I wanted to express my deepest admiration for Gramsci Bar and Bistrot! 🌟 This place is a true gem in the city, not only for the excellent burgers (which are truly spectacular!), but also for the aperitifs that make you feel right at home. And then there's Andrea, the wine cellar wizard! 😊 Since he arrived, the wine selection has become even more interesting, with unique offerings presented with a skill, charm, and mastery that will make you fall in love. It's clear he has a true passion for his work, and it shows! Thank you, Andrea, for elevating our tasting experience to the next level! 🌟 And thank you to the entire Gramsci staff for creating such a welcoming and warm environment.

A simple cappuccino made in the best possible way, perhaps the best I've ever had. Perfect milk foam, without the slightest bubble, a velvety smoothness. And above all, it was white, the coffee was underneath. Delicious and perfect. And so much courtesy.
Gramsci Bar is a place suitable for everyone. Both children and adults alike have a wide selection of things, from biscuits to hot chocolate, delicious brioche in various flavors, Ligurian focaccia from Recco, pizzas, etc. The prices? I find them to be one of the best and also very high quality. The service is excellent, friendly, fast, and professional. The atmosphere is beautiful and spacious, even for birthday parties. I recommend it to everyone because the food is truly excellent, from lunch to dinner, and there's enough choice of dishes, meat, and sandwiches. 🥰 It's Neapolitan. ☕ The coffee is delicious, guys. I don't think you can find a good coffee like this in the area. If you want it with a latte, try the "sfomma di nuvola" (cloudy foam) it makes, it's a delicious thing for macchiato lovers.

September 2021... A very enjoyable moment and a wonderful discovery, before boarding the ferry back to Corsica. Alas! A warm, typically Italian atmosphere, good quality products prepared with care, offering excellent value for money. We will return on our next trip. Highly recommended. April 2022... In the middle of our meal, the Corsica Ferry ruined everything... Very bad company for Corsica... animal transportation...

A truly unique place, rare to find, with incredibly friendly staff and quality products, well-prepared and beautifully served. A wonderful experience, thank you. If you're in the area, stop by. It's worth it, whether for breakfast, lunch, an aperitif, or a quick snack. It's a must-try.
A charming and well-run place, both a bar and a restaurant with an interesting menu, located in the center of Vado Ligure. It has some tables inside and some outside. Excellent value. The staff is kind and friendly.
It's a shame we stopped by on reopening day; not everything on the menu was available. It definitely deserves a thorough re-evaluation. Delicious fried food and basic desserts.
I went for an aperitif and at the end I had dinner with an excellent hamburger.

Spritz and Hugo Spritz for €5!!! And very good! Aperitif with stuffed focaccia, fried onion rings, and much more (I was also told they add new things to their aperitifs every day), which adds that extra touch to choosing this place! It's a shame about the weekly closing time (9:00 PM), but I would have had a lovely evening drinking there again. I'll definitely be back 🔝
