sugar intake low, especially from juices and beverages, not for diabetes or anything, just for health. and energy. So I ask them to sub water for juice, and they are always cool with it!

The staff is always patient and super helpful. There is rarely a line, and they get the drinks out quickly; even custom orders. The acoustics are pretty bad, so it can be difficult to hear. There's a nice sitting area outside to enjoy your drink.

I was in today 5/28/2025 at about 10:15 am. The woman working was super friendly, efficient and kind. I called in to leave a note with a manager but no voicemail. Hopefully she gets some recognition for being a great employee!

Although there were many people waiting for their food/drinks, the young man stood at the door and provided prompt and knowledgeable customer service. With as many people as there was waiting I thought it was going to take a while to get my "modified bowl" but not only was the line in front of me taken care of I had my item within minutes. I cant tell which was better, the food or the service, can't wait to come back, thanks guys 👍 Date and time of order: Friday 5/15/20 around 5:15pm

Super friendly staff! The menu changed recently but all the drinks are the same except they got rid of the berry up beat and cookies-n-creme. Only thing I can say is that if its busy, they're pretty fast but sometimes your drink or bowl can take an extra minute :)

A red-haired employee (I wish I remembered her name) went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Even though I told her it was okay and I’d be fine, she insisted on remaking my smoothie until I was satisfied. I felt bad because I didn’t have enough money on my card to leave her a tip, but I truly hope the employees here are paid well—they absolutely deserve it. Everyone who works at this location is so kind and thoughtful. In the end I had to tell her I liked my smoothie, but I didn’t lol. I think I know what is ruining it , it might be the dry/ frozen strawberry fruit. I do not like frozen fruit because it taste completely different than a fresh fruits

They were very nice but to work in that environment with heat must be horrible. It was hard to order drinks feeling that hot, yikes. No joke my mom and I stepped out to wait for our drinks it felt like 85 degrees in there or more. We went in there around 10:30 AM. I feel like the thermostat should be fixed ASAP.

The Small is the same as the medium, you can test it out yourself. Save your money and order the small. Scam.

Only one lady ahead of me in two people were working with a third that came in yet took almost 5 minutes because the lady in front of us had a million questions which was ridiculous. Somebody else should have stepped in one before dot-dot-dot the line got to be about 5 people deep. The Jamba Juice wasn't even that great when I got it it wasn't a sweet as it normally is. This place sucks.

I would think about going to a different store. Do NOT expect your drinks to get blended... I have to jam my straw into every sip, then chew the unblended food... nothing smooth about this "Smoothie" store.

I asked for a orange and carrot juice and they told me that they had dissembled the machine because they were about to close but it was 2 hours before they closed, remind you they take 40 minutes to soak it. One last thing every Jamba Juice I go to they always say there machine is broken.

Online shows they close at 8pm and hours were confirmed a week ago but when I showed up at 6:10 they told me they were closed.

First off, my name is William and I’m a larger sized black teen.(lineman for football) I went in, and 2 families of 3 and a tall lady got there orders first, most of the drinks were large and I ordered a medium strawberry wild. When I got it the lady upfront said “William” I said “that’s me” she looked at me crazy and said “um ok” So don’t go, terrible service. Rude staff.

I was worried about my melanin content when I walk in and my fears were justified. They refused to serve me.

There were multiple groups of people placed orders after me, but I was the last one got my order. When I asked what happened, they told me it took them awhile to wash the orange for my juice. Seriously? Terrible experience and feeling.

I mentioned could I get a little more smoothie in my bowl. As, you can tell it looks pretty empty. She said they made it exactly to the recipe, yet… there’s barely any smoothie.

I'm not sure how many years I've been coming here but today's experience ruined this location's reputation for me from here on out. My husband and I ordered two simple drinks, nothing special added or anything, then went outside to wait. Yet for some unknown reason, the man who ordered a single drink after us as well as the couple that ordered their two drinks after him all had their drinks brought outside to them as soon as their orders were made... while ours sat on the counter for God knows how long. From outside I stared at the girl standing at the counter who literally stared right back at me and did absolutely NOTHING. Frustrated and sweating from the heat (while wearing a mask of course), I came inside to see two drinks sitting on the counter. I approached the counter and again the girl standing there did nothing and said nothing. I turned to my husband as I grabbed them and said, "Well I guess these are our drinks?" and we exited the store. Unbelievably horrible customer service! Don't think I'll be coming back here even if my life depended on it.

She told me it was $10. I asked about the happy hour again, and she insisted that was the correct price. I pointed out that the sign said $7. She told me happy hour only started at 4:00. I explained that it was already 4:05. Still, she insisted the price was $10. I went ahead and paid. The man after me ordered the same large smoothie for happy hour and paid $7. I know because I asked him. I don’t understand why the woman charged me differently from him.

8/10/24– do not recommend this location. The inside is dirty, the smoothies are not made correctly— we asked for a non-dairy medium smoothy they screwed up made small. When we pointed this out they put us back in line to make a smoothie and made my daughter throw out the small and wait. Ella has very poor customer service— when she remade the smoothie she made it with dairy instead of oat milk and when her co worker pointed out the mistake she proceeded to continue making the smoothie saying “it didn’t matter”. It does matter for those with dairy allergies.

Since when do açaí tropical bowls come with a half a banana? My pretzel was touched by another customer and they still attempted to serve it to me as if I didn’t see it happen. Definitely won’t return to this location.
